Susana is incredibly helpful . She explain the different types of mattresses and asked what we were looking for in a mattress. We thought what we wanted but by her questions and our answers she showed us the difference. She spent time with us and we appreciated her knowledge.

Beware of the sleep guarantee! Get full disclosure!! The only disclosure I was given at time of sale is that you purchase an overpriced mattress cover from them. I learned later it would cost approximately $600+ more (including the qualifying overpriced mattress cover + $148 freight & delivery fee) to exchange a $719 queen sized medium mattress for a firm (same brand)!! I could kick myself, but now you know!!!

The combination of a spring mattress along with foam is the perfect match. To top it off the mattress cover stays constantly cool for people like ourselves who sleep warm. Hey y’all have been matters shopping and you know that most mattress sales people are like scavenger bird dying for a good meal. This store was chill and they showed us what we wanted, bought a mattress quickly, and when the computer gave us the normal vs sales priced they fixed it. Mike Meyer (no not that one) who was there and sold us the bed is great!

DO MOT GET ANYTHING HERE. Terrible. The employee lied to us saying he was the manager of every single New Orleans store. Then we called the other stores they said no he wasn’t. They took almost 3 months to deliver 1 mattress. They shipped the wrong mattress and said it was our fault and no refunds or returns.

Jesse had fantastic customer service skills and took an ample amount of time to find us the best mattress for our needs. Stay away from this store. I went to buy a mattress and was told by a woman named Melody that she could get me a good deal with a matress in a damaged box. I accepted gratefully. Long story short the mattress does not feel like it did in the store also the adjustable foundation is not the one I selected. I told the delivery men that something was wrong. They said that one was better than the one I ordered. I told them I did not like it. I could not sleep last night and went to the store to ask if I could just change to another one and was told sorry all sales final. Called management to no avail. A guy by the name of Greg basically told me I was stuck.

I had just returned a mattress set at Rooms To Go due to a botched delivery (on their end) and overall terrible customer service, and I happened to see Mattress Direct on my way home. AJ greeted me and listened as I vented about my treatment at RTG. He helped me stay close to my original budget, even going so far as to match the RTG delivery fee AND throwing in a free pillow. Best part was that while RTG was going to make me wait another two weeks for my bed, Mattress Direct could deliver within 3 days, with a 3hr delivery window, a 30min “heads up” call, AND the ability for me to track my delivery online. That’s how you keep your customers happy!
