Buyer bewareWould never want to do business with Motorsport USA. The sales people were reluctant to provide accurate pricing over the phone and refuse to quote you unless you come in. I visited the store (~1 hour drive) only to find out that they are marking jet skis up ~$5000 above MSRP. They advertise MSRP on their website.They call it a premium fee - “due to the shortage of jet skis”.It’s incredibly misleading - just wish they’d been honest when I first called them or made this more clear on their website so as not to waste my time.Excited to get a ski, but will buy elsewhere when stock comes in.

I came in to check out the Sea-Doo Fish Pro that they were advertising and was very impressed with both the unit and the service I received when I was there. Because of this good experience I decided not to keep looking and to buy my Sea-Doo with Motoport USA. Adrian took real good care of me and explained all the features. He made the start of the transaction easy. Kat also took great care of me and helped me find the perfect financing option. I dropped it off a week later to make sure a little detail was taken care of and they were able to handle my concern and deliver my unit back to me in a timely fashion. There’s another gentleman that works in the front office, I wish I didn’t forget his name, is also an incredible dude and took his time to make sure the trailer was ready to go and that I had all my paperwork ready to go. Place is unreasonable. They claim to have Covid protocols but allow anyone to try on helmets and when ask for considerations they automatically disregard. Yasmine the manager was contradictory and not willing to be reasonable at all

Went in looking to buy a brand new ATV. The seller prompted me to the one I wanted to which he told me they only had 2 models left. The ATVs were being sold at almost double the actual MSRP. The seller did not know the differences between the ATVs and did not even know the actual prices. Dealer disregarded the fact that the ATVs had different options/trims and they were priced at the same amount. Not to mention one of the ATVs was damaged yet was still being sold at nearly double it’s MSRP. I mentioned the actual MSRP to the seller and even mentioned the fact that their OWN website advertised the ATV for its actual MSRP. They told me that those were wrong and that the number they were currently giving me was correct. It really seemed like a number that was made up on the spot hoping I’d be uninformed enough to bite. Easily a scam, don’t waste your time here.

I was treated professionally since the moment I entered the store. I was given a fair price without having to go back and forth which sets them apart. I am expecting to pickup my jet-ski and trailer tomorrow. I am sure I will continue to receive excellent service from Motoport. Thank you.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Very clean, all practiced social distancing, all wore masks and had a full time cleaning staff disinfecting all areas.

Funny how all the positive reviews on this business only have 1 review to their name, humm looks like some fake news syndrome...., negative ones look more like from real customers.In real life, when you buy something they are usually attentive, especially if you speak to the owner, Arturo and even friendly. If you need any follow up with documents, service, warranty, its a real slug to get them to do anything for you.

A seller got upset at me because I was shopping through dealers, he told me that I was not a loyal customer and that he wont spent his time on me, even though I had my Yamaha Credit Card already processed and approved for my second Yamaha motorcycle. (What time was he talking about?). May I ask if its loyal from any dealer to do whatever they can to get the best profits from us?. Its not a matter of loyalty, its just business.So I took my business to another Yamaha dealer where I got a better deal, they had stock and no one pointed at me because I was trying to save some money. Ill never get back to Motoport again!.

Awesome guys in the Service Department. Dropped my bike off for an oil change and some recalls that had to be done. I mentioned that my left mirror was broken and they agreed to call me and let me know how much it would be to fix it. When I came back to pick up the bike in about a week and a half, they had fixed the mirror and did not charge me a dime for it; I only paid for the oil change. They earned my loyalty.

I call the company and spoked with Alejandro since the first time he was very friendly, I told him that I am a person on a wheelchair that need to take my sea doo jet boat for a routine checkout . He explain to me everything that they going to check and change in my boat. When I arrived to the chop on July 16 a few workers come to me to help me, I was very impress do to my disability how Alejandro coworkers come in to my car to help me all the way. I purchased a 2020 Yamaha R1 on December and since day one I wasn’t happy on the way I was treated by the broward dealer with my concerns about the new bike, I took it back and there where fast to tell me that nothing was wrong with it without any logical or technical information. That’s when I contacted Motoport usa MIAMI and Adrian took me in right away and he was real profesional and super down to earth, I was a bit skeptical about some of the reviews I read on google about this place but I still give it a try and I left, next day Adrian call me and told me that the technician Wesley had the bike complete inspected and diagnose and to please come by the dealership and I came right away and As soon as I meet Wesley and the way he approached to me I knew he was the right guy for the job and not only explained to me but showed me the final diagnose with all technical readings and also explained to me how the new R1 is designed by Yamaha for the breaking period and for the first time since I purchased the bike I was happy to ride home and enjoyed the ride. My experience in this place completely shadows all the bad nonsense reviews left by some people. A wonderful Miami driver recently caused me to crash my bike. These guys took care of it. I got it back today, and it looks better than it did before the wreck and runs better than it ever has. They worked to save me money, and didnt even charge me to install a new horn I bought for it - to help stop another incident like this. Theyve won my loyalty. I just wish my broken bones were repaired as well as my bike.

As a retired account manager with 25 years experience dealing with customers in Miami, I have never seen poorer customer acknowledgement let alone customer satisfaction. Having said that, this vendor is in real need of, desire to work, learn something about the products you are vending and most of all show you appreciate the customer (at very least say, hi, welcome, MAY I HELP YOU ?They come to YOU to buy a part from YOU when they could go anywhere else, they pay your salaries and managers, provide a little training for staff then hold them accountable for their performance.I wish you best of luck in the future, youll need it.Joe Fernandez.

I have a Yamaha scooter and was very glad to find such a specialists. Got really tired of other mechanics doing a bad job, lying or overcharging. It might be far from the beach or even downtown, but it is worth taking your bike to Motorsport USA if you have a problem or just need to service your bike. I believe if you call and ask Yamaha on a repair shop they recommend this one is the place.

I went with a buddy of mine to see if he could pick up a Yamaha raptor and the sales rep didn’t know the difference between the SE model and the R model. They were charging him $13,000 for a bike that is at most $9,000

I walked into the dealership, got exactly what I wanted, and didnt spend a dime!I went in there after I bought a used bike from craigslist. it was a 2004 and told them that a recall might not have been done on my bike. Steve (I believe his name was) was extremely friendly and pointed me directly to the service department. (i had been there before to window shop and he was also just as nice). at the service desk they were super friendly (Santiago), very helpful, and definitely seemed like their biggest concern was for me to ENJOY my current bike, and do so SAFELY.The mechanic there (Antonio) test rode my bike and told me everything was great. the mechanic make a quick tweak (idle screw) and said the bike was great. They did NOT push, sell, or force anything that I did not want to do. They were great! will go back for sure.

Went to Motoport to have my Burgman Scooter serviced for its 18,000 mile service. The rep took my unit in and was very helpful. He explained what the service required. They ordered the parts for me and they called me 3 days later letting me know the parts were already there so I can drop off the bike. I left the bike in that morning and picked it up that same day.They also washed the bike for me. Definitely I would recommend.

Phone customer service sucked! ME; Called asking for spark plugs socket. SALES; Hold on. Put me on hold. SALES; came back, no we dont care it. ME; what about the tool kit. SALE; I already explained to you sir, we dont have! No explanation was given and the first question was about the plug, not the Kit. And hang up! First and last, Ebay is!
