Taking into consideration that Im no fan of car dealers salesmen or finance managers, Bomin Volvo made our car shopping experience haggle free. I was able to get a discount that was great for us and fair for the dealer. Our car lacks nothing of luxury nor technology compared to Mercedes-Benz or BMW. Ernesto was our salesman and he delivered. I believe the finance person (older gentleman) has a bit of a old-school car salesmen approach where you cant fully trust what they say but all in all it was good experience, great price and high quality vehicles.

Its all about the reception, the lack of presence, and loss of empathy. The person who serviced me, Armando, made me feel like I was bothering him by having my car serviced there. It all about saying good morning, having a smile, telling people if they decide to stay to have a cup of coffee, if they have been there before saying that it great that they came back. Maybe you need to have the manager walk around versus setting at her desk and eating. I know that Bomnin is not servicing BMW, Mercedes, and Porches, but maybe you need to visit some of their wait rooms and see how managers walk around there and have a better pulse on service, versus waiting for a survey to tell you something can be improved. The servicing of the car was well done and free, but I had to wait four hours for servicing that was estimate to take two, and it would have been 5 hours if I did not start questioned the manager, who was taking an extended lunch break in her office.

I’ve brought two brand new vehicles from here within the last 2 years. The gentlemen who helped me every time has been Dana.1st experience was with a new 2019 Corvette. At this time I don’t recall anything negative. I’m sure everything went fine during that transaction.2nd experience was with a new 2020 Trail-boss. Here is where I was over promised and he under-delivered in the sense I was given a price yet the price was a lot more than given initially. Prior to having my credit ran, he gave me an estimate. This estimate was $100 less than what initially was presented to me after pulling my credit. The credit wasn’t the issue as I have excellent credit. Being off by $30-$50 would be acceptable, but $100? I really wanted the vehicle at the time so I negotiated with the finance manager but much could not get done.Present day and my 3rd experience was with a 2019 corvette. I wouldn’t have believed he would have the audacity to do the same thing again, I was wrong. Again told me a price before pulling the credit and this time it came back OVER $100 difference. Explained there’s nothing else he can do. Mind you, the ONLY reason I agreed to have my credit pulled was because of the estimate he gave me was exactly what I was looking for so I felt tricked into having my credit pulled. At this point I was a bit frustrated as I was lied to on pricing, so I decided to give the vehicle purchase some thought and explained I will contact him the next day. Next day comes, I contact Dana and inform him I will be picking up the vehicle the following morning. Only request I had was to have it washed and buffed of some scratches. He explained he is getting that done and the vehicle will be ready. 6 hours later, he informs me the car was sold. So now you’re telling me after I already agreed to buying the vehicle, after a credit application was pulled with monthly prices that were way off, there’s no vehicle, and a disgruntled consumer.If this is the way Bomnin conducts their business I would recommend others to refrain from giving them your business. Being unprofessional in any business is unacceptable, I will take my business elsewhere.An email was also sent and there you fill find my preferred contact information. I am looking forward to your email reply.Update: Was never contacted. Really shows how you value customers, but then again I’m not surprised.

Here we go…..When I bought my Tahoe three years ago, the sales team true to form, would not sell my vehicle to me for the price I took a photo of, on their computer screen. Instead they told me it was a “mistake” when I said I would do the deal. I even found a connection to the owner Arnaldo Bomnin, who called me after asking his coordinator to have him call me, and he said they would not sell to me at the “mistake price”.I paid the extra $600….Dealer wins.Today, when I took my Tahoe in for a warranty issue (my console cover would not open), I was told my warranty had expired the DAY BEFORE before I reported my issue.I can happily say that the console cover issue was taken care of-no charge. They asked me to write a review (you’re looking at it).Yes they stepped up to the plate, fixed the issue and hopefully they get reimbursed by General Motors. This was the only warranty issue I had with my Tahoe in the three years I’ve owned it.So…bottom line, we win some, we lose some, and hopefully we’re good to play again.

Its good and bad, as this is the second car I have purchased with you both experiences started out almost exactly the same. My first purchase at West Kendall, I was in the waiting area for almost 45 minutes before anyone even asked me if I needed help. I had already done my homework so was ready to buy, just wanted to see the vehicle etc. As I run a business at night and am always in a suit, I tend to dress down during my off times, but after getting some assistance, the positive far outweighed the negative and I walked away a happy customer. The second time, I was bombarded at the front door with questions, and I had already had an appointment, but was early, and was informed of the fact that I was early 3 times by the person attempting to help me. I was then informed that the person I had an appointment was only dealing with internet people so I needed to see a sales person. I was introduced to Julio and he was good as far as taking me to a truck to test but I was informed that the color and equipment was not available on present stock. I basically said if they could find me a diesel 1500 I would be very interested, and they did find one on production hold, and then I later found another one that was advertised at the Kendall store, I found out that it was not only the style I wanted but in the color as well which is where we started out at the beginning, so we switched the paperwork and was able to finalize as well since this one had a stock number, so Im excited for it to arrive soon. I must say, as it started out a little rough, to where I was not going to even look at a trade to a great ending. The finance department is top notch, he made me feel so relaxed, and he really takes pride in his work. He had said he has been with the company for 7 years and that speaks highly of the operation and how they are treated. Julio, my sales person, seems a bit new, but is hungry and looks to be a valuable asset as well. As Iv had time to sit in waiting areas and see some of the video feeds of your business, its cool to see how the family feeling resonates in the eyes of the team members. General Motors and Chevrolet should be honored to have your team as representative of the brand. This will be my 9th Chevrolet in 47 years, and I have had the best time with each of them. My first tune up I ever did was on my 1977 Monty, and replaced my first AC in my 1975 Camaro type LT. Sorry to be so windy but sometimes good things take time to talk about. Regards, Glenn Davis

While this isn’t a 5 star review, I’m not smoking them on a review. I inquired about a truck via email with a very clear cut request with all the info they needed for a quote. I provided a vin/stock number I was interested in, my lease term request, no trade in, tag transfer, etc. Everything they could need to provide a quote, instead they try to call me to get stuck on the phone with them, no emailed response back. Pretty simple request, I’d say. Was ready to travel across the state to make a deal happen, but if something that simple can’t be carried out, I question the rest of the process.

I scheduled a vehicle for the first oil change (new car) with them. I showed up to the appointment time a few minutes early. I checked in and my service rep was not there. He strolled in 20 minutes passed the appointment time with breakfast in his hands. I find this very unprofessional. How hard is it to check your daily calendar to see the appointment times and be available for the customers; not gone to get breakfast during appointment time. First impression is everything. They need to work on that.

I would like to share my experience in this dealer which was awesome. I bought a car with Mr. Cristian Gomez, I was impressed by his professionalism. I decided to buy the car by his recommendation and help. I highly recommend this place.

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealer last Sunday. Salesman and finance person and all other staff were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. The dealer was well stocked with inventory and the facility itself is modern and well-kept. I bought a vehicle from this same dealer in 2016 and the experience then was also very positive. I must qualify my review in that the car I purchased had malfunctioning air conditioning. It being Sunday, the mechanics were not on duty so I was given a voucher to return and have it fixed. The service is scheduled for next week, so assuming all goes well (the AC is fixed to my satisfaction) then the 5 star review stands.

It was a lengthy process, but worth it! Granted, we arrived on a Friday afternoon around 3pm and it seems they may have been a Manager or two short. But our three year old was a trooper and after a few hours, I got a fair trade in value for my current SUV and went home with a newer, bigger and nicer one! Richard volunteered to help me as soon as I walked in and was great throughout the process. He and Edwin kept us within our range and I would recommend both of them and Bomnin to car buyers.

After getting approved initially, he called the very next day to get us approved for a lower APR. for no other reason than to just get us a better deal. Bought a 2021 Chevy Blazer from this location in February. The car doors wont unlock at all, huge safety issue. I took the car back to them since its a warranty issue, 12 days later, my husband had to go talk to them because they were ignoring me. I picked up the car, park it and the car doors still will not unlock. If there is an emergency, and I cant get my son out, because his door also has childlock and cant be manually opened from the inside. Worst place ever. Because Im a woman, there was no respect for me.
