They called back promptly. Gave me a great price. Made my chair exactly as I asked. Delivered it on the day they promised. And were very nice people! Makes me want to recover every thing in my house!!!

Do not order online!!! Ordered fabric online March 12 and it is now April 15 and never received fabric. After 3 weeks of waiting employee Rasul told me my fabric was on back order but they never reached out to me to ask if it was ok for me to wait or cancel . He said it would be shipped that week. Ive been calling since then and same guys said it was shipped and begged for me not to cancel but couldn’t provide tracking number and kept telling me to call back so he can hunt down tracking. This was the same response he provided and I spoke to him atleast 7 times. I was finally firm and called and cancelled my order and filed a bank claim because I don’t trust them .
