Honest people, good prices and great service! I purchased the front and rear tires for my V-Rod Muscle from them. I received the front tire timely. However, due to a misunderstanding with one of their vendors, they could not ship the rear tire to me soon enough so they advised me to cancel that part of my order and issued me a refund immediately. I honestly regretted that because their price was around 60 bucks cheaper than in other stores. I will surely keep these guy in mind for the future. Thanks Wally for the great service!

Purchased a Reckless Faring from these guys. Outstanding service. They called to ask the needed questions to ensure fitment, and replied to my emails quickly. The box that the faring showed up in was pretty beat up from shipping and I had some initial concerns, however, the packaging inside was more than adequate to protect the faring from UPS shot-put wannabes. I will definitely purchase from these guys again!

I placed an order through Amazon and it was missing an important note that it would fit my Harley only if I had the old style mufflers. I called Accessories International. They apologized for not having the proper description on Amazon. They were extremely helpful in helping me find the correct exhaust. I called them back a few days later to make sure they received the incorrect exhaust back. The customer service was excellent! The gentlemen (Alex) I spoke with checked on my return and even check the status on the new order with out me even asking. They even followed up with an email. Spoke to two different representatives on the phone with some questions on fitment for a vintage seat on my Soft tail Deluxe.The Rep, Al knew exactly that the seat would work for me like if it was on the palm of his hand. Most guys I shop with always pull out fitment charts.I recommend asking for him, he was very knowledgeable and gave me a lower price than I could find any where else.Shipping time was QUICK. I was surprised they had the seats in stock, most of the time these seats are custom made to order and take a few weeks to ship. I got mine from this shop within 3 days.The product quality was top of the line and packaged well. No complaints there.This is how a motorcycle outlet shop should be run. I dont normally do this but Im disappointed on their service, they sent me the wrong order, tried calling them they keep telling me the same thing that my order is still not in stock which I understand but I never receive no notifications, you have to CALL them and check on your order. I asked for my refund.... lets see how long that takes thats IF they give me my refund back!

Theyre better than most at stocking hard to find parts at good prices for my particular motorcycle. Customer service is great- I ordered a part from them and didnt hear back for a bit. Sent an email to discover that it was actually out of stock and would be a month to deliver. I called in to explain the urgency of my order and Al was able to assemble the components I needed out of spare parts and rush them out to arrive in time. Very friendly and helpful staff.

We ordered this windshield less than a week ago, there was a potential that it was on back order and they promised it within two weeks Monday they gave us a confirmation, and today Wednesday two days later this beautiful wraparound windshield was delivered via UPS. The price was fair, The quality of the windshield, and the speed of the service, and the communication between accessories international and I was beyond excellent. I recommend this company to anyone needing motorcycle stuff. Not sure how to post a picture or I would.

Nowhere in the United States had the turn indicators that I wanted. There was a mix up but they contacted me immediately and told me they called everywhere, even competitors to see if they had the item I ordered. They offered to refund me or I could wait until Nov 15th then they would be able to ship. I received the indicators today Nov 9, 2020 and already installed them on my moto. Lots of places would have left me hanging, not knowing when my purchase would ship but these guys went out of their way, put me first on the list and I received my purchase a full 6 days early. Will I do business with them again? Absolutely! Top notch lads over there!

I can give 5 stars for the product, it is well made, as far a customer service goes, its worth a 3. The postage time definitely only gets a 1 (In reality it should be a zero) 7 weeks to receive an order that was in stock.

Place an order with them awhile back for an item. After about 3 months of waiting and not hearing back from them they refunded my money. At which point I went to place the order again for said items only to see that the same day I was refunded they had increased the price of the item. Seems fishy to me to not honor the price that was shown.

Very satisfied and content with my experience with this company. I was in desperate need of a new windshield for my ride back home after my current windshield was damaged from a minor accident during a 5 day motorcycle ride along the western half of the states passing the loveland pass. I only had one day at a set, planned location that I would be staying at during the trip which only gave a small window and made it difficult to have the windshield delivered. After calling this company, they walked me through the delivery plan and made it work for me. Very grateful, wouldve frozen my **** off without a good windshield

Came into the shop looking for a half helmet, they had a pretty large selection of helmets, about 50 more or less. They didnt have the exact helmet I was looking for but I was able to try on other helmets to make sure I knew which would be the right size fit for me (large.) I placed an order for the helmet I wanted and this thing came in the very next day. Loving the fast shipping time, thats a major plus and friendly help is always good too

I dont write often, but Ive been disappointed this time.I started to ask some details and ive received answer very quickly, great service.After I confirm my order, i took a bit longer than advertise..it was Christmas time, I can understand that.But next, was an email of my bank, for a Merchant Credit, one of my item was discontinue, then a refund was process, which make sense.i was just very surprise not to have an email first.maybe I was expecting to much...it will have been a nice customer attention.I cant complain for being charged, the refund was immediate, just on the human part.

I bought an aftermarket fairing with GPS about two months ago. Approx $1500. Both speakers no longer work. Its suppose to be covered under warranty but you cannot get them to reply. I went through them because they were based stateside and I thought they would be easier to deal with if something went wrong. This obviously is not the case. I would stay away from large purchases with this company. Dont risk more than your willing to lose with them.EDIT.. I did have a service person call me directly and said that they filled a claim with the manufacturer and true to their word the speakers showed up about two weeks later. I thank them for following up with me and think they are legit. I think the tsukayu products leave a lot to be desired but Accessories International came thru on their end...

They charged my credit card before shipping tires that I purchased (which is illegal), then emailed me to say that they needed more money for shipping and requested my credit card info via email, since they stated that they dont keep credit card info. All calls to their customer service department resulted in a message stating their inbox is full.If you do a little research, you will see that this is not an isolated incident. Not even close! You have been warned.

Bought a reckless fairing with wiring harness. First of all I wasn’t home when the fairing arrived on my front porch because I didn’t get a shipping notification till after I got it that it was coming. Then the wiring harness was faulty. The radio played for a while but after I got it all back together before I could go for a ride it quit. Sweated over this thing for hours only to find the wiring harness had no continuity on the ground. I called them twice and also contacted reckless about it. They wanted to rip it all out and ship it to them to test at my expense. I ran a separate ground and am using it. I would not recommend acc. Intl. or reckless fairing. The fairing also had a deep gash cut inside almost all the way through it. They explained that away as a machine did it. Very unsatisfied customer😡

The service from this place was horrible I ordered custom wheels for my Zx14 they told me 3 weeks and i end up getting them in two months later then when I got them there was no rear hub to bolt up to and no sprocket carriage and all I got was an apology and I got told it happens, very angry wouldn’t recommend service to no one .

An excellent experience. Great response time to questions, via phone and email. Bags I wanted were back-ordered from manufacturer. Instead of 6-8 weeks thru manufacturer Acc. Intnl. had them in 3. Plus they made sure they were shipped direct to CA instead of going to FL first then back to CA, and no shipping costs. Emailed me the tracking # so I could see delivery date.No complaints here. Would recommend to others.

Most items are third party purchased. If in FL, you pay tax on an item shippid from out of state. Order direct from Twisted Throttle or Revzilla direct for free shipping, no tax, and rewards points.

Unprofessional and hard to deal with. Dealt with them back in 2011 for helmets and and a power commander V for my bike. On simple things they can be ok, a bit pricey but ok, but when it comes to following up with their customer, forget about it. I went almost 3 months trying to get a part that they kept giving me a run around for, after I had already paid. I finally went in and the gentleman got into a discussion with me about how they normally dont follow up with customers and its not part of their job. Im in the parts and service business as well and let me say that if I dont follow up with my customers it would be a very difficult business to succeed in. Either way, never going back there again. Stay away from these scammers and avoid the trouble. Even if you have to pay a few dollars more else where, do so. believe me.
