Peter is a very informative person who helped me design the features of the GEM e4. Alicia followed up with me to arrange insurance, license plates, registration and final delivery. Oscar called me when he was 30 minutes from delivering it to my home. What a professional team!!!

I love this place, its on US-1 on the Coral Gables City of Miami border. They also service and handle victory Motorcycle, as well as Polaris and of course the Fantastic Indian motorcycle, which is at least equal if not better then the Harley-Davidson. By the way Harley-Davidson is 48% American Indian is more like 92% American.

Like going to a restaurant where the owner is the cook and their spouse works the cash register. Great service. Family atmosphere. Respectful of my time and spot on with friendly advice. Anthony took the time to address my needs and worked to get me where I needed to be to ride home on my new dark horse. All the extras I asked for where in stock and mounted before I left the store. Will bring all my Indian purchases to their door.

Took my 2015 Scout for service here after several unpleasant experiences with another Indian dealer in the area. What a difference!! These folks are on top of their game; they went above and beyond and were communicative and responsive to my questions. Oscar in the service department was exceptional. Happy to give these guys my business anytime going forward and would highly recommend!

I bought my first motorcycle from them yesterday and I couldnt be happier. The sales person that deal with me Bobby, couldnt have treated me better. He was very knowledgeable and he even took me for a test ride through Coconut Grove. When it was time for negotiations, I found them very fair off the bat with no BS fees or anything like that. Overall I think I got a good deal and I walked away happy with a great product.

I was visiting from Florida panhandle and staying in Weston Florida ironically on my way to check out Indian of Miami whe the bike wouldnt start so I called them it was the battery, I got a tow to their location they had someone stay late to put in the new battery no cost to me cause was under warranty, very helpful highly recommend

Well, I expected, and not because I drive a Harley, to see both, used and new Indians. But only new bikes.? Peter eas very helpful. Other than that. Thats it.

Do not be fooled by the size of this dealership. Their sales staff is exceptional and their pricing on Indian Motorcycles blows away other dealers.So impressed was i with the staff at Miami Indian, that after numerous attempts to trade my 2016 Indian on a 2017 from my local Indian dealer in Fleming Island, i said screw it, and took a ride 350 South to Miami. in a matter of a few minutes i was able to negotiate the deal with no BS, no going back and forth on numbers, just a solid fair price. As such i made the trade up to a new 2017 Chieftan. Not only did i receive a fair price on my trade, but they discounted the new bike and allowed me a modest discount on accessories, some of which were installed by the sales rep. while i waited for the bike to be prepped for the ride back toFleming Island.If your looking to deal with good, fair people, i would strongly recommend visiting this location. Ask for Bobby Acosta, the sales rep. that took care of me. In addition to being fair, having a passion for Indian Motorcycles and taking care of his customers, hes a pretty cool dude as well! Look him up, i guarantee you will not be disappointed!!

We bough as GEM electric car at Indian Motorcyle and had a great experience all-around. Bobby was an excellent salesman--honest and responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommended.

Worst experience ever! Terrible work a total ripoff! I had to pay another shop to redo the work again.. plus they damage my bike with a hole in the seat.. Be Careful!!!

Im no Thai aficionado but I loved the Go Auto Electric Yum rice salad. Light enough for just my meal yet still filling. And so many interesting flavors and textures! My dessert was the Banane de Bresil session cocktail. Oh a perfect end that wasnt heavy and had a lime bite so it wasnt too sweet. Enjoyed the tiny bar. Watching the bar tenders and the kitchen through the tiny window.

Yea! I want a thunder black & snakeskin icon. The dealership I bought my roadmaster at early last year was only offering me $9500 less for my bike after only 7 months on a trade in for the 2018. It had 3000 miles with several add ones. Really put a bad taste in my mouth but I gave still been an ambassador for your product- I love my roadmaster

Pathetic. Walked in at 10am. Walked around a show room with no other customers for 20 minutes. My wife tried on a shirt. We bought it and left. Not one employee asked us if we needed any help. Potential motorcycle buyer/ Customer service FAILURE!

Can’t say enough good things about the folks at Indian Motorcycle of Miami. Bobby, the salesman, is a class act and will take the time to teach and show the different motorcycles with no “ high pressure salesmen antics”. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

This place is really amazing when you are in the process of buying.Now, try getting a hold of Ed, the top guy, thats a different story. I have on several occasions left messages and have never received a return call. Truly unprofessional and rude.

Poor service. I was the only customer in the store, and in the 15 minutes I was there, no salespeople came to pick me up. They kept talking to the cashier instead of explaining and offering the products on display. Would not recommend.

Excellent! The historic American Indian motorcycles were resurrected wonderful and very good bilingual service. Who attended me has years of experience selling American motorcycles and is very attentive.
