Quan was really knowledgeable and helpful. He knew the differences between an N51 and N52 engine, and not even dealership service advisors know what those designations refer to. Great service at auto center repair!

They ripped me off, I wouldnt even give them 1 star. 1st and last time there. I went in because my car was acting up, and my regular mechanic was not in town. The guy I spoke to tells me I need it a new battery (a H7 for my 2015 Jeep Cherokee latitude V6). He makes a call to ask if they had the battery and the cost. He proceeded to tell the person he call to bring it over. After hanging up, he tells me it is $350.00 for it. Since I knew it seemed way over priced I called 5 places around the area including magic car care, jiffy lube, the tire choice etc. They were charging me between $160 and $210. I told him I didnt want it, but since he had the mechanic take my battery out he still charge me $49.00 to put it back in. Its frustrating and makes my blood boil every time people want to take advantage just because you are a woman and you know squat about cars, they feel empowered to automatically rip you off because they only see $$ signs!Shame on you

I would just like to write a big thank you to George. He helped me A LOT with my car. It was giving me trouble without any reason, all the lights kept turning on and George and his team didnt stop checking it & trying until it was fix. For a foreign girl who recently moved to Miami and doesnt know much about cars, it is very hard to find someone who will be honest & not charge me over the roof. So thank you George for helping me with my car & for being my friend! :)

I went for a check up on the engine light, a overheating and the RPMs.I told him that the radiator fan is not working. he said that to plug the computer for a lights diagnosis it will be $98, a said ok thats find.he call me later is telling me that the fans are working and I need to change the intake manifold and will cost me $900 plus. and he cant check the engine light until he fix the intake manifold. I end up on another shop near by they clean the manifold and check the engine lights for $180 and told me than the overheating is because the radiator fan is not working. witch I end up buying it online and replace it my self. I will never take any car to this shop again! Bottom line it cant be trust!

Came in to get a price on changing breaks, after hearing a $1,022 estimate. told him Im not interested then was told I had to pay $95 for the estimate that was performed. Never going there got ripped of in brought day lite.

Harry is so much help, hes honest and doesnt look to rip you off like most auto repair shops, the customer service was awesome and I am very satisfied with the services provided to me. They changed my oil, rotated my tires, and changed my brake pads for a very reasonable price, honestly I woudnt want to go anywhere else !

First i wish they had -5 stars because thats what i would give this place. In December 2015 i was in Miami beach on vacation from NYC and my car sprang a fuel leak. This greedy guy wanted to charge me $2500, telling me he had to drop the fuel tank. So i shopped around. Another place wanted to charge me $1200. So i ended up at Biscayne Auto. The guys were professional. They fixed it for $374. Till this day the problem never returned.

Pro: Very professional talking over the phone and in person. Customer services, amazing.Con: Ive been to a few mechanics before and even if its one problem, they will still inspect the car to be sure everything is fine but not these guys. My car spent almost a week there, 6 days, just to have me get it towed after driving it around that day. My release to my hood isnt working now and car isnt starting. He test drove it saying everything is fine, and that the fan sensor may be off. My worst mistake with this car was bringing it here, never spent over $1000 just to have it parked in my driveway after a mechanic serviced it, thats insane.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!! Horrible experience!!! these people dont know what they are doing, they only want your money!! They tried to deceive me charging me ridiculously money for a service that I didnt even need. This place is a FRAUD and they are all CUNNING!

I found 79th Street Auto Center through google. I was not disappointed. It was code P0171 and could be anything related to MAF, O2 sensor, or vacuum leak. 79th Street Auto Center spent couple of hours to diagnose the problem, but the problem seems to be complicated. He suggested me to go to a dealer and didnt charge me a penny for the time that he spent for diagnose. Very professional and nice guy. Our service B is coming up and I will really consider to bring the car back for 79th Street Auto Center. Thanks 79th Street Auto Center!!
