I bought my first street bike Wynwood Moto Garage and will definitely be buying a second one here soon. Carlos is the man he delivered the bike to me all the way up in Vero Beach. About 2 weeks after I bought the bike I had an electrical issue and Carlos sent me a new battery no questions asked, when that didn’t do the trick he found a great mechanic closer to me so I didn’t have to drive it down to Miami. Turns out a critter chewed on the wiring harness for the starter while I had it stored in my shed during a storm, totally my fault, but Carlos got me taken care of!

I met Carlos the other day that I stopped in the shop. It is an amazing store!!! Please do yourself a favor when you are in the Miami area. GO SEE HIM!!! There are not enough GOOD things I can say about them! I bought a 2016 Ducati Scrambler that was in AMAZING condition with very low miles. I live and Naples and they delivered it to my door. Reasonable price and NO HIDDEN FEES. This is how business should be done! There was a tiny issue with the bike after the sale and they TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING! Honestly best service I have received in a vehicle purchase. Will buy all future bikes from them!! :)

Great service! Bought a bike without seeing it. So that was difficult. But they helped me with detailed video’s and pictures. I needed the bike shipped to Curacao. Carlos from Wynwood arrangend everything. Was very helpful en went that extra mile to help me. The contact was via whatsapp and they always replied very fast. All the agreements were fullfilled to the fullest. They deserved those 5 stars. I will recommend Wynwood for everyone.

Miami is sadly a place where great customer service is lacking a lot of times, not here.Carlos is really amazing. His showroom is a tribute to vintage cafe racers bikes, high quality apparel, and motorcycles that are in very good shape people can afford. I really enjoyed talking to him even though we couldn’t come together on a deal. Sometimes he doesn’t have the profit margin to come down on his bikes much because his prices are low. Anyways, I highly recommend him, especially if you are potentially looking to finance a used high quality motorcycle, some of his bikes look completely new.

Called em told them I was interested and would be there in a week. Without any hesitation they said they would hold the bike for me. Sent me pictures and videos. Did my financing over the phone. Everything was ready for me to go and pick up the bike. And still told me I was able to choose any other bike there if for some reason I liked something else. And with no pressure to buy !They treat you like family and are honest and open about everything they do.Have recommended this shop to friends out here in Tampa and told them it’s worth the trip to Miami if you are looking for mint used bikes.

I had a great experience buying at Wynwood Moto Garage. Carlos was very patient with me, both answering questions on the phone and later showing me all the features of the bike I bought when I was there. He also showed me other bikes, and explained me the differences. Finally, it was great that he delivered it for free to my house. He came with a mechanic and both of them went again over the features of the bike, from lights to brakes to how to open the seat. And the buying process was seamless: I put down a small deposit, then (only after getting the bike) I wired the rest of the money, and as Carlos promised, the title arrived at my house a few days later.Again, great people, great selected bikes, and seamless process.

I stopped looking around as soon as I visit them the first time. I ended up buying the BMW motorcycle that brought me to this place for the first time. The buying experience was as simple and drama free as it can be. No dealer fees, no delivery fee within Miami. The bikes that they have are handpicked, their batteries full with trickle chargers, very good or new tires and clean bikes. The place has the Wynwood boutique vibe, but their prices are low. My next bike is for sure from this place. Carlos is always available by phone and text, or in person if you want to visit them. In my case they delivered my bike to my house, with the permanent tag and registration, ready to roll. They even kept the trickle charger plug installed in the bike. Im very pleased with Wynwood Moto Garage. The easiest 5 star business to review. Highly recommended store. They also do simple bike maintenance for their customers.

I recommend going to see Carlos and Debora if youre looking for a great quality bike. I went in to see a Yamaha that caught my eye online. Carlos was super cool, he asked me about the ride style Im looking for and if I like any other brands, once I told him that I was a triumph fan as well, he asked if I had ridden one before( I hadnt) so he let me take a test drive on his personal bike(it is a triumph).I fell in love with the ride quality, feel, and sound.
