Of the three trips that Ive sailed through the Keys from Fort Myers to Miami, I stopped at Matheson Hammock twice. Each time I have stopped they have been very accommodating for our then Grand Banks 42 Trawler. They have plenty of room for larger boats, as well day use ramps for trailerable boats. The fuel dock is easy to get in and out of, and the staff are experts at handling the lines. Thanks!

The only place to date where you can buy a cold beer in the park. The view is really nice in the afternoon and the vibe is pretty beach styled.

I don’t recommend this place for swimming. The lagoon doesn’t get good water circulation. But the view is amazing. Great area to bike ride or kayak from. If you go in car, you’ll be charged $5 for parking.

Good service but as expected in any marina, gas prices even for the no ethanol gas are completely ridiculous.

Whether you need fuel, bait, fishing gear, snack, drinks, cuban/american coffee and now Costa gear, you can find it all at in one convenient spot within Matheson Hammock Park. Patrick the manager is awesome. I really recommend stopping by if youre in the area.

My favorite park in the city..5$ go during the week when it is empty...at 7am maybe 5 people is this massive beautiful park.... It was hit pretty hard by hurricane irma and Andrew......put 18 ft of storm Surge over the park
