Very consistent poor service. I go there all the time but yesterday i had the worst experience yet.I was looking for a tool in tool section, asked a store assistant for help, he didnt know what it was and left, I thought that he was probably looking for someone else to help me, but no, no one came to help. So after 15 min I finally found it and went to the register to cash out. I paid with credit card to the same person that wants able to help me earlier. I wasnt given a receipt so I asked for one. The guy left again without saying a word and came back 10!!! minutes later to say that his manager has to print it and then he left again. Another 10 minutes went by and my patience was over. I stormed in to a back door of employee room and found 5 employees casually socializing and laughing with the manager holding my receipt in her hand. I wasnt offered any apology for all the wait or for their incompetent employees. In fact she only said that the receipt wasnt given to me because I pressed the wrong button on the screen.
This Sears is Disgusting. From Managers to A FEW but not all employees. I dare anyone to go to this Aventura Location and tell me if you find anyone to help you. All throughout the day the departments are empty with no coworker in sight and then when one is found, gets agitated at you for asking an question. No thanks. Ill shop elsewhere.
Do yourself a favor and run as far as you can from this store. I spent over $2000 on 11/26 and have yet to receive my merchandise. Delivery has been rescheduled twice. It was supposed to be delivered today and my bed is still no where to be found Ive called several departments and all of them put blame on one another and nothing gets resolved. Below are pictures of the several calls Ive made and still have not been able to talk to anyone. I encourage all of you to never buy anything from sears its not worth the hassel. Worst costumer service that I have ever received.
Nobody knows anything i had a question about luggage pieces and they kept transferring me to different phones and nobody had an answer now wonder why is better to shop online.
Do not go to this Sears. Customer Service is Horrible and Managers and Lead do not care about any personal problems you might have obtained with their products. With a fake smile plastered on their faces, they wont do much to help. The lines stay extra long because they force their Cashiers to force customers to signup for a mastercard
Prices are acceptable, usually they have good deals,and a good customer service.

I went to buy a shoe when to chek out the girl in the register she was very rude i ask her are you open she respond with very bad atitud. She wast in the fono i wait more than tre minutes until she finis her conversation in cell and she have very bad body language and di not buy anything and tel her you have very bad actitud and you no about costumer service and she look at me like who care i hope the manager teach yours employes have mor respect for Costumer i hope somebody read this coment

I bought a stove from sears aventura mall, miami on the 03rd Dec 2016 and they sent me the wrong stove....I live in the Bahamas and I have been trying to reach them and no one is coming to the phone...I talked to a rep online and they just told me that I need to talk to someone at the store that I made my purchase....customer is poor and I am very frustrated....I am never purchasing an appliance from them again and I wont encourage anyone else to do so.......

People are not nice over price, most place dont charge for battery installation, when you buy the battery, charge me for installation $25 and check up, plus not good service

Bad service! Second time they dont take off the security seal, my daughter almost got punctured by the damn pin. I did my shopping in 15 minutes, but was 20 in the checkout line / trying to pay. At the cashier, a bad record to get the discount, culminating with the family that every 1 minute brought a new product to make a new purchase (without releasing the cashier) which made the whole damn process restart for every purchase they made. . Huge store, only 3 checkout open.
Little new, few real deals but the worst of it: few open boxes making me wait for 20 minutes P pay all the stressed queue waiting, no official bothered to upset the situation.
