I need my electric scooter repaired. The nice lady on the phone checked in the back. Nope, they dont repair electrics. I asked if they knew anyone who does. She checked in the back again. Nope, they dont. She was nice about it.

Do not trust this guy to repair any motorcycle! I left my Suzuki 1000 at this shop for repair of motorcycle constantly cutting off while riding. This guy “GUESTIMATED” it was a faulty fuel pump,after holding my bike for 30days to repair a small issue I went to retrieve bike. $376 later the bike continued to cut off. Returning bike next day, he said it would have to place on diagnostic to see if it’s a faulty sensor. Again having bike for an entire month,ignoring my phone calls and leaving my bike outside I finally got in touch with this shyster and he waiting to borrrow diagnostic machine from another shop, this guy don’t even have his own tools.Finally he returned my call saying this time it was a sensor and to give him my credit card number over the phone, I told him I would picked bike up and take it to another shop. Suddenly he disappeared for another 3 days,not returning calls, I had to get the police involved. This thief tried telling me it was both the fuel pump and faulty sensor causing the cut off, after transferring bike elsewhere it was discovered the bike wheel was missing bolts and other wheel stabilizing parts, it appeared as if this guy was attempting to bring me serious harm. This guy is a thief and crook

I got a flat tire on my scooter and not only did they replace the tire for me but they also took the time to go out and pick up my scooter. I was back on the road within an hour. I had a great experience this morning with them. I came in for a repair and it was quick and the guy was friendly and he spoke in English. Which is a plus to me. My scooter was leaking gas and once he finished repairing the worker even gave me gasoline. Otherwise I wouldve had to walk it to a gas station. I would recommend this over the other scooter mechanics near by.

This is the worst shop, the guy charged $270 for a tune up. I paid him immediately after he called to tell me the job was done and when I came in with the $$ he said to come back the next day and that next day turned into weeks, long story short I came to get my scooter a month and a half later after many attempts to reach this man and still didnt hand me my scooter the way I had brought it to him. We ended arguing over the so called job he had done ( he never fixed anything) I DEMANDED A REFUND AND HE JUST GAVE ME HALF OF THE MONEY I PAID. I left his shop with my scooter in pieces, on foot in a hot summer day... NO GOOD!! Avoid yourself a headache. This place is a waste of time and money.

I tried Juan Carlos’ services for my Vaspa because of a friend gave me his number.It was 4 years ago.I have used them at least 6 or 7 times, and every time it has be WELL DONE!!!!I want specifically highlight the past 2 experiences, when my vespa decided to leave me stranded far from home.Both time, it was Concierge service!!!!I sent Juan Carlos the location, and left him keys at my place. He picked up the keys and then the vespa.When he was done few days later, I left the check at the front desk (I was not home); Juan Carlos delivered the vespa, parked it and went on with his day.Again many many thanks for the great service!!!

I called the guy and ask him if he has oil filter for my bike .he said yes i do have oil filter, so i came to store he changed my oil and didnt replace the filter i ask him why he said because he doesnt have it.and also he said that you dont have to changed it you just clean it and put it back (old filter) with new oil.I called to other store just to check and answer was I never heard oil filter cleaning, you have to replace it every time you change oil,period.I will never go back to that store again.

If I put some parts on my motorcycle and all of them were loose at the same moment that I grabbed the motorcycle, a part fell off and they did not replace it because I did not find the part and days later another part of the handlebar fell, they did not replace it. not responsible for anything lousy service all loose parts
