Mark has been working on my families cars for a few years. I have recently begun bringing my Mercedes to him and I will continue to do so. Very timely work, and great value. I will occasionally receive a text from Mark checking in to see if the car is running well- great business!

Mark does the job right the first time. He’ll also make sure to inform you of what needs to be done now & what repairs can wait for a future appointment. I’ve been going to Mark with my BMW for a few years now and will continue to service it with only him.

Mark at Marks European Cars serviced my 2015 BMW 428XI Grand Coupe. Honest trustworthy reliable service at reasonable price. Recently fixed a cam shaft adjuster issue in my 2008 Audi 4.2L V8. Had to disassemble front end and drop engine to make the fix. A big job for sure. Cars running great now. Thankful to have Mark to avoid dealer service.

Brought it to Marks European Cars and was diagnosed day 1 then fixed. He gave me the price and it stayed the same when I picked it up. Asked him about other possible issues and if he could fix he was honest about where I would get the best price because he didnt do it regularly. I was very impressed with his honesty.

Mark is a fantastic mechanic. Does a great job on foreign and domestic cars. Reasonably priced, gets the job done right. I wouldnt take my Saab anywhere else, and I now have him do all of my Jeep work as well.

Regarding your response to Johnny López, he did not try to fill the a/c with Freon himself, that’s ridiculous. He went to a mechanic who recharged the A/c. And Marc, common sense when you bring in a vehicle to fix the air conditioner the expectation is that it blow cool air, I’m the one who picked up the vehicle, it was blowing hot air at me from day one. We called you the very next day and that is only because you closed for the day after I left with the vehicle. Im not sure what me not bringing my Mercedes in for a year has anything to do with this but I haven’t needed a repair, and thank God for that because clearly you have poor customer service. We have to chase you to give you work you don’t even call back with estimates for the work and then it’s still not fixed after paying for it. Horrible, very disappointed with your treatment.

I have been taking my BMW X5 to Mark for 5 years now and have been very happy with the service I get. For me, trust is the number 1 requirement when it comes to my mechanic and Mark has certainly earned it because of two experiences I have had with him. The first one was when he replaced brakes 3-4 times without charging me as they were wearing out within the warranty period. It may have been due to faulty pads or some other problem causing it. The second instance was when I was going to buy an old Saab from him for my son, Mark advised that I do not buy it as he discovered more problems with it when he was trying to fix a few small issues before selling it to me. Quality of work and pricing is also good.

My 02 9-5 Aero had both the CEL and transmission light on and had it ck with a Tech II and it came up as the lock up solenoid was bad or shorting out went to one other place and they said I would have to replace the transmission but then got a hold of Mark and he said he thinks as I did it was just the part so I brought my car up to Methuen from Randolph and had him perform the job ......was a fast and timely job.....as a loyal Saab enthusiast I will be bringing my car back for maintenance like this to Marks European Cars...

My bmw was having electrical issues and I brought it to marks. He fixed the issue but also told me my front brakes were down to 5 percent and needed replacing. I did not get the brakes done. A month later I brought the car in for an oil change and had them cheek the brakes- they were at 30 percent! Mark is a scam artist.

Thorough, reliable, and affordable. I will continue bringing my E350 to Mark.
