Overall great experience. They had a quick turn around on my bike. when I arrived I thought I needed my brakes replaced, but they were honest and told me that they were fine. I had my chain cleaned and readjusted, and my oil changed. They sent me an estimate before they worked on my bike, which was nice. Also, my bike was washed after the service, it looked and rode better than when I dropped it off. Fabricio and Izummy were very attentive to my needs and I would highly recommend this shop to others who want to pay decent prices for good quality service.

I love this place! The people are friendly and very helpful. I own two Vespa scooters and they have worked on them both. They know what they are doing and their prices are competitive. I won’t go anywhere else.

I visited looking to buy some parts for my new motorcycle. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, but seemed very interested in selling me other expensive parts and service I wasn’t looking for. Eventually they focused on what I wanted and I placed the order. I was charged $15 for testing a motorcycle battery which is provided for free at autozone or discount auto parts. I didn’t receive a call once my item arrived, which meant I had to call to find out if it had arrived. The place isn’t bad, maybe 4 stars, but for me the fact that they charged me for something that is free just a block down the road, and that they were trying hard to sell me other expensive parts made it a 3 star experience.

Amazing Service!! I have been a rider for 20+ years this is by far the best in Miami! This is the 2nd Bike i take for repair, adjustment and service! I am never disapointed!!!! I just purchased a Zx1100 From another State, when it arrives, Front fork was leaking over brakes, Chain was Rusted, Brake pads where gone, Oil was black spark plug black, brake ligth broken, Kick stand sensors damage, leaves and dirt in the engine bay...Honest apraisal for the entire work to be done! Brought my vintage Stella/Vespa scooter for a a few upgrades, parts included where a racing cylinder kit and racing carburetor kit. Not everything was the right fit but these guys were patient and paid attention to detail as to get the right gaskets and build a motor the right way. I highly recommend them, honest and nice 👍

Awesome little spot, a bit hard to find at first honestly didnt look like a motorcycle shop from outside. Super sweet lady greeted me helped me finda and fit into a new helmet, they got a nice range of gloves and visors, jackets and all sorts of gear. Only saw like 1 bike in the back of the shop so dont come here expecting to see 5 ninjas lined up. All in all, its now the spot I go buy most of anything I need to wear while riding.

Went there to check helmets, I ask the guy for help or recommendations and he ask me first how much i wanted to invest, when i said less that $200, he just pointed out a few helmets, then i ask him how to put it on and he said that he would just show me if i was going to buy one with some attitude.I end up buying a Nolan N91 for $321. When i get home (15mins later) my girlfriend told me said that i got rip-off for what i pay.I couldnt believe it, but when i went online the helmet was selling for $80+ LESS.I return to the store in less than an hour since i bought it without even opening the box. And the guy was the most unprofessional person i have deal so far, he said You should have ask your girlfriend to check online before showing up in my Store he said he will not return me the money even when in the receipt said 20% or 30% restocking fee for return that are approve by them. I would not never recommend this store to any body, they are overpriced on most of they items and have the worst attitude toward resolving customers issues.

Fabricio and his wife did an excellent job fixing my 800 vulcan kawasaki, every time they found something wrong on the bike new ti fix she called us and documented with videos or pics, the estimate was well done and we end up paying less because they found (with my approval) very good used parts. I did the maintenance of my bike which is a 2000 kawasaki vn800 vulcan classic. It needed a complete refit and they did a very great job on it. I recommend Miami Moto Stop for your maintenance and for the kindness of the owners.

Couldnt come to the place instead been trying to contact by phone and also by wasap at the number they have in the internet with no positive answer or tentative of then to get me back. Am not saying ur place maybe be a good place to buy products but at least dont publish services that u dont offer or use in order that clients dont feel like I feel now. Not being a mechanic Ive brought my Suzuki Burgman to be fixed not knowing exactly what problem is. Of course as any reasonable person wanted to spend as less as possible but what ever it takes for problem to be solved...and that is very important part of the statement.Week later and $500 lighter Ive picked up my repaired scooter just to realise that now other thing is broken.The reason why I gave bad rating is the fact that I was not told what else is wrong nether given a chance to decide do I want it fixed. Owners let me leave the store with broken scooter hoping I will not notice. Their excuse was that I will sell it anyway! and that they dont know how every scooter should sound. Agree but if starter is still spinning when bike started already you should know something is wrong.They have refunded half of the labor cost after hours of negotiation.

What most caught my attention about this store, besides how aesthetic it is, which is great, was the kindness with which they serve customers, I would return a thousand times if I lived in Miami.I live outside the USA and in my country I could not get some spare parts that I needed for my helmet. The girl who took care of me, Izummy, took the trouble to call to get the spare parts that I needed even when I did not buy anything in the store, she did it only by will.I cant wait to go back to this place again, super recommended, and if they got the spare parts for that helmet they get whatever.Greetings

These guys are incredible, the best in Miami. Whatever you need for your bike, however difficult it may be, they will be able to find the solution. I needed to install a support for my surfboard and it was quite complicated because of the type of bike I have. In several workshops they told me they could not. However, at Motostop they studied it and did a fantastic job (see photo). Very recommendable

I arrived at the store. The saleswoman continued talking on the phone without paying attention to me, I just wanted to know if they had a specific motorcycle jacket, I had a taxi waiting at the door. Almost please before leaving I wonder if I needed anything. They had nice things but not good customer service.
