Here’s a my happy testimonial with Miami pump & supply. My husband and I own a small motel in Miami and we needed to get a motor for the jacuzzi. At first i tried to get it rewired from Berkely and it did not work. I went over to Miami pump got a better explanation on wiring a pool pump and the various options available than I got from the manufacturer. So, I just want to endorse the in-depth, technical knowledge of the staff of from Miami Pump & Supply. Great service and resourceful

This company have a good inventory but the customer service from the employees is mediocre. There is an employee named Louis, supposedly he is knowledgeable on pumps. When I called him he said that he is not familiar with my VERTIFLO pump but he will call me back during the day to educate his self on it. He didnt call so I called him the next day at 8:30am. He said that he hasnt check the information yet because he had to leave early the day before but he will and let me know. I asked when do you think is a good time for you so I can call you? he said whenever I call you, that will be the time. I work for a big company in Miami that gives business to this store and it will not have it anymore for sure. This person has no customer service skills and doesnt care about his job neither since he talk to the customer like he is doing a favor to them and not getting pay for it.
