We recently needed to have my sons clarinet repaired. My wife had been there in the past and said how nice the people were.We entered with our broken clarinet and the guy came forward. We showed him how the clarinet was broken he took the pieces and looked at them for a couple of minutes. Then he said Ill be right back.While he was gone I looked around and I noticed we were surrounded by lots of instruments and also photographs signed by famous people from around Miami. Lots of musicians and stuff.He went to a place where we could not see and I heard some grinding sounds. He came back about two minutes later and put the clarinet together again!Then without another word, he took it apart and put it back in the box. Then he looked at us and said $10. We gave him $20.We had expected a much longer process like maybe having to leave the clarinet for a couple of weeks, but instead he fixed it in a matter of seconds and also dropped whatever he was doing to get it done! You cant ask for better service than that, period.
