I purchased a new truck from AutoNation Doral recently. Alain Hernandez was great. The paperwork process went smoothly. We were in and out within only 2 hours. A couple of days later, my truck couldn’t read tire pressure. I went back and Lupe got the issue fixed in only 20 minutes. Great customer service. I’m very satisfied with my new truck!

Never had an issue since I have been coming here. I usually see Luis when I drop off my car. He was out today, but Lupe was excellent. He got me all taken care off with my oil change and tire rotation. I was in at 7:45 and out by 9:30. Great job guys.

I just wanted to thank Luis Duarte in Sales and Michael Del Rio in Finance. My husband already completed most of the deal with them over the phone/email before I got there. When I arrived after driving for 3 hours, Luis already had the deal paperwork ready to go and sign. Michael in Finance was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. It was a very different experience, since you do not have new cars in stock. This was the first time I have purchased a car without see it and without test driving it. The salesman Carlos sent me an email with the pictures and info of three of the cars coming in the truck that were available to buy, but the truck was in transit yet. I felt in love of one of the cars and went right a way to the dealer and put a deposit. Four days later I had a call from Carlos letting me know the car had arrive. Next day I went to sign papers without even seen the car. Waited anxiously for about one hour for the car to be ready and then Carlos showed to me all the operational details and I drove home in love with my new car.

Everything was fine until the moment I went to pick up my truck after I received a phone call from the service advisor. It took me 30 plus minutes to get my truck. I had to go to the office 3 times. I even volunteered to get my truck myself. Finally when I get my truck it was dirty and the guy said that he could not take it to the car wash machine because it was full. I told him with all the time that I waited to get my truck that was the least you could have done.

He met me exactly at my scheduled time and explained me how the service will be about and the time frame it will take very clear. Do not shop here!! The customer service here is absolutely terrible!!! My truck has less then 6k miles and the transmission is already giving me issues. They don’t seem to care one bit. They’ve had my trunk for over a week and refuse to give me a loaner. Shame on you guys!!!!!

Not friendly, the salesman seems not to be interested in sales at this time. I ask for the new SUVs he wasn’t interested in helping. Maybe is because I am in shorts or to early in the morning I don’t know but he was not interest in trying to sale, at least tell the customer’s that you can get a new one and show the the catalog and explain the new features in it.

Went in yesterday looking around for trucks and I couldnt find anything I wanted but before I left I decided to get a quote for selling my truck. Pedro went ahead and got the process started for me, they checked out my car and gave me $2000 over what the last dealer had quoted me AND over street selling value. No hassle. Just sat down at the cafe and ate food while they got the check ready. It was insane. Definitely give them a shot even if youre not going to buy a car. I would 10/10 go back every time. Great as usually. My only recommendation: shuttle service should be available early. I left my car at 7:30 AM and the shuttle was already providing a transportation service; I was advised the second driver uses to arrive at 08:00 AM..I need to walk to my office. Great customer service!

I’m honestly a little bit disappointed about how slow the system is, I had to wait more than one hour for a diagnostic that took less than thirty minutes because the system was delaying the employee’s work. Also, I am dissatisfied about not getting any options of having a car or a way to move around while I left my car at the dealer. This time I was lucky my car was ready quickly, but it would have been terrible not having a vehicle for a prolonged time. That said, the costumer care provided by Luis Amador was excellent.

My vehicle was taken by a tow truck to Auto Nation Chevrolet. It took me 3 days for me to be able to reach someone at the dealer to find out the status of my car. I left various messages and no one including the service manager returned my call. I will never recommend this dealer to anyone.

I received great service from Henry when I went. The purchase process went smoothly. However, I am very dissatisfied with the condition I received my car in. The front and back windshield wipers were broken and I had to replace them. The front brake pads were relatively new but the rear brakes are very worn out and will have to be replaced soon. I was told that the vehicle was throughly inspected and everything that needed to be replaced was replaced. That did not happen in my case

Marcos Mirabel #1954 was as always efficient and fast on his work. Brought me in, checked all inspections properly for my vehicle. The vehicle was brought in for new tire install, balance and alignment. When the service was complete for pickup. The driver side window was out of track. I was upset and confused of the outcome. I spoke to a manager (forgot his name) by the name of Benji. The manager first gathered his data from the service side and came back to me with news of no one damaging the window. After going back and forth of what should be done the manager suggested a fifty-fifty split. So the manager left to later then bring back a report of what the coverage will be. The manager returned with news I was not expecting. He had shared great news that made a loyal customer happy and it was that they were going to cover the expense of the issue. The service is what comes first and they’ve done it right in both the back end and the front end of ops. This is why I continue my loyalty at AutoNation Chevrolet Doral. Thank you for your dedication to excellence.

My car has been there for THREE HOURS just for an oil change. Nobody answers the phone in the service department but of course, the sales line gets picked up right away. The last time I got an oil change here the wait was well over 1.5 hours and they reset my TPM which in turn caused them to stop working. This is the last time I bring my car here.

Extremely dissatisfied I was pre warned not to go there but I have them a chance .My daughter’s convertible roof would not go down upon the review they claimed it was a low voltage . The key jams appear’s after 40 years of driving I don’t know how to put car in park properly, and to make it worst they tried to charge me for 3 hours of doing nothing . To say the least it was not a very good experience

2 days ago I barely made it to Autonation after my car got completely disabled in the highway twice and I was told my car could not be taken in without an appointment and the appointments were full for two months, the system did not even give an appointment. After talking with customer service, he overrid an appointment about 10 days away but told me they would not be able even start working on the car at least more than a month because the corvette mechanic is fully occupied for 6-7 cars. I had to drive away with a limping car which stranded me in the middle of the road two more times again. I barely made it home and I WAS ABLE TO GET AN APPOINTMENT THE NEXT MORNING FROM ANOTHER CHEVROLET DEALER AND THEY DIAGNOSED THE CAR WITHIN ONE DAY AND THE PARTS ARE ALREADY ORDERED AND WILL ARRIVE IN TWO DAYS!This is a certified preowned car, I do not think it is appropriate to turn down a disabled car that barely made it to the service and does not even start. It took multiple tries each time to just to start to car and it was locked in 4th gear and got wholly disabled multiple times in the highway with no acceleration whatsoever, barely made it to the curb.It is COMPLETELY unacceptable to make a customer wait more than a month, let alone no more loaners are available. The other chevrolet dealer does give you rental car when loaners are not available. The problem was a cheap $180 control module in the trunk...

The service is terrible. This is the. third time Ive had to take the truck back to the dealership and every time you take forever to figure out what is wrong with the vehicle. Then the pieces that you need to fix it are never there and in the third time not even with GMs help can you figure out what is wrong. You never have any loaners and when you call to get an update nobody answers.

Unfortunately, my 2018 Chevy Traverse certified preowned car had mechanical issues within 3 months of purchase. I took it in immediately. Autonation dropped the ball by not activating the warranty after purchase. Due to waiting on Autonation to activate the warranty and avoid out of pocket costs for repair. My car was in the shop from Monday sitting to now Thursday. Im writing this post now as I sit waiting for my car to start getting repaired today. A few hours of labor I was told. I did not have a loaner car provided advised non was available. $60 in uber cost for me. $30 to head home on Monday and $30 to come back today Thursday with my 7 year old son to pickup the vehicle. Im disappointed because getting the car was great however, this debacle has tainted my overall customer experience with Autonation Chevy Doral. Nice people but poor execution of service. Hopefully, with good maintenance I can utilize this car efficiently without any other issues as I have done so with my last vehicle my Honda CRV of over a decade.

My 2019 Chevy Tahoe battery died on me last month, had it towed to the Auto Nation on LeJeune and it was barely even seen or tested and I was sent on my way (after 3 days of having my car in the dealership under observation). Same thing happens now, less than two months later, I take it back again and same thing, I’m sent on my merry way - while my car is struggling to start and I know the battery will die in any minute. But instead of going home I take it to Auto Nation in Doral and thank the Universe for Mr. Hugo Nunez, who even though it’s a Friday afternoon with obviously a ton of work in front of him, he so graciously and selflessly helps me out. Ive had my vehicle serviced under warranty several times already. Every time that I go I have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for a service advisor to help me regardless if I have an appointment or not. While the work is being performed, it is then impossible to reach the service advisor. I am truly looking forward to either the warranty expiring or switching my vehicle to a non-Chevrolet product so that I do not need to deal with this. Ive never had this ongoing experience with any other auto brand that Ive owned.

Very bad service experience. 1st i order to replace the two Front Wipers and came out with the old ones and the charge me 22$+labor on each, paid for nothing, 2nd they did oil change and they left the screw tap lose and leaking oil, now i have to come back to the shop and pay for clean the garage floor....... very bad !!! Updating previous review: there were issues with the phone system that caused a communication break-down on my vehicle service status but I have to say, AutoNation - specifically Hugo Nuñez - went above and beyond to make things right and took extremely good care of me and my vehicle. Miscommunication happens, its all about how its handled moving forward, and Hugo was more than professional. Im very satisfied with the service and how well my vehicle is responding after service.
