I dont know if or what new management this Toyota has, but you need to do better. These employees you have now are not friendly at all. And when you ask them a question they seem annoyed to work. And they have you sitting in the car waiting not serving you. You have go to them ask them. I need find a new Toyota to go to. This place is the worst.

Ive been coming here ever since I got my Corolla and Ive never had a problem with these guys. I can honestly say they work hard and do their best to manage everyone and everything. With the amount of people that come here every day and especially on the weekends they manage to get things done in a relatively good time considering the volume of work. Toyota in general is really good but I can say that these guys in West Kendall take the cake.

No cars everything overpriced and you have to leave a deposit and wait months to get your vehicle. They said there giving back deposits because in September there stoping manufacturing because there are no chips available. Good luck buying a new car.

Dont bother making an appointment, because its first come first serve. Appointment at 930am. Arrived at 915am. Its 1130 and I am still waiting. No to guide you as where to go when you first arrive. I had to call to tell them I was waiting. Atleast the service guy was professional. I will drive a little further to a better Dealer and avoid this one in the future. Hopefully I will be done by 5pm. Just here for oil change.

This has been the most frustrating experience I’ve had in the car industry. Had I known getting scheduled maintenance with Toyota would be such a headache I would have never bought this car. From the moment you drive in to the service area no one is there to greet you or tell you where to go. The advisors are slow. I asked for a car part and never received a quote. The shuttle driver never came to get me. I got my car back without the courtesy wash. They also forgot to reset my maintenance check light. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

My experience with Tony Aponte (Service Advisor) at West Kendall Toyota has always been that of someone you can trust, with every recommendation he makes from immediate service needed, to possible future repairs. He has his own dedicated team of professional mechanics. I Highly rate them as well and recommend.

Worst service. If you’re thinking about going, don’t. You will regret it. The customer service is so bad. You will wait in line for 30 mins without anyone acknowledging you. Had to leave this incredibly unprofessional so called “establishment” after 30 mins. I called their customer service and a nice lady with a southern accent answered after being on hold for 10 mins. I explained to her the problem with Toyota Service department at West Kendall and she was very apologetic. She my name and number and said someone will be calling me. The one star is for the lady who answered the phone.

Extremely unhappy with Kendall Toyota Service. I took my vehicle for maintenance and a tire problem/alignment. I was never called to be advised about my concerns and wasn’t called to pick up vehicle. I requested a quote for new tires never received an estimate in writing. I called back the next day and they said they are understaffed to answer the phone and no one called me back as of today it’s been 4 days. They don’t care about people’s needs or concerns when it comes to your vehicle.

I would not recommend this place if you look for the upmost respect and customer service value. EILIOMIS DE LA NUNEZ was my service advisor for the past two recent visit. I had came in twice because my vehicle had a recall fuel pump malfunction in which I thought they had fixed on my first visit Not only I had to waste time for their faulty mistake, but when I asked nicely for a loaner request, EILIOMIS instead of being empathetic and apologetic, told me that I would be responsible for the loaner fees if it had nothing to do with the recall malfunction. LOL. Just wow. Just to make it clear, my vehicle could of stall at any moment resulting me getting into a crash. Yet, his concern was perhaps doing extra paper work for a vehicle loaner, or just simply being lazy.To make it worst, my car has been siting in the shop for two days FIXED and nobody ever called me! And I only found out because I had to call several times to get an update. I was told that EILIOMIS was not in the office reason why I was never notified, but when I spoke to him, he had the audacity to lie and say he did call.One star for the men that brought my vehicle because he was so sweet and kind but other than that, I recommend going elsewhere even if it means to drive further more. You would thanked me for it.

Ive owned 4 Toyotas: A no model name indestructible Toyota Truck (know called a Tacoma), Matrix (cargo bedliner revolutionary. Bring it back!), Sienna (massive cargo), and a Prius. And man, I have to say I really love my 2009 Prius, coldest AC I have ever experienced and so fun to drive. Zipping through traffic at 50 MPG is a micro-moment of joy.Never a problem and NEVER a breakdown. Of course, they are Toyotas. But service is important also. I always go to West Kendall (and sometimes Kendall TBH) to keep my ride in shape. Big thanks to Eiliomis, Daniel H, Kelly, Camilo and the team over the years.

Horrible Customer Service for just a simple oil change. Should be a pleasant drop off and pick up. Instead its a struggle to get someone to point you in the right direction and a struggle to get the service done in a timely fashion. Three hr wait time for a simple oil change with an appointment is unreal.

Worse customer service ever. I was there for a manitenance routine, it took the service advisors 1 h to assist me even if I was park in front of their booth . Just to tell me that my tire rotation will take 1.5 h on top of that I was already waiting. See you later . My last visit to that POS hole. (Be ready for that type of service )

Amazing service and they truly stand by there tire protection plan. I have had three tires replaced in the past 3 months from road debris. I recommend anyone buying a Toyota there to buy the plan it has paid for itself. Kelly is one the nicest advisors i have worked with and she always has my truck in and out of there.

Worst experience for a simple oil change. Scheduled an appointment for 1:45 and was seen by an advisor 45 minutes after my scheduled visit, i then met with the advisor & he said hed call me when the cars ready.after I walked over to the front desk & requested shuttle service and the service the lady at the front desk said the driver had alot of people ahead and they couldnt offer me the service. so took an uber home. Around 5:50 called for the status of my car (mind you the adviser kiusti said hed call but never did) He said to pick it up but to hurry since they were closing in 10 minutes. When i got there i went to pay, when i got to the front desk i was charged $105 for a simple oil change when i was told id pay $70. Id give this place 0 stars if i could. My advice is Save your money and go somewhere else.

If I could give 0 starts that will be the perfect score. It was the worst experience. I left my car at 11:30 am on Sunday with appointment and they told me it would take 2 or 3 hours and they did not call me. I decided to go at 3 pm and see what happen and i find out that they left and leave my car closed in the business until next day without letting me know. I had no car for the rest of the day with no reasons given. Called customers service and they couldnt do anything. Inside the customer service area there was still an employee and I nocked on the door for several minutes to try to get an answer and she did not even acknowledge me. Had always done my services here, from now on I strongly advice to not give your money to them. Find another place.

My car has had electrical issues since I first got it December of 2016, the car has gone through 3 batteries in 4 years. This last thursday the car again wont start. I called on Friday and left my phone number with the girl who answered for a service specialist to call me, called against on saturday, nothing! Today is Monday, the car still doesn’t start and these people apparently have no interest in returning my call so they can guide me on how to proceed. Classic Miami dealership, they do everything they can to sell you a car and then forget about customer service. Very bad way of doing business!

This has to be the worst service center EVER! It takes 3/4 hours on any given day. The advisors are always “busy” while chatting in their offices. They see you standing around for 20 mins just stay inside. You have to go knocking from office to office to have someone assist you. I really am looking forward to trading in my Toyota just to not have to deal with this mess.

Third time coming here. Always the same problem. Long wait time, poor customer service. Today I couldnt even get a free ride home because I live too far. I live 16mill from the dealership. I have a top of the line car and is a lease which had a engine problem. Not even my fault. Worst service ever. Next time I’ll spend 40k dollars somewhere else.

Do not go there on a Sunday. Dont bother making an appointment, they wont care and will allow people without appointments to get seen by a service advisor before you. People get aggressive waiting and the employees do nothing to diffuse the situation. Im 8 months pregnant with an appointment and they could care less. I had to deal with aggressive male customers with no appointments telling me they arrive before me. Place is a hot mess and needs to work on their scheduling and people skills

Went in to get an oil and then the service representative recommended that I do a coolant flush and also a powersteering flush. Which I was like ok lets proceed with the recommend services. Drove 30 miles after the getting the car ended up having called roadside assistance and had to get my cart towed because my car overheated

Everytime I go theres always an issue. Wait in line for 20 mins to get into the service department. Then wait again for another 10- 15 mins before someone becomes available to check you in. Then you explain that you took the time to make an appointment online hoping that it might make all that waiting worth something, but no. Making an appointment online does absolutely nothing for you. Most times they cant even find the appointment. Despite having the confirmation and all. Then they tell you itll be 2+ hours for that oil change that should take on average an hour, hour 1/2. Then wait again for another 20 mins for them to bring you your car. Do you really think people want to spend 4 hours getting an oil change?! No. They dont. You need to look at how youre managing your service department. How do you expect to keep your customers if this is how you treat them.

I never had a problem there. Maybe because my car was in warranty. Now that it expired they found a problem in my tire that they could not aligned the car supposed that the car was in an accident. The funny thing is that the fender bender was more that 6 months ago. They changed my tires and break there in different occasions and never saw the problem. Wow. I asked for an estimate the service person gave me a handwritten piece of paper. Too funny not the funny jaja way.

After service to my vehicle someone stoled my prescription medication if you that is surprising more surprising was the service Manager careless attitude. He showed no sympathy or remorse. Could careless. I even pointed out I had written emails and tried contacting Management over a chat they have on line. His response was he didint even know they had a chat service. More upsetting than the fact I no longer have my meds needed is the manner in which this so called Manager handled the issue. Thanks for such great service? Mr.Danny Nieves.

My car made a noise after a repair. As expected, they made up an non-sense BS reason, and blamed it on me. Service Manager a total prick, insolent, unprofessional and lazy ass that didnt even went to see my car to see the problem and just decided to wash his hands. I bet he is not even a mechanic, just a lazy suit running the position. Problem was easily fixable, they had inverted to different pipe hangers, short and long, which caused the pipe to lean one side and hit the suspension. No more than 10 minutes to fix which I did it myself instead of them charging me overrated prices. They dont think the problem.. what a surprise ..

Service parts more expensive than others. I checked the OEM parts used for a repair, and they could be found a lot cheaper at other Toyota dealers in USA, some at almost half price. I am already buying parts for another repair, saving a lot of money and no tax ! Big mistake taking my car there for repair without researching prices, I feel like I was robbed.

Took car in for an oil change; pick up car and left. When I got to the gas station I noticed paint dust and a scratch on the passenger side rim... continued to check out the car and noticed a scratch with same paint dust on bottom of car and the front bumper had a hole in it and was coming loose, same paint dust too. I immediately called the service rep. went back and told him what I had suspected had happened to my new car. He insisted this was not their doing and must have been me and I did not realize it. I knew something had happened and requested he walk the shop floor with me so that I could find what was painted the color of the paint dust I had seen on car. I then went on to ask him what color his lifts were.... BINGO!!!! all of a sudden he said - we will fix it. I asked why would you fix it, if this didn´t happen here and he said ¨it did.¨ I am happy they repaired the car - believe me I would have pulled camera footage if I had to - but had I not immediately noticed I would have been stuck with a damaged car. The person servicing the car had to have felt and known that the front bumper somehow got caught on the lift (as there was a hole in it) and the paint dust went all the way from front of car to the back tire (where the rim was scratched)... yet they failed to take ownership and kept quiet to deceive the customer in hopes they would not be caught. To date, I have yet to receive a call from a manager to apologize for what happened. Obviously, they don´t care about their customers, are dishonest and have no professional or human ethics.

(2016)Today it is 11/22/2019My 2016 Toyota Corolla was updated to an 2018, already has one year old.All the services had been done on time and it is like new after 66,650 miles.All guarantees cover it including the tires.This Toyota Dealer it is the most friendly with professional on each department.Not only I got the best car on the market but the best support for customers and cars.I am planing to go for the new Supra 2020You know it is one sport car with the best performance. Ive had a couple bad experiences here. Its not the same as it was 2 years ago. The wait is more than 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I waited an extra 30 mins after paying to retrieve my car. I had to go in and remind them I already paid and have not been able to retrieve my car yet. My car had a recall that day and I was told their system was down due to a error. I asked what was the specific error and was told it was an issue with the USB firmware and their tech is not available. They suggested I revisit in January for the firmware update.

Horrible customer service. I was helped by a guy called Chris Camous and the first thing he asked about my car was if i hit it. I told him maybe you should ask the problem first and i told him one of my tires blew up in the expressway and mind you i have a dash cam. He dint care he took me to his office and told me i hit something, i told him i had insurance and i had bought the car 3 weeks ago he found out i had insurance so he said i can get the tired fix. I waited 2 hours and came back and the first thing he says is you need an alignment and its $85 and that doesent cover it because you hit. So he is accusing me of something that on a dash cam you can see that i was on the expressway and all of a sudden i had to stop because my tired popped. Horrible customer service i am very very disappointed with toyota and there staff. You buy a brand new car and pay extra to have insurance on it bumper to bumper to be treated like this. I will be writing to corporate and also letting them know how unprofessional there staff are.
