Went here to fix my earrings and also was looking for pendant. Mike was very helpful, showed me their display and tried it on my chain before purchase. he didn’t charge me for fixing the earrings, he said he just bend it. I couldn’t be any happier that my earrings will never snap and loose easily again. On my way out, i saw a bigger pendant that i want! Mike took it out and tried it on my chain again. I ended upgrading my purchase to the bigger one. Also he showed me their book/album of made to order pendants and everything on photo is the actual size, they do customized pendant as well. Will definitely come back and considering buying that bracelet you showed me Mike! Thumbs up!

My go to for small repairs and watch battery great customer service

I have used these guys since they were in a kiosk in the middle of mall. I have always liked them.I went in recently to have a new battery installed in my watch. The price was way higher than in previous visits. The young woman and man there were pretty curt as well. When I was picking up the watch 30 minutes later, I mentioned that I was a long time customer, and small business owner as well.I expressed sympathy that we were all suffering business loss due to Covid. The young guy started talking about a manufacturered virus, and something created in a petri dish coming from China.Enough. I dont want my watch battery to come with a side of conservative politics and fake news. Before this, I had promised to bring in a wedding ring and watch that both need repair. I think I will find a shop that can do a repairs, without me having to listen to right wing conspiracy theories.

I went to the Engraving Company with a Swiss army watch that was fully functional for a battery and new watch band. Upon pick-up the older man who put the battery in slid the watch back to me and said it’s not working and I should take it somewhere else. Exasperated, I got upset and stated that the watch worked just fine when I dropped it off. They guy just shrugged his shoulders. A man who I’m assuming was the older gentleman’s son came over and very rudely suggested I had brought it broken since I needed a new battery not knowing that a Swiss army watch tells you when it needs a battery soon even while still working. I had to raise a fit and threaten small claims court for him to say they would take a deeper look at it. I left it and got a call 30 mins later saying the watch needed a new movement but that they had done nothing wrong to it. I picked it up a week later and thankfully they did not try to charge me for the new movement. But upon inspection I noticed an obvious dent in the casing of the watch that was not there before.They ultimately did the right thing by replacing the movement, but still would not be honest about what happened to the watch while in their care.I just didn’t appreciate the dishonesty about what happened and still have a watch that while now working, now has a dented case.

Today I made my 1st purchaed with the engraving company.I purchased aome beautiful wine glasses for my 13th year anniversary today. The gentleman told me it was going to be about 45 minutes and he would call me. Well long be hold I didnt know T-Mobile was having phone service issues and never received the call. So I started walking back to the store and realized they were closed..I called the number and the gentleman answered and he was already gone for the day and he was about 25 minutes away. He did he would drive back. Hallelujah thank you Jesus. He dont know how much he made me smile. This was my anniversary and I was so appreciative that he drove back and provided my purchase to me. They do nice work here. They change out batteries on watches also. They take care of the watches too, so if you have watches you care about this is a good place to get the batteries changed.

Ever since Mr. Jack died, leaving his company to the one person in the store everyone tried avoiding. Bc of his shirt tone, curt attitude, and the simple fact that he missed the compassion piece that his father lived by example everyday. In how he greeted and treated his customers. Mike is not Mr. Jack. But we all knew that before he died. Rest as peacefully as you can watching how your customer, who came in to watch the saints with you on Sundays, treat the clientele you built.

Excellent! I visited this store while I was visiting Louisiana on a business trip. I bought some business card holders from them at a great price and they engraved them for me. Came out looking great! Staff is friendly too.

Was not happy with this place at all. At first the staff appeared professional and helpful. I went to have a mans wedding ring engraved for my upcoming wedding and gave them the information. The lady asked if I wanted the date inscribed. I told her, I dont think it will fit but if it does then yes. She told me it would be ready in 2 hours. I paid my $60 and showed back up at the appointed time. The ring was a disaster. The script was so small I couldnt read it because they decided to put the date beneath the text. They claimed the entire thing would not fit yet over 50% of clear space was left on the ring. The designer stamp inside the ring was bigger than this inscription. To make matters worse, the staff tried to blame me staying I accepted the way it was written and signed the receipt. Well it NEVER stated they were going to do one line on top of another. They said it was clear to them so they didnt understand how I could think otherwise. They then offered to fix it by grinding out the screw up and redoing it. Well any fool knows that means thinning out the metal and creating a weak spot. And they had already screwed up once, so why give them a second chance?? Not to mention they wanted to keep the ring for 4 days. So, I told them NO and accepted the screw up. The ONLY thing they did right was refund the money but I think that was because there were other customers in the store because at first they were all Well I dont know what to tell you. You signed off on it. Completely nice at first but totally rude when I told them they made a mistake. They made all kinds of excuses as to why it was not their fault and how it was MY fault. I am in tears at how they RUINED my future husbands wedding band and all they said was its just a piece of metal. It can be ground out and redone all day long. Well it may be a piece of metal to them but it was much more to me. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE EVER!!!!

They changed the battery on my watch but when the guy was I guess calling himself doing a magic show presentation. He slid the watch out face down on the glass counter. Luckily my watch is not glass its crystal. I refuse to spend another dime there.

I would not get a watch battery replacement here. My husband brought three watches in while i shopped. Watch 1. needed a battery, watch 2. needed the shattered glass replaced, watch 3. needed a battery and link removed. Upon pick up, I opted not to get the glass replaced because it was more expensive than the watch. The other two we paid for and left (two batteries and a link removal). The next day the one with the link removed stopped working and I took it back a few days later. I was told the battery was not even theirs. I was confused but went ahead and authorized them putting another one in because the clerk insisted it was not their battery. While waiting I called my husband to ask if he had a battery put in that one and he reminded me that I had asked him in front of the clerk (a different one) and she reassured us that they did put in a new battery. I had thought i saw it not ticking but after she reassured us I looked again and it was moving. By the time i fully remembered all of this, the second new battery was put in and I just went ahead and paid for it. However I regret going along with what the lady said and should have just taken it somewhere else. I dont know if someone got mixed up or straight up lied to us, but i was told by one clerk that a new battery was in it and told by another that it was not. Even with a receipt I was not given any benefit of the doubt that something had not been done right on their end. Now I have wasted an extra $15 and will not be going back. Id rather go somewhere else and pay $30 to have it done right the first time and not be lied to!

I will not go back .as a Christmas gift I had purchased a really expensive ink pen from them and had (I ❤️You mostest ) it was so sloppy.it ruined my gift to my husband, I had to show him for his personal perspective..he didn’t think the job was properly done.i question others in the mall what they thought ...as well they thought it wasn’t done professionally.best part the guy was trying to reassure his work was done right.i have saw there work before.they just did do a good job .,they where to busy they should have just said that not do sloppy work just to get it done

A different shop broke my watch caseback while replacing the battery, & I could not find anyone else in the city who would work in it. The Engraving Co. owner took one look at it & figured out the issue. He said the fix was so simple he would not accept payment. My watch is as good as new!

Fast and friendly. Engraved a ring for me and had it ready in less than an hour. Reasonable flat rate, no hidden charges or per letter fee. Am bringing a knife there for engraving this week.

I have gone here for years, always quick, cheap and efficient. I went here today and they were running late due to one of the staff being delayed by an accident on Causeway, yet as soon as they opened up, they were polite, on the ball, and got my tasks done, I wouldnt use anyone else in the NOLA metro area.

I called about 8 jewelry repair shops to get the battery on my Citizens divers watch. Its about 20 yes old. The lowest price I was quoted was $85. They all said they had to send it out to be serviced. This guy charged me $20 and I got it back the next day. I wont go anywhere else.
