The attention was very bad from the manager, as her name is Melisa Martínez, very rude when speaking and she is making an extra charge to my card without having any support and it is based on mounting a vehicle not indicated when when renting I gave the data that They asked me for the vehicle, it was unloaded in front of their facilities, but when I asked her to review the information and the cameras or to show me the damage, she replied that it was not with her and that she had nothing else to talk to me about.
