Kevin was our salesperson and he was just amazing. He explained everything very well to us. He showed patience while we took our time to make the proper decision while car shopping and buying. I was a traveler when my truck started making an unusual sound and needed service. Everyone told me that it would take up to a month to have the repairs completed. Then I met my service advisor David. He took the time to listen to my concerns and made some adjustments to his very busy service schedule in order to get me back on the road . It was very refreshing to meet someone that took the time to help me in every way possible. He even suggested some awesome local attractions which helped to make the time fly by. Thanks David.
Wait time was down to 2 plus hours. I took my truck for an oil change, however they didnt reset the oil notice..... Cant tell if they really did the oil change or not? I hope they did because I paid for the service. I still dont understand the lack of organization in the service department. I guess I will have to take it the truck to a non Bomnin dealership for service. Sad but true. If I ran that place, I would put up on their TVs the progress of the cars as they work on them; accountability!!!! Im sure it will be well received by their customers. They employee, charity videos and parties are good, but service is what the clients need. Keep the customers informed>

I had a bad experience taking my car to this dealership. I went for an oil change and when I got my car back, my car wasn’t running well. The engine was vibrating and the car was releasing a lot of smoke from the exhaust pipe. I had to find time in my week to go back there and get it checked out and get another oil change. When I went they told me they didn’t drain the old oil, so the engine wasn’t working well, which could’ve caused problems or complications with my car’s engine. Besides the mechanics mistakes, I had a good experience when I arrived to the dealership. Manuel provided great service when he received my car.
Salesman Julio Hernandez, that I have been dealing with, has been extremely reliable. Julio is very easy to deal with and to get a hold of. He is never bothered by the many questions one may have. Julio is honest, straight forward and courteous! It is a pleasure dealing with Julio Hernandez for the purchase of my new car. I dont usually post bad reviews but this is an unique case. I took my vehicle on October 11, 2021 for a routine oil change and tire rotation plus to check an issue with the a/c under the extended warranty. First, I had to leave the car at the dealership without a courtesy vehicle because per the service advisor they dont have cars until next year (the lot is full of cars) due to chips shortage and covid-19 supply line issues (these days everybody blames the covid). Second, It took two days to receive the phone call from the service advisor to tell me about the a/c problem, he told me that the extended warranty was not in the system, only the GAP insurance. I drove from Doral to Kendall to provide a copy of the extended warranty contract, which I bought at the same place with the same finance employee. After two hours, he texted me saying that I need to call the insurance company (ALLY) to resolve the issue because the dealer does not have the extended warranty in the system (even though I bought the car at the same place). I called ALLY and after around an hour waiting on the phone they confirmed that the extended warranty contract was not in the @#%&* system. ALLY advised to go back to the dealership to talk to the finance manager or sales manager to make the contract available in the @#$%&* system. I am talking about a car that was bought in 2016 and I never used the extended warranty until now. So I went back to the dealership, the lady in the front was rude and did not care about my issue, I told her that I bought the car at the very same place and I showed her the contract signed by employee ID 7152. She said oh, we are not identified by numbers, only by last name (my blood started to boil), and told me to go to one of the cubicles in the back to try to talk to one of the finance employees if any is available. Luckily, I found the same guy who prepared the paper work and sold me the ALLY AUTO CARE extended warranty. I explained him what was happening and he was like acting stupid looking around and told me that the extended warranty was sold under GRAND PRIZE CHEVROLET and that I have to call them. He came with the story that they dont have records of the cars sold under Grand Prize (again, they are the same people, same employees, same building etc.). He proceeded to give me the number from Grand Prize who allegedly moved to New Jersey (the lady in the front said New York), so I called Grand Prize and after half an hour waiting they told me that they can not do anything because they dont have business in Florida nor records of the cars sold in Miami. I left the dealership thinking these bunch of hoodlums are playing like lawyers and are washing their hands like Pilates. On my way home and deeply frustrated with Bomnin (who glorifies himself about giving to the community) I proceeded to call again ALLY and explained them the issue and my frustration with the dealership. ALLY agreed to register the vehicle in the system once they received the sales contract (what would happen if you destroy those documents?) and copy of the extended warranty contract. It took two more days to register the car (now is Friday afternoon). Finally, I got my car Thursday, October 21. In conclusion, if you buy any kind of extended warranty do not leave the @#$%&* dealership until these bunch of hoodlums and rats register your car in their stupid system.

It took you 9 days to complete a small job, AND you dont provide a courtesy vehicle. I had to pay for a rental which cost me just as much as the repair. Also, now my A/C isnt blowing cold and it was working perfectly fine before I brought it in. That means I have to bring it back and possibly pay another diagnosis fee and another deductible if its covered by my warranty. And I may end up being without my car for a few days AGAIN which means ANOTHER expense for rental fees.
What can I say about the service that Alex provided me while shopping for a new family car? One word: exceptional. From the very beginning he made me feel welcomed, and told me he’d work hard to help me find a used vehicle that fit into my budget. His level of professionalism and dedication is what ultimately swayed me to buy from Bomin. Communication with Alex was also top notch. Anytime I had a question, he always made time to answer it. If your looking for someone who cares about what your looking for in a car as much as you do, look no further. Alex is your guy!

I left a five star for the actual buying experience but now I’m having issues with the vehicle I purchased and all I’m getting is the run around on making it right. It’s been a real pain to get all voicemails, one call back, and no responses to my questions. I’ve been trying to get a real response for weeks now. Very disappointed in the fact that my low mileage, great condition truck has problems already but even more disappointed that they turned out to truly be just stereotypical used car salesman. Can’t trust anyone anymore.Whatever the service department did to my truck during the final inspection, they messed it up and now I’m out the warranty time frame to fix it without spending a lot of money. This all happened before my first loan payment came out.Word to the future customers. Don’t just go on their little round the neighborhood test drive. Make sure you actually DRIVE the vehicle because they could be hiding things. Test drive it again after the final inspection because they clearly can screw it up too.

Hello everyone! This is one of the worst customer service I experienced in my life with the Chevy City Express van that we got from them ! Worse car even like them! They do a very low quality job on mechanic if you want the car be broken every six months go here and repair it! If I can give 0 star I will! Very dissapointed on their cars! Nothing to recomend in this place! Service, product and repairs, suck !! Terrible service and experience ever again I will be there and i am a business woman! Every time people ask me about cars or dealers I will tell them never go here !!!! Totally bad customer service

I went for regular maintenance and when I got my car back, the tires were still under pressure and the oil life screen wasn’t updated. I went back and spoke to the manager because I wanted to make sure the oil and filter were changed. I still don’t know/trust the brakes were even checked.

Best service so far! Usually takes between 3-5 hours to change my oil, this time it was only 2! I did take another person home because there was no one to drive customers home, but that is a whole other issue. They did what they said they were going to do, Mr. Shumaker was awesome and I came away a satisfied customer.

My experience buying the car was good. Albert was helpful, friendly and went above and beyond with the car. The car itself turned out not to be great, we had to bring it back the very next day to be serviced and they had to keep it for a week, and there are still issues. But so far, Albert and Bomnin Chevrolet have been very helpful.

Noel Martinez and the receiving valet gentlemen, customer service was impeccable and well the only positive part of the experience, 5 stars for them. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle left oil stains and residue all over the top of the engine. I had to request for them to take it back and have it cleaned. Noel was very accommodating. I just wish they would bring back the loaners, so I can finally have my car serviced correctly. Living in Miami, you just can not drop off a car for service and not have transportation for over a week or two.

Took my truck here for the 4th time to be serviced. The previous time it took 4 hours to do a simple oil change and tire rotation, despite the fact that I had an appointment. Against my better judgement, I decided to give the service center another chance; HUGE mistake! The Service Center associates are dismissive with the customer and did not listen to any concerns. The advisor attempted to initiate a charge for $90 for an 8 quart oil change and tire rotation when my Colorado takes 6 quarts, seems fraudulent to me. To the unsuspecting customer, they may not be as aware of this detail and risk being overcharged for services not rendered. When it was brought to the attention of the advisor, his response was that it’ll come out to that price anyways.On top of all of this, the finance department apparently does not honor coupons from their website unless the coupon is printed, despite that not being written on their website at all. I will NEVER bring my truck here again. This is not the first time I’ve had an issue here and clearly management does not take customer service seriously. It begs the question on how they can claim to be “Committed to Excellence” when they treat their customers in such a way. Disappointed all around. I will no longer recommend Bomnin to friends and family.

Just purchased a new Silverado crew cab pickup. It was a smooth transaction and I am a satisfied customer. I believe that I got a good price especially with their being a shortage of trucks. Saturday 24, on my way to pick up my daughter I noticed that the front passenger tire in my 2019 Corvette was losing air very quicky. Took it to the local gas station and they confirmed that the tire would not hold air. Here is where it gets fun... I called the Chevrolet help line and according to them tires do not have a warranty, even though the car only has 18800 miles. I then called Michelin, who asked me to take the car to the dealership, in this case Bomnin Chevrolet West Kendal. After waiting 3 hours and not showing interest in talking to Michelin, I was told you damaged the tire, which is not right, as I did not have any kind of impact, just a rapid loss of air. Service advisor David S then quoted me a tire for close to $500. Keep in mind, after being called a liar I was quoted a tire for $369, with the rest being installation! I called Michelin and they asked me to take the car to Tire Kingdom for a second opinion. When I asked to get my car back they refused and said it had to be towed from the dealership (by the way, this car has run flat tires and the service manager had just told me he drove 180 miles with no air) I did manage to get my car, and then drove to Tire Kingdom, which told me they do not service the Corvette tires) total waste of time...I ended buying the tire online for $309, with an added $34 to install. Chevrolet customer service did called me back and offered me a $100 service certificate, however this is not enough to take the bad taste off this experience. I have been a loyal GM customer for many years, but needless to say, I have no intention of buying another Chevrolet product, and much less to take my car to Bomnin.
