After working with this company on an international move I would not recommend to anyone. The lack of professional communication and clear fees due is appalling.

Great set of employees here to clear import cargo and now they specialize with Alibaba (E-commerce). Highly recommend this customs brokerage group if youre new to importing into the U.S.

The experience has not been good, a ROBOTIC service without customizing. The schedule is inflexible and does not work in todays world. They feel they dont have to make an effort, it seems that customer service is not a priority, incredible for the USA.
