Great experience! Excellent service. We rented here because the location and service was so good. Steven was very patient, accommodating, and fun to work with. The location is really nice, on the corner of Coral Way, with big trees outside and nice looking location. Nicer than other locations near Dixie Hwy. Parking is covered, which is nice when it is rainy or hot and sunny. Highly recommend

On or about last December 15, due to the ongoing Pandemic I was forced to close my business operations and move my belongings into storage at Life Storage who, subsequently, sold their location to gostoreit.com. I had a wonderful relationship with all employees at Life Storage during their tenure as I did with the 2 individuals that were sent by gostoreit.com during the transition period, never any problems or disagreements.However, things changed and the problems stem from the nightly homeless invaders and undesirables, to the lack of security and the proper upkeep of the building to keep out these type of people during the nights. Because there is no security to watch those performing the moves and the nightime activity, the lobby area that includes 2 elevators and a bathroom, are all enclosed by 2 security glass doors that are constantly breaking down and at times not repaired on a timely basis, up to 5 days this last time, thereby putting at risk the tenants holdings therein. I confronted the so called manager with some logical ideas to minimize potential damages and losses to the tenants and to the building owners, such as ways to keep the homeless and the ill intended out of the storage areas, the elevators, and the bathroom. The only thing that was done was to lock the bathroom, which is against the law, so that no one can use it unless the office was open and which, lately, has been closed for the proper service the tenants deserve to have. With the bathroom closed, the people including the unauthorized homeless and ill-intended, are now depositing their urine discharge in the elevators with the tenants now being subjected to that unhealthy smell that lingers throughout, instead of down a toilet. An inspection by the health department is in order.The elevators should be programed so that at closing time there is no traffic up, while allowing traffic down to those tenants that need to remain a bit longer after closing time.The so called manager refused to convey these ideas to the ownership. At around 4pm on Tuesday the 20th of July he came by one of my storage units I was working at and advised me to not be around at nightime because it was extremely dangerous since he advised the police to treat anyone around, at nightime, as potentially ill intended suspects subject to arrest. I responded I had no problems in showing my ID, to our great police officers. After I concluded my work I proceeded to leave the premises at 8:30pm only to find that my van had been stolen from the parking lot space it was parked at sparking fear for my life in that I was alone and subject to potential aggression from ill intended individuals. Thank God for the arrival of another tenant friend who was extremely concerned about my being without a vehicle and waited until the police arrived. A lady officer indicated that there was no report of the vehicle having been towed, so it must have been stolen. Within a few minutes she received a call from headquarters advising her that the manager of gostoreit.com at the property location called the towing company at 6pm and approved the removal of my legally authorized vehicle I had always parked for 7 months in the secure area provided for the tenants. It was the only vehicle left in the parking lot, he knew it was mine, and that I was upstairs in one of my units. He viciously proceeded to purposely cause me harm in a despicable wanton way to inflict extreme severe emotional distress upon this 72 year old man hoping that physical harm would be caused to me by the ill intended he had advised me about. He, purposely, set me up for harm exposure and at this time it is imperative that gostoreit.com, and the whole world, must now know the kind of ill intended individual they have hired to manage their property. Worst than all other individuals he had addresed to me that afternoon. His actions have cost me an awful lot of money in losses of productivity time plus to get my vehicle back, and then now anger, and the necessary therapy costs.

I have so many good things to say about Steven Rivera, he was so sweet, nice and professional! Steven was kind and courteus from the moment we walked in until we left he was truly great. I am very happy to have met him, he lights up the room with his great upbeat attitude, I am happy Life Storage has an amazing manager to take care of the buisness like Steven does. 😊

I went to the Life Storage on Coral Way SW 28th Str. I absolutely love the space and option I was given!!! Robert was super helpful and very courteous and respectful! Amazing help! He showed me my unit and taught me how to open and close the lock. The space he gave me is great! I didn’t need a big one just something big enough for clothes and shoes. Very professional environment, 10/10 DEF recommend!!! I will be using them for any moving or storage that I might be doing or needing!!! Pricing is reasonable and makes sense for the options they have!!! Thank you for all your help Robert!!!

Fantastic facility, new, and very clean. There are several service elevators and dollies always available for use. There are a wide arrange of storage unit sizes to choose from. Yanely was very professional, so helpful and made things very easy for us. Very happy to have found this facility.

I went today to the Coral Gables location to gather information and look at a storage unit. Kharetta (who was at the location at the time) was very helpful on getting all the information I needed and showing me one of there units that best fitted my storage needs.

A move is stressful as it is, and Yanely has been a guiding light!! I saw a few places before making my decision. Life Storage made my decision easy: new building, excellent security standards, easy access, and most importantly, cleanliness! Would recommend 100%.

I had an exceptional experience with Life Storage on 2811 Coral Way. Robert, the associate who helped me, was extremely helpful in finding me a unit that would fit my needs. He was also there to help me out with the process when I eventually removed my items from my unit due to not needing the unit anymore. I will be sure to use Life Storage again in the future because of my experience with Robert and I have and will continue to recommend him and Life Storage to my friends and family.

I booked a storage room with them and from the moment I called they had a great attitude. I forgot to go one day to secure the reservation and they simply called and reminded me with no ifs or buts. They have been a breath of fresh air when trying to move during the pandemic.

Honestly, I have no words to express how nice these people were with me all the time. It was my first time moving and getting a storage and since I called they were extremely nice to me (the attendant Julian was so sweet!!!) explaining me everything. They recently opened so they have great deals and a lot of spaces available. Everything is brand new, clean and climatizing.
