Awesome group of guys who didnt treat me like a motorcycle noob even though Im sure they deal with it every day. Got me on a scooter big enough to require a license, and even hauled my bicycle back to the hotel miles away. Very highly recommend these guys!!

Rented a Jet ski. Our first time using one and they were very helpful on making sure youre good to go. We were able to go around the celebrity islands and see all the mansions and we were also able to go to a sports craft area and open up the throttle

Renting a scooter from MB Scooters was the best decision we made while we were visiting Miami! We were leery about which rental company to go with, but the 4+ star rating of MB convinced us this was the right place to go. George was more than helpful with helping us fill out the paperwork and explain the process. This is a man who genuinely enjoys what he does and treated me as if I were a long-lost friend. We ended up needing to extend the rental by a few more hours, and after a quick phone call, they took care of us! I have never left a review for any business before, but after this experience, I knew that George and MB Scooters deserved one.

The guys were great to work with, very easy to rent and they informed us about all agreement restrictions and flexible options. Also Phillip suggested good sights for us while we were in town! Will definitely use them again!

My boyfriend and I rented a scooter to drive around Miami, and it was the best time of our lives!! We rode through Venetian Bridge to get to Coconut Grove and we pay a lil extra only because we went further out than SoBe, but so worth it! Downtown Miami in a scooter was a moooovie 🤩 Friendly workers there too! Definitely will be doing this more often ❣️

DO NOT RENT A SCOOTER FROM HERE WITHOUT INSURANCE!!! They just charged my card $865 illegally! FOR A 3DAY RENTALI rented a scooter from this place... The ad on Google said $75 for 2 days so I rushed over there.. I was told by the owner he would not honor that deal.It was closing time and I took a Lyft so I had to settle for his deal. That scooter died 6 times on me. It was upgrade scooter.On the last day of my rental my scooter was Stolen! Right in front of my hotel at 7am in front of cameras and guests. After seeing the Servalence and filing a police report I called MB scooter. He said you need to pay for the scooter in full! I asked if there was insurance for theft? He said no you need to pay for the scooter!I spent the day looking for the scooter with the police. I then saw the overcharge on my account of $865 for a 3 day rental! I never signed anything! They just charged my card $865 illegally!I will be uploading the lease agreement so you can make a clear decision before you ever rent from here. Make sure you real all the very small print. Feel free to ask me anymore questions. I will give you an honest answer... if I can help save others from taking this risk I will do my best. There are other that will have insurance for a little at $10 or have it included.

Avoid if you can !!!If owners ever read this review please reconsider hiring a different manager and update website rental terms and pricing.I was a walk in customer to rent a 250-500 cc scooter and was treated by one older gentleman at the counter very disrespectful. Also have to mention the rental prices they make up out of their minds almost twice more expensive and they don’t care what shows on their website.After our rude conversation he didn’t even want to say his name, most likely lied name “Francisco”. Then later his coworker said he is a manager and his actual name was George, who knows if that’s the truth. Other guys seemed to be more helpful. But now after I’ve read other bad reviews I think most of the good reviews may be fake.The scooter I’ve got was fun to drive but it was looking pretty old, was scratched all around and paint was peeled off. And on certain speeds steering wheel was slightly shaking.

I called many mechanics for my scooter that was broken but this was the only one that answered in time & they picked up my scooter. They got it fixed in a couple of hours and now its working better than before. Definitely recommend.

We ordered scooters online. The process was clear and quick, no funny business. We got there, Marcos helped us until he made sure we were comfortable. We had a great time riding them around Miami Beach. I definitely wish I found this place earlier.

Very horrible experience. Made a booking online 10 days in advance and the scooter was not even reserved. We were a group of 7 and had 7 scooters. We got there (not only was the person very rude) they said they would not accept any online reservation because they ran out of scooters but there were tons of them outside (they were trying to make more money by giving them to walk in customers). After much arguing we were able to get some however not the ones we originally reserved which were more expensive. Thats fine (we thought whatever scooters are scooters) and they would compensate the difference. I was wrong. The scooters were very bad (old, rusty, hard to get started, slow, overall horrible) and no difference in scooter prices were compensated. Also, We had reserved for 4hrs+1 free hour. We only got to drive for 2 because the first chance they got to shut the scooters down they did, saying the police saw us driving on sidewalk which we didn’t. I would give lower if I could!

My husband and i went paddle boarding. It was quite wavy and windy but we still had a great time! The walk from the business to the water is very short (less than 5 minutes). Very fun. I would highly recommend this to adults for something to do!! The staff was also nice and educated us on how to use the board.
