Ill miss it when its gone, it was a sad day. Cant imagine how the employee s feel!

First there were two cashiers at the registers when we stood in line once one of the cashiers checked out the person in front of me she just walked off she didnt even acknowledge us she just walked off and there was also another cashier or employee that was maybe sorting out some clothes so I dont know if she was a cashier or not when the final cashier came to us I presented her with an email stating that I had $16 free cash. I explained to her that I had change phones so she asked me to put in my old number which I did but the cash did not come up so then she asked me to put in my email and I did but then it when it came time to ask for a PIN number I told her that I didnt remember it because I didnt have it on me and she asked me to text Sears for my new number and I told her that this is my new number and so I did and they gave me a PIN number but then she said okay Ill just give the $16 to you and she did the transaction quickly and I felt like if that was the case once I showed it to her from my phone she could have avoided all that and I wouldnt have held any other customers up and things could have went smoothly and quicker if she would have just said that and just took it off from the beginning because it was on my phone.

Sales associate was outstanding. He made sure I was completely satisfied before I left the store. He noticed on two separate occasions that I was checking the item I purchased to make sure all the parts was there. He came by both times to assist me and truly helped out of concern and wanting to make sure I was good. We need more associates like that in the work place.

One star for the ladies at the jewelry counter doing their best, but otherwise a failure. Picking up an online order should be easy but I didnt know that in-vehicle delivery didnt apply to jewelry, so I had to go in and wait and wait and wait. I would have just given up but it was a gift. I dont want to give up on Sears but have to assume the worst/hope for the best.

Actually I just decided to stroll through the store, no its not like it used to be but nothing is. There are some very good items to choose from..appliances are some of the best still going. . They even have a reward program..I purchased $60.00 in merchandise and received a $50.00 credit to be used the next time I shop....in my book they are giving you an incentive to purchase from them...in enjoyed my Sears shopping experience

Good deals however lines could be long most of the times. This location is well stocked with all the brands one is used to find at sears. Store is never full however theres always at least 3-4 people minimum in front of you to pay...

Sears is closing by me. Not surprising as I know I didnt shop there often the past several years. I did just get an OK deal on a new mattress but of course they priced it so high that even with the 60% discount. I was able to find a cheaper price by searching the internet. So an anchor of this mall is going. Doubt that another large retailer will be willing to gamble on this spot. Time to find alternative uses for these spaces. FYI Sears was the first charge card I received when I was 19 years old -over 30 years ago. Helped me build my credit score. So thanks to Sears for helping me out, and sorry that I couldnt be there to keep you going.

It it so sad to see such a wonderful store with no one shopping there? I guess many more will be closing in the near future. Coming from someone who spends most of his money thru Amazon. One day I will be sorry when these wonderful stores are gone!

I love Sears and Im going to HATE to see it close. All the billionaires and millionaires I feel that should have came into some type of support for this business. I very hurt by this. This is our American store and its closing.😭.

Brought back sweater which was displayed right by checkout which customer service never said anything. So got a $5 credit and could have replaced sweater very easily. My fault as well for not looking around, but wasnt feeling well and didnt see.

Its still a great place to shop, but sometimes the lines are long. They do their best to get you going as quickly as possible, though.

If I could give Negative star I would. Bought a $2500 Kenmore elite and three weeks later with the master protection still not repaired even though it’s covered. First contractor they send out tried to scam me into paying him and saying it was out of warranty. Next scheduled appointment no one even showed up. 15 calls to them with no avail. Fridge still not fixed in a month. They said the next appointment is three weeks from now making it two months Of waiting. absolutely ridiculous. No wonder they’re going out of business

Sears is dying. It never feels lively or full in there. Ive bought a few pair of shoes there that l was happy with. They have a nice lawncare/tools section.

Their electronics are usually good here, but the last Maytag washing machine I purchased here was a lemon. In my 5 years of ownership, I had to have it serviced 3 times. The main problem is the sears service department and their outrageous fees they charge. I purchased yet another new part for the washer. Since the wire harness had a little corrosion on it, the new part did not work right away. The service tech took out a piece of sand paper and cleaned the wire to make a connection. Since it was not the “part” that I already paid to have installed, he claimed it was a new fee to work on that part. He had the nerve to charge me 50$ for about 1 minute worth of work. What an outrageous joke. No wonder people are moving away from Sears.

Decent selection of clothing -- not my #1 place to go for that sort of item. However, they have a good selection of appliances. Ive purchased many from here & will buy more in the future.

Sears took my broken sockets from 10 years ago that were cracked and also my wratchet wrenches. 5 total value sold separately over 40.00$. They really do honor there craftsman warranty. I also just bought the 311craftsman tool set and was very pleased with the already previously opened and returned socket set that was on sale. Every piece was there. Very happy with the purchase.

Great service in the mattress department. The lady was very nice and knowledgeable of the products available.

Lots of good parking and easy access from Veterans just off the Clearview exit. Conveniently connected to the rest of Clearview mall shopping center. Really good end of holiday season sale prices. Polite and well trained sales people. Main drawback for me has always been the long lines at checkout due to being short staffed at the registers.

I have always loved Sears. The store was clean and staff was helpful although check out is always long and time consuming. Great fine jewerly selection.

My wife called about 8 times straight to different departments, even HR just to see about a baby monitor and no answer at all. They never answer their phones its ridiculous.

ClosingThe company that was Amazon and should have beat Amazon, driven to bankruptcy by poor strategy, planning and management. Sad to see this business die. Too bad. But some decent closing deals as they sell down to the walls.

This place has gone way down and certainly isnt what it was when I was a kid. Extremely limited selection. But prices are cheap. Good luck finding an employee if you have questions.

Literally called EVERY department to check on an order and NOT ONE answered the phone. Absolutely incredible for a store that looks like a ghost town every time I go there.

Multiple employees walked by without acknowledging me, or asking if I needed help. I did actually. I finally asked the cashier to call for help for me. She did, they never came. Its like all of the employees hide. I was there for an hour. Then I finally went to checkout, and the shoes I found wouldnt scan, this took 15 minutes to never solve. This place is a joke

Despite the rumors Sears is open and has great deals. The fashion is both trendy and seasoned which offers something for everyone.

They were few employees to help you. I realize they hire less people and they are doing the best they can.

Do Not waste your time calling auto center phone just rings and then to a fax machine. Never understood why a Business would put in a phone advertise the # pay the phone bill and then not answer it. Not to Bright!

I like Sears cuz its normally not crowded and you can find cute clothes & shoes for decent prices.

This Sears location is pretty nice compared to over locations in the state that are in a steady decline. The store has a wide selection but could improve their order pick-up service.

TV REPLACEMENT NIGHTMARETheir customer service and mgmt is absolutely horrible! From local to Corp, Sears is absolutely ridiculous to deal with. I had a TV recently go out which was covered by the Master Protection service that I paid for. No problem with the TV tech, he came out and did his job on time, unfortunately TV needed to be replaced. Here comes the issue (NIGHTMARE)! TV replacement will take 7-10 business days JUST to get a tracking number! Then I can track it and wait up to an additional 5-7 days for delivery. So If you need a replacement TV you are stuck! Start waiting 10-14 days for a replacement to reach you. How many people want to go without their TV for that long after paying for a service protection agreement? No one should have to deal with that long of a wait. Spoke with the Store Mgr Amy at the Clearview Mall who was reluctant to give me the district and regional managers names and phone numbers in order to speak with them about this issue since she couldnt do anything for me. I then asked to speak with higher mgmt who could help me get this resolved, but she was hesitant in doing so. Im the customer I said, and I want to speak with them to get this issue resolved in a timely manner. She told me that she WASNT going to give me the district managers number, but I pressed her enough to get the Districts email. I got the runaround from her. I sent an email to Mike the District Mgr. The next morning Mike spoke with me on Sat, he said that he will make this right and fix this issue by Tues morning. Well on Monday he called me back to only sing a completely different tune. He said it will take longer to receive my TV and thats they way it is. Take it or leave it? I believe he was acting retaliatory after I filed a complaint about store mgr Amy. 3 days of calling, email and hrs of speaking resulted in nothing. Ive purchased several items including major appliances from Sears over the years, but NEVER AGAIN! Good bye SEARS!

My Dad retired from Sears, and I remember my Mom bringing me there for back to school shopping, so I brought my 7 year old there. We were looking for tennis shoes in her size, with velcro closures or stretchy straps. They didnt have much of a selection, and what they did have that matched what we needed wasnt available in her size. They were overpriced as well. We were looking for Sketchers especially because of the fake shoe laces that stretch. They wanted WAY more than the Sketchers store in Elmwood. I was able to get a buy one get one half off deal in Elmwood and the prices were lower than Sears anyway. It makes me sad because Sears used to have excellent pricing for good quality things. I hope they get back to that...

Check your receipts! Ever since they started liquidation many items are not ringing up at the signed percentages off. Its bad enough they raised their regular prices when liquidation started in order to create bogus percent off markdowns, now their POS system is not even charging the correct final prices.

It was ok until we got to the register. The new guy was by himself. No one @ the childrens register. Sale clothes were not ringing up correctly. It took a long time. We finally got out after 25 mins. I am not ordering on line. I do not want my info. Out there.

Never again sears or diehard!!! I have been getting the run around from this store and telephone customer support. Apparently sears does not accept Warranty returns for the diehard product, however, upon further investigation on sears website it clearly states they in fact do accept in-store product support. This is the time to survive SEARS. i wonder what will happen to this long standing staple store . I can remember as a child waiting and waiting for that sears christmas catalog. Those days are long gone for me.

Nobody wanted to help me. Same every time i go to Sears. Customer service sucks. This is one of the many reasons Sears is failing.

This place is depressing. Came here with my mom and they are so out of touch with today. One mannequin was clad 80s style.

Bad customer services!!! I been trying to call to check the status on the order that suppose arrive today but didnt get any email. Called for 2hrs, trying different departments. None of the department pick up the damn phone. I had bad pickup experience here before where theres not anyone by the pickup clerk available for question.

LONGEST line with only ONE service desk open with TWO people working. Whats up with that????

Called looking for lawnmower parts...was told by a woman with an attitude the model # i was giving was incorrect...then she put me on hold for 10 minutes...hung up and called back and George answered...told me they dont carry those parts any more, i asked where i was supposed to get them and rattled off a couple stores then and hung up on me before finishing the conversation...customer service was horrible....tried calling back a erd time and got no answer...

They are not what they were years ago. Wouldnt shop there if it is the last store on Earth.
