My nearly 40 year old wedding set needed some repair work done. I received an email from Jared’s about their restorative services. I decided to see if they could make the necessary repairs. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very reassuring that they could do what I wanted with my rings. They did exactly what they promised. My rings were repaired beautifully with particular attention given to very small details that were virtually restored to their original look. I am beyond satisfied with the work that was done on my wedding and engagement rings. They are absolutely beautiful.

My family has made many purchases here, mainly Movado watches. Movado watches must be sent to the manufacturer and a fee is paid when the battery dies, so before I purchased this one the other day as a gift for today, I asked the sales lady if the battery worked (she said yes) and requested that she set it for me. Gave the gift this morning and it was instantly obvious and so disappointing because the battery was DEAD. Looked in the bag for the receipt and there was not one. My sales woman package the watch for me and I assumed that she placed my receipt in the bag, boy was I wrong! Only good thing is that I paid with a credit card and she did ask for my name and other information before I checked out. Unfortunately, I have to take this special gift back and hope that I am not hassled for not having the original receipt and might have to wait for them to send it off to have the battery changed. Worse gift giving experience EVER.

I was blown away with the beautiful selections of engagement rings. Also, the patience and steadfastness of LaToya, ordering other rings to fit my style and our budget.Eventhough, LaToya & Hailey helped us in our venture, the whole staff at Jareds were professional, friendly, kind, & courteous.The experience was so special! I brought my wifes chain and ring to get repaired. It was supposed to be ready by September and wasnt done till November. With the crazy holidays I forgot to pick it up. They never called or emailed again. They sent it off to unclaimed property. Apparently they are the only ones who can take longer to get the job done. Now I have to wait another week, or longer cause they never get that right, to get my wifes stuff. Will NEVER buy anything from there again. That place is a joke.

Initially I was really excited about purchasing a ring from Jared. I had heard nothing but good things. Unfortunately I learned very quickly that this place was all about the money. Anytime I called to check on the status of my ring, I was met with attitude and annoyance over the phone. Dealing with the finance company has been a nightmare. The personnel in the store applied the wrong promotion to my account and it took me SIX months to get it corrected. I was also overcharged and lied to about my appraisal. I will NEVER step foot in this store again to purchase anything. The ONLY positive thing in this situation is that I love my ring, it is absolutely gorgeous. Good luck to future customers.

The customer service was terrible! My fiancé and I can’t in to Jared today to purchase wedding bands. Our wedding is in March. We were told to have a seat and someone would be right with us. Upon arriving to Jared there was only one other person in the store being serviced. My fiancé and I sat in front of the wedding bands where we were told waiting for someone to help us find and purchase a set but instead we were nothing short of ignored once we were sat. We watched the other person check out and leave we continued sitting there only to be further ignored by the staff. With what is supposed to be a special time for us we felt we weren’t even remotely important to the staff so instead of continuing to sit there with no service we left. What’s sad is my engagement ring was purchased here but after today our set will be found somewhere else.

Was rushed an inspection process was done right an the cleaning job was horrible

UPDATE:UPDATE, I RETURNED TO GIVE THIS BUSINESSA SECOND CHANCE. Kathleen was exceptional and was so helpful while smiling the entire time.. Love my new ring and may iI add Kathleen made sure it was sized for me within one hour. Youre lucky to have her on your team. Shes a special sales associate!!!! Thanks KathleenI VISITED to Jarad!! Had my diamond ring band repaired. 8 months later the gold cracked again. I brought my ring back in to show the band cracked. Was informed that the ring needed a new shank. Why wasnt this told to me the 1st time. Now its costing me twice as much to repair my ring when their work wasnt done properly the 1st time. Beware, they wanted to charge me $200 more to repair my ring correctly because of their mistake.

Service was amazing and I was only having a watch repaired. I was treated royally and plan to back for a sparkly for me!

Decent place

I was clear upon arrival that I was just looking at rings to give my boyfriend an idea of what I like. When I told the sales people I actually live out of state, it seemed like a big shock that I was not going to buy anything and their demeanor towards me changed. The man helping me thought he was “discreetly” waving off another salesperson, but was actually very obvious. I heard him warn her about “people like me”. Yes, beware the honest buyer? Overall a pretty discouraging experience. I get that there’s commission involved, but there was literally no one in the store.

Came in to get my engagement ring re-shaped last week around 6 p.m. They advertise most repairs done within an hour and after asking if they could have it done that night, they made a big deal about it and I heard an employee say well we close at 9, so they can come pick it up at 9:30 or 10 or whenever they like!. The salesman went to the repair area to see how much it would cost, and I heard the lady in the back say they would do the cleaning for free, yet when he gave us the estimate there was a $40 charge for cleaning. Thankfully the manager took that charge off and we only had to pay for the re-shaping. The salesman also kept saying he didnt think the diamonds were real, and after testing it and seeing they were, kept going on about how poor the quality was. The main stone in my ring is an Emerald, with small diamonds for accents. He also kept assuming the ring was only around $200, when it is worth way more than that. It was very rude and embarassing. After getting my ring back, it is about half a size too small. I was too annoyed to have them fix it and didnt want to go through the trouble of getting any type of refund. Its nice you can just walk in and get anything fixed pretty quickly, but I will not be returning due to the customer service and incorrect size of my ring.

Jewelry is nice. Employees used to be very friendly. They are very, very avoidant when you are there to drop off/pick up jewelry from your inspections. The problem is you have to do this twice a year to maintain your warranty and you have to wait for someone to be nice and help you while you are expected to wait by the entrance. Its frustrating. Even if I never buy jewelry from Jared again, I still have to go twice a year forever for my warranty to be honored. I wish they had a person whose position was for inspections alone.

Very helpful sales staff and varied choices. We found a 25th anniversary ring that suited what we had in mind.

We bought our rings there a little over 4 years ago and they have never messed up. my husband lost two stones out but he used to work with his on. I bring it in every 6 months to get cleaned and as long as we do that theyll. replace every stone and they resize it for free. I went without doing for a year because certain events kept me from going but after inspecting our rings they decided as long as we do from now on or take it to Kays to get cleaned, its their sister store. I absolutely love the store

This store never told me I could get inspections at a local sister store until my wife missed an inspection and had trouble with her ring. When I later went into another store to replace it the sales woman told me that if I lived outside of a certain distance it was mandatory that I be informed I can take it to a store closer to my house. I called customer service they said they didnt have to tell us that, we should have read the fine print on our paper work. DONT BUY FROM JAREDS WITHOUT FIRST MAKING SURE YOU READ ALL OF THE FINE PRINT ON ALL PAPERWORK!!!!!

Mixed feelings. I got a fantastic deal on an engagement ring, that ended up being appraised at 2xs what I spent on it. The reason I got such a deal is that I priced matched from Ramseys and then, and Im not lying, Jared lost my diamond. They shipped it UPS to the place where the custom design was being made, in Alabama, and someone at the UPS sorting facility in Mississippi stole my freaking diamond. They made it up to me, but not without having to put up a fight to get EXACTLY what I paid for, no less. They tried showing me 8 different diamonds that were all under speced. i finally got what I had paid after nearly 6 month buying process.

They give you free lifetime cleaning, but what they dont tell you is that it takes an hour to drop your rings off and another hour to pick them up. Not exaggerating at all, a full hour, I have been doing this for 5 years. Never has it been under an hour.

I went to pick up my ring and it wasn’t there they had given it to my aunt when she went got my cousins ring with out my permission they did not know who she was or what her intentions where with the ring she could have been a family memeber that was a thief good think she wasn’t.

Customer service is very hit or miss. I visited the store and knew exactly what I wanted yet I had to wait for the top to finish with two very indecisive customers who entered the store after me.

Child friendly! they offer cappuccino! they have great jewelry! what else can you ask for.
