I was very pleased with my overall experience. Everything was explained to me in detail, price quotes were given with no hidden fees and even when my move was delayed due to a snowstorm, I was still only charged the weekly rate versus the weekend rate.My movers were super polite, professional and courteous. These guys are terrible. They are not professional. Most of my furniture was damaged and they didn’t care. This is a scam. None of the guys that showed up at my house knew each other meaning they were picked up that day to move my house. The most horrible experience ever.

I wish I could write a good review but unfortunately I did not have a good experience. I hired them to move a very small office and paid $400 for 90 minutes of work. The movers literally broke, dented, or scratched nearly all my furniture. They obviously dropped the top part of my credenza and cracked it. Then they stood the bottom part of the credenza on its end to get it through a doorway without laying down a blanket first. This resulted in damaging the entire right side. The rest of my office furniture has numerous scratches, dings, and dents.I don’t think you have to break or damage furniture in order to move it, especially when you only used half the time you were paid for. I told the owner in a nice way about the damages and he offered no amends whatsoever. I am truly very disappointed.

I recommend Alex and Moving company because the service was excellent with reasonable pricing. I called them for same day moving and Alex did his best to accommodate my needs and make it happen.

Be careful, this guy asks you for a deposit. Then, on moving day, employees send a video to the owner saying that moving is much more than what they expected and try to renegotiate the rate to the double (but same time on budget and same employees). I personally agreed because of my moving emergency, after paying double, I received a phone call saying I will be charge for extra hours, I agreed again, employees asked me to sign an order accepting they are working from 1.5 hours ago. Long story short, I asked them to reimburse my money, they kept my deposit. I contracted a serious moving company that made the job for 60% of final price from this company.employee from the other moving company comments: Alex Moving? They always over sale and always leave someone behind and keep their deposit.

I hired Alex moving to relocate my belongings from a two-bedroom condo in Sunny Isles to South Beach.The guys arrived on time. They brought boxes and packing materials. They boxed and loaded all of my stuff onto the truck even faster than they had estimated and by doing so saved me some cash. No items were damaged. I will definitely use them again next time. I just spoke with Alex, and asked him the only fair thing to do because your insurance is not responding, they are not taking responsibility for the claim it’s only fair thing that you should cover my deductible, deduct it from the drivers pay ! And his response was I am so sorry that is why people have insurance .Alex I Am Very Sorry For you Too ! I paid you that day because you did the work, I did the right thing, after the move I could of said “ you know what ? Your driver crashed my car, I am not paying you now ! I had a great experience with Alex Moving. I had a short time frame for my move and was nervous that the 3 hours I received the quote for wouldnt be enough time, but the movers were so efficient and fast that they finished just in time. They even disassembled and reassembled our king size bed frame! They were professional and used care with protecting the items/boxes that were fragile. The price was affordable and a great value. I definitely recommend them and would use them again in the future.

The owner at first was very efficient and sounded understanding of my desperate need to move. He quoted me 350. I advised scheduled time at the new apartment was between 9-11 am. So I paid for 3 hours. He starts the time when the movers arrive to the office not when they actually start moving me. So one hour in traffic to get to my house and the other hour was lost in traffic to the new place. Because of this he charged me 600 for the move. And when I expressed I did not have that kind of money he ransomed my 62 inch TV as “collateral “. Very poor customer service and sneaky. Also he wanted to charge 80.00 for plastic wrap when Amazon sells the movers wrap for $9.00 online. The entire ordeal from beginning to end was nerve wrecking. His employees spoke badly of him, were exhausted, and just slow. One mover was over 50 and it took a long time. We did not arrive till 11am to the apartments and did not finish till 2:30. The owner charged 600 for a 350 quote. And did not assemble back my pieces of furniture because the owner would charge more for the time. Worst experience ever!

From speaking with Alex I knew I chose the right moving company from the beginning. Communication between him and I was great! I had to change the moving date at the last minute and he did it with no problem. Moving from the second floor with no elevator is a hard task but they made it happen! They wrapped all furniture with plastic wrap for protection and had a whole system of organization as we were moving our things to 2 different locations. They worked really hard for 4 hours straight with no hiccups or issues. I would recommend this moving to anyone. They were great!

Very surprised to get such a moving service from Hollywood to Miami Beach. I also had some office furniture purchased in Coconut Grove. Movers did it all in one day. Considering that I had full 4 bedroom home. the guys did really a tremendous job. Highly recommended. Do not remember their name but they are truly hardworking people. Hard to come by this days.

The staff is very informative when you first call and professional. The movers that come on the day of move were very helpful, positive and professional. They handled my belonging with care and also was focused on making my experience a great one. They also moved all my items large and small in a timely manner which was great! A moving company a 5 star review, but here we are. Alex, was able to schedule the reservation right away. The guys arrived right on time. They moved antique solid wood furniture with professionalism and care. They got items from 2 locations and deposited them in storage. They have a 3 hour minimum and charge by the hour... which typically means working at snail pace to milk the clock. Not these fellas. They worked at a swift clip. They wrapped and moved a heavy antique sofa, 2 matching chairs; a large antique dining table w 8 chairs; a large antique vanity, mirror, and bench; an antique center table, antique bedside table, and antique rocking chair. From the 2nd location they took 40 boxes of books, 8 boxes of fragile items and 4 boxes of miscellaneous to the storage facility. They completed this move inside of 5 hours.

The team of movers actually did a great job. They came on time and were professional. The only issue I had is Alex trying to charge us an hour of work for only 15 minutes the movers spend extra in the apartment. Finally we came to pay for half an hour. Other than that we were satisfied with the hard work.

Amazing service from Carlito and team ! Called just a fewDays before to book a move and he was super accommodating! Everything was amazing on the day ! Called 20 minutes before he arrived like he said he would ! I even asked for a stop on way to collect a bed and it was no problem at all ! Super impressed how quick they got everything up 3 flights of stairs and had the bed together in minutes! Worked out even cheaper than I thought I would too ! Worth every penny ! They ruin a brand-new $600 dresser and the owner kept telling me he was going to send somebody to refinish it and repair it. It has been more than a month and I gave up chasing them but I certainly want to do my part to tell everyone never to use Alex movers and Im putting this on Facebook also they dont deserve the business

I hired Alex Moving and Delivery when it was time to move to my new house. The tem of guys showed up right on time, they were extremelly efficient and professional, they made the entire moving day very easy. I made an appointment with them to pick up a bedroom set. I bought the bedroom set used. Both families with children waited for over an hour. I called and texted nobody replied. Needless to say. My son no longer has a bedroom set. I gave his away to make room for the new one. I lost my deposit on the bedroom set and they decided to sell it to someone else. Not happy they should have atleast called or replied... Not good for their word...

Used Alex Movers to relocate my office furniture and they did a terrific job.

Employees movers less than professional. Constantly using the bathroom and taking 5 to 10 minute break at an attempt to prolong this dreadful experience. Destroyed a leather love seat and part of a wall unit. After the movers left, called the owner to discuss the damage and possibly repair or replace the items, he quickly became agressive and beligerent. DONT USE THIS COMPANY!

I won’t recommend this company to anyone they have hidden charges, they dont take care of your furniture, the damaged the walls of the house, one of the guys was complaining all the time about his back, Alex has an excuse for everything they damage, at the end of the day they are not responsible for all the damage they do, I would recommend anybody not to hire this person, they are a scam .
