Me and my husband came in to purchase 5 televisions. Kevin or Kelvin in the TV department was very rude and came off as condescending. We walked out. Will take my money elsewhere. They need an entirely new and motivated staff. This staff lacks enthusiasm. I would fire Kevin asap. Hes not suitable to work with the public
Best Buy must do a ton of business.. They certainly dont want to answer the phone.. I live in an area that does not have a Best Buy. I have to call, make sure item is in stock then go get it. Could order it from Internet but I am a hands on person.They could care less...
Very bad customer service, the seller does not help you or explain the characteristics of the product, does nothing to make you buy or feel satisfied. Buy a laptop the seller Brian does not make an effort, you have to train him more.
