They are always super nice and helpful when I ask a question.Yesterday I passed by after work because I needed to cut 2x2 photos out of a printed sheet for our passports and an employee came out to show me how the slicing device worked. Very quick, nice and helpful.

I have had my share of bad experiences with fedex in the past including this location, but I have recently experienced such an exceptional service I just wanted to make sure that doesn’t go unnoticed. Every time I go to FedEx all associates seem very robotic and miserable and for the first time I was greeted with a positive attitude and someone who was very genuine. Associates name was Alexander. He was very kind, very professional. He went above and beyond to get my package issue resolved. I was very happy with the treatment I got. It’s great to see someone who actually cares. I would love to see more people like that in your locations.

I only recommend to come here if you are bored and having time to waste. The regular employees have zero knowledge and very bad customer service manners. After a 30 min wait in the line, the employee wasted at least 15 min. trying to process an international shipment with domestic airbill before she finally got the attention of the manager who told her what to do. Of course at the end she blamed it was my fault. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Give up on this FedEx location, the UPS few blocks away is fabulous, everyone is friendly and efficient over there. They handle many more customers in a much shorter time. I will rather pay a bit more for saving my sanity.

The man who helped me (I believe he was the manager) didnt bother to ask me for my return address for my package just scanned my ID (not the correct address), didnt ask me if I wanted to claim the package for increased value, and didnt specific which number on the receipt was the tracking number. My package was lost and now Im out a few hundred dollars because the item was a car key. When I called to dispute the claim with FedEx they told me that I need to ask for the increased insurance on my packages as the customer. Im sorry FedEx, but doesnt pay me. I shouldnt be doing someone elses job that they clearly didnt care enough to do above a subpar level. Do not use this FedEx and if you have to and a guy in regular clothing, probably the manager is behind the desk ask for someone else to help you!

Convenient printing options and store is always clean/organized. It’s in a high traffic location so the line to ship can get pretty long, but I think they do the best they can to accommodate people quickly.

They refuse to ship boxes unless they are 100% perfect and brand new. Only this location is picky like this, I send packages at all different locations and this is the only one that will refuse to ship a folded box or a box that doesnt look perfect then they tell you that FedEx Corp will charge this location a fine if the accept it and I need to buy a new box. They wont ship boxes out if not perfectly new and pressed box. They also take like 10 mins to ship anything out so I rarely go here anymore as the slow service combined with repeated refusals to ship too many times its not worth the hassle. Twice now my employees have been turned away also because they asked what was in the box, my employees did know exactly and said that and they turned them away. Do your job guys and ship my boxes or close and have someone else run it better. Im not the only one, I see customers being turned away yelling here all the time. Fedex Corp if you are fining this branch then youre to blame, if not then this branches manager is to blame for losing fedex business.

The representatives here are not trained to create labels, which is a big issue for a shipping company. I spent 30 min with a person trying to send and envelope overnight with a return label. At the end I couldnt send my package. The manager ( I assume) didn’t help even when he was struggling. After wasting my time the “manager” just told me that it was cheaper if I create the label by myself, of course by then they just wanted me to leave. Even though I wasn’t asking for cheaper options, they didn’t show me how to create the label, so what is your job my friend? The manager keep ignoring the situation so I left. I understand that the representative could be new on his position and I was very patient for more than 30 min but the manager didnt help at all ! It happened yesterday 12/14/2020 at 6:00 p.m

Clear information was provided in no time, was advised proactively on how to get the best price and all with a wonderful smile. There is no option to Zero Star!! To theft, $ 104.15 dollars to send a document (an envelope) to another country. Employee in a hurry to send the document, very unwillingly to provide information. They do not have the patience to serve you, they simply want you to leave. Terrible customer service! Employee could not explain how to get proof of delivery. DEFINITELY WILL NOT COMING BACK

Do not go there! I needed some photos printed on the same day as they had to go out in the evening to a client. I called the shop a week ahead to make sure that this is working and they confirmed that it will be fine. However, when I shared the files per email and called them to make sure everything is alright I was told they need to check the files first and will let me know within 30 mins. about the time I can get them. After I didnt hear back from them within 1 hour I called again and was told they are busy at the moment but will call me back in a few minutes. After another hour of waiting and not receiving any call from them I called a 3rd time and after some back and forth I was told the earliest I could get the prints is in the afternoon of the next day what would be way too late. I would have given them 0 stars but unfortunately thats not possible.

Let me tell you that i wasnt expecting my experience to be this good consdering all of the bad reviews; however, after being assisted by Gabriel one of the representatives there, it totally changed my mind and perspective. Gabriel went above and beyond what was expected to help me ship a really big package. And while also being one employee on shift at the time he managed to not only assist me but let me know that he would take a little break to assist other customers as they came in so they wont also have to wait. What more can you want out of a representative then that outstanding customer service that Gabriel displayed.-Ken

One employee handling shipping with a long line (about an hour wait). Other two employees did not step in to assist. I work in customer service and this is not how you operate this type of business. I just don’t think it’s fair to the young lady assisting with shipping. She is working very fast but she shouldn’t have to do it alone. I just asked if someone can assist her and I was told no because they are busy. What a shame. Awful customer service on the employees that are doing nothing! I will not be back. Ever!

Just horrible customer service. You have to wait 20 minutes in a line for everything. I needed an envelope which they should actually have stocked on their supply shelves but they are never properly stocked. So I waited in line 20 minutes for an envelope. The next day I came back and needed a new envelope. Again, I asked the person at the desk for the envelope and they told me to wait for them to be done helping a person that was working on a poster, which took forever. And they don’t care if you complain, the person behind me made a comment about their poor service and they said if we didn’t like it we could go to UPS across the street. Just awful.

Terrible service time after time! Had to wait 30 mins to drop off a package with a return label, while 2 employees were doing nothing. The return was in the original box. Yet, they wanted to charge me to re-box the package: $$$, they always do! Horrible business practice; please do yourself a favor and visit the UPS store 2 blocks away. Now thats a great place, great customer service. Employees that ACTUALLY work.

Highly recommend this Fedex Office, some of the others in the area dont have the most competent people working for them..Will definitely come this location whenever I need something done right.

I went there to print the simplest white and black business card that I proposed to cut myself, I only needed ten (cards) and the staff (Marlene) mentioned that she needed 24 hours to deliver them.Unimaginable lack of willingness to do actual work but a preference to rather watch how customers leave the shop frustrated!!Please take the time to go somewhere else!!!

Worst FedEx office ever. To make the this short....If you try to return anything there, even with the free return label, they will invent things in your package just to sell you one of their boxes.. They will invent that they cannot take your box if the things inside are loose. I had a pair of shoes, of course the shoes will move. So they wanted to charge almost $6 to for one of their boxes. Next day I took the exact same box to FedEX on 200 S Miami in Downtown and the person took my box, gave me the receipt without asking a single question and always with a smile on her face. Yes, I DIDNT HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING. So, if you dont want to get ripped off, dont go to FedEx Brickell. I live 2 blocks from it, but I will never put my feet there again.

So far twice I have gone in to ship items with a pre-printed label sent to me by other companies with an approved box sent to me by other companies SO IT CAN BE SHIPPED SAFELY. Both times I was told they could not use that box because it was not good enough for the product to be shipped. Both times I said no.They up charge everything here. It’s like they cannot meet their sales quotas and they are scamming me to meet them.I have had nothing but good experiences at all of the other Fedex stores that I have used consistently for almost two decades. This is the exception. Go to USPS or UPS instead.

I wish I could give negative star because I was almost robbed by the Fedex employee at this location this morning.I went there to ONLY drop off a box, which already had a tag and all... The employee told me to wait because he needed to inspect the box. I waited him to finish attending a customer. First, he asked me what was inside my box, I told him there were 2 pairs of shoes that I was returning. He said the contents inside are loose! What the heck is that supposed to mean?I received that box exactly like that, I told him that. And then, he inspects the box one more time and says there are damages on the box and he would charge me to stuff the box and get a new smaller box!I was just astonished to hear all that! WOWWW!! He literally wanted to CHARGE me SOMEHOW. I said No, thank you! and left! I went to Walgreens and they gladly received my box with no hassle, they didnt even asked what it was inside the box! Stay aware, people!!! This is a scam, its fraudulent. I shouldve called the police for that guy.

What a creepy service where the manager accuses you to be a liar!!!!!The manager refuses to accept my package because my box was a re-used one and charged me 5$ for the new box.I explained her that I had to use my used box because the stuff inside is a rental shipped on dedicated box (the inside is molded) + sticker properly applied on it.I told the manager that one month ago I did the very same thing in their agency without any problem and the answer that it was totally impossible Not in office for sure, may bye in one where rules are not appliedExcept that I kept the previous receipt ..... and by the way you accuse customers to be liars, wonderful.Conclusion FEDEX refuses you to use your box (even for a return) but charge you for a new one : super eco-friendly but lucrative and accuses to to be a liar.FEDEX BRICKELL NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Self service copiers are good here, staff helped with a minor problem with it. Because its in Brickell it does get packed and staff can be overwhelmed.Use the parking at publix you get 2 hours if you buy something in the store after you finish and get your ticket validated.

Horrible customer service provided by Guddy at this location. Refused to accept the parcel because the box was already in transit before. He wanted to sell his FedEx box for $25 because he really needed to sell a box and didnt care to accommodate the client. We have shipped the same boxes by FedEx prior and had no issues.

Theft comes in many forms. This store should be shut down/disenrolled by Fedex - The parent company. Consumer protection agencies exist because of business outfits such as these. Miami is thought of as THE premier US third world city and this place confirms why. Someone needs only see all these reviews that say the same thing about fake packaging fees and inflated charges to finally shut these scammers down. Go to the 200 S Miami Location if you must use Fedex otherwise UPS close by is better. Heck, even the worst post office beats this place.

One star is beyond generous. This is the most unprofessional fedex I have ever been to. I had a project pick up for 8 AM and was outside for an hour waiting before having to leave. In the hour 1 was standing in 97 degree weather I saw 10 people come and go. Because I was unable to pick up my project at the promised time I was late and unprepared for a presentation. Then I returned at 11 AM to find the fed ex was still NOT open. Words can not describe my level of frustration with the blatant disregard for time and professionalism.Just a warning, if you have anything that is time sensitive do not go to this fedex. I would like to hope that the other fedex branches operate differently but at this point I am not willing to find out. There is an UPS down the street and they officially have my business as they should yours.I can honestly say I will NEVER use this fedex again.

I was disgusted by this place. I asked them to print a contract of 24 pages. Cost: $7.50. I ask to delete 1 line (probably 3.5second of work). Total bill: $15. How much to delete a line? $7.50 and apparently was discounted from the assistant manager from $10. This is how it went: I ask can you delete a line? she says yes, but I have to charge you, I say ok, fine go ahead. She did not say how much it would be. I figured anything between $0.50 to $1?? or something like oh dont worry for that charge. They have the face to ask $7.50 for deleting a line!!!! OMG, what a rip off. Then I say what if I can delete that line on my own and print it over there (indicating towards the DIY printing station), she goes yes, but you have to reprint from there, it is going to be $0.50 per page + $ 0.35 per minute or so for using the computer. Here is the beauty of how FEDEX is absolutely ripping you off. To do yourself cost not as much but double! $0.50 x 24 pages + use of PC (say 5 to 10 minutes) is $29! so just as double of $15 which they asked me before. All of that is disgusting. I printed 48 pages in B&W, I should have paid $7.50 and ended up ripped off. then I ask if the assistant manager agrees to these crazy fees, and she goes yes, we charge as much as $10 dollars to delete a date from a resume, Im disgusted and respond only that this is a rip off. She goes even further what do you think all the companies out there are ripping you off. What?? are you telling me that you and fedex are authorized to rip off people because all the other stores are ripping you off? Is this logic thinking? Bottom line, with $50 you can buy a cheap printer and avoid going to these places where they take advantage of people. Fedex you will see an official letter coming.

Service was horrible. I went to this location alone with my heavy box, prepared before with all necessary prepaid FedEx labels on it. But they rejected to accept package in my box and I being told to buy their box for $11 and repack everything or go to another location (at another location they dont care about the box). I suppose that is the way how they are selling boxes here. Dont use their services.

DEFINITELY WILL NOT COMING BACK!!!!!!!!!I called before to get an ESTAIMATE quote beacuse the shipment was going to be the corporate credit card. Arrived there and after 30 minutes where the clerk didnt find any zip codes to send it internationally they said that the package was going to be three times expensive than usually it is. After saying not Im not sending this the manager (SHE IS VERY RUDE NOT POLITE) she said that it is what it is (CERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS). Not to mention that all the time that I was there, they were like 3 complaints from people there (printer not working when the customer called prior to check it they had the service), and so on. Come on, your location is at the Financial Center in Brickell, people is not there to waste their time and not to give attitude from a rude manager. Definitely not coming back to this location! Too bad for Fedex reputation, I have been using Fedex but definitely using UPS or another mail service from now and on. Not to mention that I already told my colleagues not to use it anymore and cancelling the service with them.I guess some other companies care more about the clientele....

They told me you can only ship in FedEx boxes, so if you come with your own packaging, they will charge you for a FedEx box and also to repack your shipment. Do yourself a favor and walk across the street to UPS
