Good cigar shop with decent prices. Decent variety of cigars in humidor. They were very patient and accommodating to the requests of my large group. If I’m ever in the area again, I’d return.

The lady in the shop was very nice and didn’t pressure me to buy certain cigars. It’s a bit overpriced, but you’re on South Beach so it is expected. My cigar was dried out and unraveled before I had a chance to smoke it. I took it back to her and asked for help with, but she just shook her head like she couldn’t understand why I was bringing it back to her. She did offer me a cutter so I could chop off three-quarters of my wasted cigar, so I guess that was nice of her. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Great place to stop and have a drink! you can sit right in the middle of the shopping areas and people watch while smoking a hookah. I cant really tell you how the hookah was, but they make a good Mojito that includes a real sugar cane. The service was a little slow, but they are very friendly. It looks like they make a good hand tossed pizza too, but we were not staying to eat.

Bought a cigar for a friend. He said it didnt taste right ...and he knows cigars. What real cigar place doesnt let you smoke in the store? The only person working there just sat at the register. She didnt offer any help. I really dont trust this place. Yes its overpriced, like everything that is one block from the beach.

TERRIBLE ATTITUDE, I WAITIED 5 mins and the lady didnt ask is we needed help! When I approached her she was like What?! I asked for help she unwelcoming....Other people that didnt have my complexion got served VERY well...Dont waste your time here!

FRAUD Sells fake cigars claiming theyre Cuban, cohibas in that section as well as montecristos. Beware, the lady at the register told me that they were $25 but she was giving me a deal for 20. I bought 3, they all smell Cuban on the tips but were not even smokable cigars as they fell apart less than halfway through, I guess I should have known better though. Very dishonest nonetheless

Overly expensive, cigars double price anywhere else. Customer Service was nonexistent. They handroll cigars there but it was an absolute mystery as to how to buy them.
