They couldnt repair my 2004 VTX 1800. This shop is recommended by riders all across Miami but they wont be getting one from me. Twice my bike died on the way home after picking it up from this shop. First on the highway where I had to physically help them lift my bike on a pickup truck and the second time they told me to leave it overnight in a grocery store parking lot because all their drivers were busy. I even had to dispute the towing fees. Everything seemed to be working fine after a third visit only for my bike to die the following week. Im sure this place knocks it out the park 99% of the time, but It was a waste of time and money for me.

This people are a total Rip off, they graded me over $1400 to fix my bike amd the same day I took it out it broke down again the same way I took it. I’ve been call them ever since and nothing, no responsibility at all in their work. Stay away from this place

I’ve been coming here for a year now. Their prices are unbeatable and their service is astounding. Very charismatic people work here and are always attentive on solving your issues.

This is the only place in Southwest Miami that would assist you if you happen to have a flat tire in your motorcycle, and I really mean THE ONLY. Yes, it’s small, yes, it’s dusty, but the staff is awesome, empathetic, helpful, knowledgeable….and get close to their cramped motorcycle inventory, the bikes are insanely powerful at a quite affordable price tag.

Warning; do not buy any used motorcycle from this business, I have purchased a used bike which I’ve been told that has been overlooked by a mechanic. My bike was not only unfit for the road but straight up dangerous.I have return the next day explain what’s the issue with the my motorcycle, they told me they have fixed the issue which I find out a day later all they did is charge the battery.My bike is still not working as it should I feel like I was cheated out of my money.I highly recommend you do not do business with these people, specially the guy upfront is a straight up liar.

SCAM AFTER SCAM! I went to NSL Motorsports to get my tire replaced 4 months ago. They ended up seriously damaging my bike, including the drive gear, then falsely charged me for replacing my rear brake pad after I JUST had it checked by Kawasaki Dealership, and checking it myself and noticing it was just fine and still had thousands of miles left on it. To prove to me that they had the old pads and that they were worn, they FIRST showed me one pair of worn pads that looked nothing like what I saw on my bike a week earlier (note, they only replaced the rear pads), then they showed me a COMPLETELY different set from what they first showed me and claimed they were the same pads as before, not to mention far less worn but also completely damaged, and even THEN they were nothing like the pads that were originally on my bike which they had clearly stolen, And replaced with cheap pads that have no heat disssipator. UPDATE: 4 months later, I see they not only put cheap pads (and charged me as if they were high quality EBC-like pads), but they installed them very clearly intentionally wrong, so they would be destroyed in a matter of months and damage my disc brake, then DELIBERATELY DAMAGED a metal piece so that it would rub against my brake disk!!! I just checked in again with the certified Kawasaki dealership to ask about this and they confirmed my suspicions.DONT SKIMP OUT ON THESE DEALERSHIPS BECAUSE THE CHEAP ONES WILL SCAM YOU! Youll end up spending ×$300× --> [update: $740, in total; ≈$650 on parts] on repairs down the road like I did, for a service that normally costs $50.I attached a pic of my new pads from 4 months ago when I went here (as you can see installed COMPLETELY incorrectly so that it would destroy my disc, as well as the pads they showed me that looked like someone carved into them with a chisel--nothing like what I saw was on my bike before I gave it to NSL-- and physically impossible to happen to pads from disc wear, as well as pictures of other damage NSL did to my bike that I noticed right after I took it out of the shop that I didnt have before.I called to speak with the manager multiple times (whos name I dont remember at the moment but asked for by name) afterwards and the person on the line -- who I recognized as one of the people who was working on my bike -- refused to let me speak with the manager.

They kept my bike up to date and maintaince till returned back to me.. It is my bike .

COURT CASE PENDING....Awful Experience, Highly NOT Recommended, Stay Away from this Company. Owner appears desperate for $$ hence causing him to inflate unreasonable cost for repairs. When called each time for update employee by the name Nikki feed me nothing but lies. They had my bike for 2.5 weeks ordered a fuel pump which came damaged and they charged me 25% restocking fee for them to send the part back. For me to get my bike from these SCAMMERS had to pay close to $1K for only a regular service, clean fuel tank and remove fuel pump (see my attached photos). They also damaged my fuel tank with cleaning chemical. Note If using credit card you will be charged additional Conv. Fee. Much more to mention however Ill end it here but consider yourself WARNED!!

Cesar dealt with my carburetor {1997 BMW F65ST} rebuild. Without the ability to test the rebuilt carb on my bike - I live in the Turks and Caicos Islands - he rebuilt it and returned a factory perfect product!. Iam a returning client as he ahd done this sam job once before, but since Irma almost demolished my house, the bike lay out in the open and unused for over 3 years. Tough job, and I would not trust anyone else.

VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE I RECEIVED AT NSL.THEY TRULY CARE ABOUT FIXING YOUR BIKE AND HAVE VERY COMPETITIVE PRICES. THEY WILL GO EXTRA MILES FROM THE RECEPTIONIST TO THE OWNER. MUCH BETTER THAN HONDA MOTORCYCLES IN THE GABLES FOR EXAMPLE.

I walked-in to the shop for the first time and had a staff member assist me w/ my bike. I just finished purchasing the bike and needed an oil change. The owner introduced himself as well, very tentative staff and they did an excellent job. The bike is running great they lubed the chain as well and checked out the bike completely! This place & the people here are great! Super attention to detail. Always have taken my motorcycle in for years. But now they do cars as well. They have always helped me with all my vehicles problems, no matter how many wheels it has.

Only go to get your tires changed here, nothing else is a good deal. More issues seem to pop up on any motorcycle brought here. Overpriced, take 3x as long on purposeand heard a million scam stories, upside is cheapest fastest tire changes around though just make sure they put them on the right, and keep and eye on your bike if they look like they are struggling to install something, they probably are... Not kidding

They let you bring your own oil & filter, but their prices are low enough that it makes almost no difference. And they are fast, caught him on his lunch break and he went out of his way to get me back on the road ASAP. 6 stars if I could

Very rude to customers if you don’t speak Spanish. They made me wait half an hour before even looking at me or talking to me. Gave my bike for powder coating, it was good but they charge me way too much. Just realize they broke a part of my seat when swapping it out for a new one without even letting me know the bolt was broken. Will never go back there are too many other Trustworthy mechanic’s you can go to that are that won’t rip you off .

Cesar @ NSL is extremely professional and prices his services very reasonably. I showed up to get my back tire patched and my front breaks done on my ninja, and he took care of me. He also had the guys add a missing screw for my mirror and bend my rear brake lever back to normal at no cost or request from my part. I’ve gotta say I’ve been to plenty shops and none have ever done something like that. I don’t even leave reviews normally but this shop deserves it! I’ll be going back soon to get my chain changed. Don’t look no further for a bike shop, this is the one.

They did a good job working on and towing my bike, plus threw in some small touches like fixing my fairings/lights and installing some miscellaneous matching bolts. Rare to see that nowadays, most of the time places are more likely to break things off with sloppy work than to actually care for your bike. They were willing to work with my budget too. I was hoping for more service write-ups (bikes never had a tune-up and been sitting over a year), but since I had reached my budget, I guess they figured no point trying to upsell me. They do what you ask and tell you if anything is seriously wrong, but since the shop is always busy theres a limit on how much time they can spend on inspecting. My bike hardstarts now, but it was barely starting before (Ill write another review if I break down on 95 ;p). Ill have to do air filter change, check fuel lines/valves and all that myself. But overall, I recommend them over any of the other shops Ive been to. Maybe they wont have the biggest smiles and fawning attitude, but they get the job done right and thats what counts.

Terrible customer service from the owner. Changes closing times on a whim, and does not communicate with his staff.I brought my motorcycle in for a simple tire change, and between paying my deposit and when my tire was supposed to be done, I was told a day after paying the tire no longer existed, offered a completely wrong tire (the girl on the phone told me the tire might rub up against my fender. Why even offer that!?). Once a proper tire is ordered, I was told I could drop off my motorcycle on monday, and have her back with the new tire that Wednesday before 6pmCome Wednesday at 5:45pm, the owner tells me they are already closed (all hours told to me prior by his employees, & posted online are for 6pm). Tire wasnt even ordered, and the own proceeds to tell me its none of my business why this happened. No apologies whatsoever. I demanded my deposit back, took my motorcycle home, and will take my business elsewhere.STAY AWAY FROM NSL MOTORSPORTS!

This place is a mess. I left my bike to clean the carburetor​ (3 business days). Today is already two weeks since then, no one called and they cant even find the bike in the shop and tell me whats going on.

I wish 0 was an option. They must have paid for some of these reviews. I gave them a go instead of going to the dealership. I purchased passenger pegs and a seat for my bike online and when i was installing them i realised the exhaust was in the way of the peg on one side of the bike. I dont have a garage or all the tools so i went in and asked for a quote. One of the guys in the desk(cuban dude with tattoos) quoted me about 175 . 175 to install one peg on one side. I understand that the exhause needs to be loosened. But they were charging me over 2 hours of labor which in reality would take less than one. I went to get other quotes and sure enough all less. However they werent open on weekends. So i spoke to one of the mechanics who said it would be about 125 over shooting but he expected about 75. Still a bit much for one peg but i get it. Labor by the hour. Put it like this i was in that place for 4 waiting on my bike while the staff took their sweet a** time with every process. The guy almost dropped my bike of the lift. He thinks i didnt see it. Spent the whole time on his phone. And to add icing to the cake with me there visibly watching decides to stop to eat with abunch of other people. Employees and random others who dont even work there. Took over 45 minites with his lunch. I litteraly timed it on my phones stop watch. I have pictures and videos all in different times he was away from my bike eating s**t with his buddys at work. Completely unprofessional. Lets make it worse they were teying to charge me over 200 for the job which should havw been done in less than 45 minutes. Harleydavidson would have sold the pegs and installed both sided for that price. Then they want to say theu were trying to hook me up and help me out.. if you actually care about your bike dont ever take it there. If you value your time and money, dont go there. If you are a crook theif or scammer and you dont give a s**t you will feel right at home. Like i said i have pics and videos and they havent herd the last of me.

I typically support small businesses such as this one but hope that by sharing this review the owner of this business improves their customer service which gravely needs improvement:I needed to change tires on my motorcycle and was told that this can be done while I wait which I assumed would take 20-30 min. Since there is no place to sit inside I had to wait outside in the burning sun for an hour before I was told that all 4 or so mechanics break for lunch at the same time and they would work on my bike after. Another 30 minutes of waiting now I am burning from the sun and also boiling on the inside since I see that the mechanics finished their lunch but now is time for cigarettes and cafecito. At that point I am already letting my heart out on how I feel about their service and riding away to only to use another service.First, communicate to your customers how long a repair will take. If you tell them to go across the street to Publix and come back at certain time you will avoid a lot of aggravation and negative reviews. Second, put an umbrella outside to create shade for people waiting. Offer your customers something to drink while they are waiting and lastly dont let your employees take lunch all at the same time.

Do not waste your money, Highest prices, I went for a change of lights, they charged me $85, I told them no, then they charged me $35 for the quote, I went somewhere else and for $30 they repaired the lights

First of all im new comer. i brought my old naked bike 97 zx1100 in this place. first time i got little bit confusing about the customer service in the office.probably they are busy. and after i report to them about my motorcycle problem (Turn Light Signal) and they ask me to waita second. after take a few 15 minutes waited outside the bench enjoyed my cigarettes and soda finally they call me and trying to fix my bikeabout 45 minutes they fix the bike very carefully one of staff call me and explain to me about the problem solve and price.Price & Work Service is REASONABLE and FAIR The Mechanic was Very cool and Profesional he fix my turn light signal very perfect and all the staff very friendlyVery recomended place to fix or maintenance our lovely motorcycle

A workshop for cars and motorcycles with a very good reputation. I accompanied my cousin to his car inspection and I called and they immediately found him an egg and everything super. My cousin lives in Miami Beach but this is his favorite workshop for mechanics and for the price. I recommend it. They also sell motorcycles. I saw this one in the photo, and I asked the client to let me take a photo and chatting he said: This is the best workshop. I only bring my motorcycle here. Take a look at your bike, what it looks like and draw your own conclusions 😊
