I bought my bike (Multistrada S) in ducati pompano, I called them to make a recall on my bike, the service manager told me that because of the vin off my motorcycle I did not need it but my motorcycle had the symptoms of it and I could not get it in At that moment, given the refusal, call ducati Miami talk to the service manager (Cesar) who immediately set up the pickup of my bike from Miami to Wellington my (house) they made the front brake recall on my motorcycle and now is 100% operational, ironically Two dealers are from the same owner, Cesar thank you very much !!
This was my first motorcycle purchase in the US. It is a different place since the change of ownership in 2017. Back then, worst Ducati dealership in the US, now is a different story. Juan C in Sales was great! Whole experience was weird buying a bike online and not seeing it in person, but Ducati Miami made it easy and even delivered the bike to me 4 hours away! They installed my accessories before delivery and I couldnt be happier with this place. I wish they were closer so I could get my service done here also, but overall fantastic buying experience!

I had my Pinagale V4 recently serviced there and I couldnt be happier with the service. They even had my bike picked up in Palm Beach County and delivered to their shop in Miami! Their staff, Service Rep Angel Blanco in particular, was friendly, courteous, and very professional. I live in Cape Canaveral, FL and was having an issue with my 2017 Hypermotard SP that my local Ducati dealer was unable to resolve. On the recommendation of a trusted source I hauled my Hyper-SP over 200 miles south to Ducati of Miami to try and sort out my issues. I arrived first thing in the morning on a Friday and left the motorcycle there fully expecting a lengthy stay. I had other things to take care of while in Miami so I was still in the area when I got word that the Service Tech, Gary, had already diagnosed and resolved the issue!!! He still needed to perform several more tests to validate the repair so after a few hours I headed back over to Ducati in the early afternoon and--indeed--the repair was successful! I was able to load up my Hyper-SP and take it home with me the same day. Major thumbs up to Gary the Service Tech and Cesar the Service Manager for an outstanding job. I can say without hesitation that the long trip from Cape C. to Ducati of Miami was completely worth it.
I have been in South Florida for a little under three years. Just purchased my second bike from Hector and it was another great experience. They have great team there and give great service. I had serious issues with my 2019 hypermotard. Bike randomly stalled when pulling the clutch. Their Service department properly addressed the problem, never denied it existed and gave my motorcycle back better than ever. Thanks to Ducati Miami I had a blast riding the dragon tail in NC. Wow...twenty min on hold waiting for service. I hang up and tried to call back several times during business hours and nobody answers the phone. I guess sales must be to good to not answer the phone and try to help a once loyal customer. I will now go somewhere else for my service, parts, accessories and bikes.
Dealership I send my motorcycle my hypermotard 939 because he was having a Shortcuts so they get the motorcycle and fixed the problem they change the battery and also at the same time they put me two new tires and they adjust everything They change my brake pads and they ship me back my motorcycle and when I receive it was all shiny and clean and I was very happy so I recommend the placeSpecially the manager of service very patient and passionate of his job.

I only have good things to say about Ducati Miami. I have bought many bikes from multiple dealers and I have to say this is the best experience Ive had. I have stayed away from this dealer due to a horrible reputation in the past but now with new ownership is a different story.If you decide to get a bike from Ducati Miami make sure you get it from Ian Ranney. This guy knows more about bikes than anyone else at that store. Not only he knows a lot, but he is extremely friendly and his customer service is top notch. I live about 1hr away from the store and Ian brought the bike to my house to test drive. After we agreed on numbers (which was very easy) Ian delivered the bike to my house again and picked up my trade. To add on, the Owner of the store Omar called me the day after to congratulate me on my purchase. If this is not top customer service I dont know what is.Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and I will keep buying bikes from Ian and Ducati Miami. Definitely recommend!
Ducatis will behave like Ducatis with their own little problems but that is the joy of it, and this store and their employees in both sales and service department are really good at quickly finding and solving any issue for you to continue enjoying your ride. I defiantly recommend Ducati Miami, clean and convenient store location.

Simply awful customer service. Do not buy products from them on eBay. Sold me a Panigale tail light, claimed it was Brand New! Wasn’t, Unit was DOA. I tried to return it once we were able to test it. Was 32 days. They said no thanks. Great way to treat people. Selling DOA, old product and claiming new. Scam. They just want to offload old product. Don’t buy online from them, or expect to be treated like a customer.
I was looking for a Ducati 796 for my son . Spoke to a number of dealerships and got the typical used car run around. Don’t do business here. They quote you one price and then when all your stuff is there for repair they make up a reason to charge more, then threaten to put a lien on the bike if you don’t pay. They stole my bike because I didn’t pay a price over the quoted one. They stole thousands! Sleazy.Im editing my review to address his response. This new owner called me after my review, and told me the person he bought it off of. The guy still works there and his Linked In reflects it. Trust me guys the sleazyness runs deep here. Overpriced at the start, but will screw you with service if that wasnt enough. Theres a million other places to go to in Miami-all are cheaper.
Late March 2019 I bought a Scrambler Desert Sled in Ducati Miami, and brought it by ship to Puerto Rico where I reside, alas, where there is no Ducati Dealership. Mid December, a dashboard issue which required service, forced me to bring my bike on the ferry to the neighboring island of Santo Domingo where they have a Ducati dealership.Big shout out to Cesar in Miami, who freely gave a lot of his time when we ran into difficulty setting actual mileage on the new dashboard as a consequence of incorrect codes being sent by the factory in Bologna.Cesar assisted the tech in Santo Domingo, who although extremely knowledgeable, was stumped when the plant kept sending incorrect codes.In the end issue was sorted out nicely, thanks to their help and knowledge.Big shout out also to José Luis Vera, Ducati Tech in the Dominican Republic, who very quickly diagnosed the issue, sent out for the correct parts, and corrected the problem, making an otherwise difficult process of getting the bike serviced abroad, a great experience.
Horacio was great!!!! During my brief time speaking with him regarding a lost key he knew right away what I needed bc I bought my Ducati used so the bike came with one key. Less than 600 bucks I’m gonna be back in business with the new change out system. Great work and super helpful

I have been dealing with a replacement Key for 6 months now. First you buy the Spare Key, then you have to waste half a day to have it reprogrammed only to find out that the metal key was ordered but did not arrive. Then you go and when they have the metal key, the guy who cuts the key is not available. Finally I schedule the bike for service and bring it, hopefully praying for the metal key and the guy who cuts it, only to find out that the metal key is with the service manager who is on vacation...to add insult to injury, when you go to pay for service, you find out that they did charge you for the key cut, but the work has not been done. When I spoke to Enrique, the parts manager, about it, he made me feel like he was doing me a favor.....I really dont get the attitude with a loyal customer who has been to the store at least 4 times with the same issue and wasting half a day each time...maybe when they charge you $150 and hour for labour, we should discount the $750 that my hour is valued at my work....simply horrible. I wish Omar Barboza was there so I could tell him about the attitude of his employees....Really bad customer service. I guess they are used to just taking orders on products and not really trying to get customers. The only people at Ducati Miami who are a pleasure to deal with are Cesar Bustamante in Service and Juan Katano in sales.....

I had a very good experience here, first when browsing, no salesman pressure, took all my time to see what I was interested in, after that asked about the bike I was looking for, Hector was very friendly and not pushy at all. 1 week later, I return to start the buying process, was very fast and painless. Picked up my bike 3 days later, got a tour of the bike and some pointers about maintenance. The parts agent also help me to pick the right gear, and showed me the different options and sizes. Soon after, I was on my way, happy with the transaction and the staff. I hope I get the same treatment when I bring it for service, I donthe have a reason to doubt why not. So I recommend thus dealer if you are interested in any Ducati.
I purchased a new Multistrada 1200 from Ducati Miami (Hector) all the way from Dallas, TX. The transaction was smooth and easy. The bike was in perfect condition and all parts and keys were shipped along with it. Felt just like I was dealing with a local shop.Thank you Ducati Miami.

Dont waste your time. Go to a different dealer even if its in Pompano. Was looking for a Multistrada and we left after waiting for more than 10 minutes for someone to help us or even pay attention. There were 0 customers at the time.

My experience visiting this place for the first time was not satisfactory. We walked into the place and nobody acknowledged us. I was there looking to buy a bike and no employee seemed to care. I am going to buy a bike but I will not be getting from this place just because of the poor customer service and their disappointing perspective towards running a business.

I cant say enough about what a pleasant purchase my 2016 Multistrada Enduro was from Hector and the crew at Ducati Miami. The bike was ordered quickly and Hector kept me updated and assured that any issues would be followed up on immediately by him personally. I had several items installed in addition to the factory options and the service was very good and friendly. No buyers remorse no surprises and the bike is everything I had hoped for.

I had a bad experience, Hector decided to do maintenance and replace the battery without MY AUTHORIZATION.... if its my bike I am pretty sure its even ILLEGAL to do any modification without the owner approval... I called and we started fighting over the phone and he hanged off the phone... At the end I went to the store and Cesar was able to help me and deal with the situation (thats why 2 stars). I think this dealer dont have an owner or manager who take care of the business. I love Ducatis, I will complain with the factory too and if you are reading this and had a bad experience should do the same
Worst Ducati (or Euro) dealer I have ever dealt with. Bought a 1980 Pantah from them online and sent them over a credit card authorization for $1,000. They charged me for the full price of the bike without even telling me or sending me a receipt. I found out on my credit card statement. I let them slide on this. This gave them almost two weeks to prep the bike, and I was told this would be minor, like an oil change. When I agreed to purchase it, I was told it was in fully running order, and I was sent service records from two years ago. I informed the Sales Manager the exact date and time that I would arrive to pick up the bike, and he said that he was looking forward to meeting me and wanted to be there when I picked up the bike. I drove 4 hours to get to the dealer and stood in the showroom waiting for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. I finally walked into the garage area and saw my bike (which I had already paid for in full) in pieces all over the place and filthy. The young kid that was apparently trying to fix the bike was yanking on the throttle cables and cranking the starter (grinding) so I could hear it while his helper was messing with the choke. On top of this the engine sounded like the valves were banging the pistons. He even asked *me* if I knew what could be wrong with it -- seriously? They did nothing to make the matter right, and it was obvious that I was very unhappy, disappointed and frustrated. What a fiasco! In the end, I demanded a refund and was given one. Totally unprofessional! Over 8 hours of driving on my part and a whole day lost with nothing to show for it. This is not THE Ducati experience, and I will be going to Ducati with this as well. As a lifetime owner of Ducati and a vintage Ducati mechanic myself, I can tell you these folks have no idea what they are doing. I wouldnt even take a free t-shirt from these people to wipe my hands with. I will be sharing this review with all those in my very large network of motorcycling enthusiasts. Save yourself the trouble, and stay away. And when they deny this, think about it, because I couldnt even make this stuff up.
Sold my used Ducati Monster through Ducati Miami with Hectors assistance. Hector was very helpful and prompt in communicating with me every step of the way. He let me know what the book value was and I told him what I wanted for the bike. He got me the fair price I wanted in a matter of days! Easy pleasant transaction. I also used their service department prior to the sale. High quality work, but spotty communication from the service department, seems a little disorganized, but the work was top knotch. I would recommend them for service and resale of your used Ducati.
