Staff was super friendly when i went and the people are not asleep like they usually are at UPS around miami - walked in and out without getting attitude or complaining for the long wait - come here in the AM and it will feel like a breeze - a little small so when its crowded it gets packed but your fault for coming in during busy hours

The staff at this location has always been friendly but the prices seem absolutely outrageous as of late. I was charged $115 dollars to send a 6 lb package (medium sized box) from FL to CA. This has happened a few times and every time I mention the cost being too expensive theyre somehow magically able to provide a discount on the spot. Ive also come to learn that UPS store locations are privately owned and so the prices are marked up significantly compared to normal UPS locations- if you want to save yourself a lot of money Id stay away from this location.

The place runs on Miami time but the line moves fast.They respond to the phone consistently as well if you call ahead to confirm that your stuff is ready to go.Ramon is the person in charge of printing: he was super helpful and easy to communicate with.1. His English is perfect for this job but of course he speaks Spanish as well.2. I emailed what I needed to [email protected] and he made the products the way I requested.3. In hindsight, I didnt describe the prints well enough, but he was able to navigate photoshop proficiently and super quick to my liking.4. The customer service at this location is top notch, but the UPS website is incredibly tedious. Since the store is a franchise and the website is from UPS, I cant fault the store for it. I can however, praise the people at the store for working around it.I recently shipped all of my valuables and clothes across the country and they were an incredible help when I was in a pinch. I had just a few hours remaining before my flight (Im a terrible procrastinator), and needed to get my labels so that I could drop my boxes before I left. That was when I realized the website was incredibly tedious. My god, I was frustrated and near tears.In the end of it, I had to take my laptop to the store and there was a tall woman with long brown hair who took the time to help me navigate the site even though in hindsight, the store may have not realized any profit from that help. I just thought of that. I sure hope they did.There were also a few boxes of irreplaceable items that I had them ship directly from the store so that they could be insured. It was a framed letter from President Obama and a framed American Flag that flew on an Air Force mission above Afghanistan on 9/11 2011, a painting of my dog who sadly passed and my university diploma.Both the irreplaceable items that I shipped directly and the items that they helped me with the labels for all arrived in tact and on time (actually ahead of the time that was promised).All in all, the staff at this UPS location is professional, personable and incredibly helpful. I recommend them 100%.

Cero customer service.Not enough staff.I needed to “rent” a computer to download my files, and to do that first i needed to insert my card, the computer charges me almost 20 dollars (the guy didn’t advice me about that) plus almost 4 dollars just bc I used the machine (the guy didn’t specify at all). I’ve been waiting for almost one hour and i ended paying almost 14 dollars for the documents I needed. It’s supposed im going to get back the 20 dollars after 24 hours but nothing. First time I’ve been there and it’s the last time for sure.

No matter how busy, Ramon and Sandra always take care of me. I have shipped many fragile items with them and they are packed flawlessly.

Very disappointed with this location. I was waiting in line outside the store few minutes before closing. An employee said they were not going to allow more customers and just closed the door in our faces. Very rude. That was after 20 minutes looking for a parking. Parking access is terrible.

I wish there was a drop off line or give priority to those who already had items in a box and a label created.Expect at least 20 mins waiting in line if you have 4 customers infront of you, specially since most of them bring their items w/o a box or label, so staff members have to do the whole thing.

For the past five years I have been a client of the UPS Store at Brickell. As a General Real estate professional I keep on moving back and fro, and, every time I am in the Brickell area, I use the store as my office. Not only they provide outstanding customer service, but also, I am able to use the computer, make copies, scan documents, ship at competitive rates. Additionally, I am able to offer my clients the best service provided at the store: Mailbox services. With this, my clients are offered a local street address much needed to satisfy their every day necessities, such as receipt of mail and other deliveries. I use this service my self, my shipments are well stored, and my mail is kept well organized.I will recommend this store 100%...amazing service and their employees are not only professional but quite friendly!!! CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! Store Owner Alan is confirmed to be paying a company to delete negative reviews. My negative review was deleted after I warn others to stay away from this location. I was looking into buying several mail boxes however the employee (Yolandia Roja) was extremely rude and even insulted me when I asked questions. This is backed by several other negative reviews about this employee. I even witness her be rude to another customer for wanting to do returns after another employee assisted, I decided to contact the store owner but he did not pick up any of the calls I tried to make. I was a customer for three years, always very well attended by everyone, including the owner (Alan), I went to renew my mailbox, and I was not attended to by Alan, (I did not understand), every year I always got very well, I was very poorly attended by all, as if they no longer needed me, lacked humility and especially education of an attendant named Ashley, Maria was the only one who answered me well, I change my ups, all because I asked for a discount on the renovation of my Mail box for which I am a long-time customer. When opportunities arise we should not lose, Im really shocked. One day maybe one more customer is needed. I never asked for any favors, much to the contrary. Ps2- I live in London and come to MIAMI twice a year, this proves even more the lack of professional interest.

I arrived Saturday 3pm, their closing time. Maria, one of the attendants had already closed the door, yet when she realized my disappointment she immediately opened and let me in. I needed to drop this package today, one more day could have been problematic for me. That was sooo nice. But she didnt stop there, she kindly helped me to get the package in, at the counter gave me helpful information for future shipments and a brief explanation of the usual scheduled pick up time and the printing of customers labels through email, sweet sweet lady, all smiles and helpfulness. Daniel was there taking care of other clients and still took time to acknowledge my presence and congratulate me on the fact that I had gotten in at the last minute. You guys make UPS look good. Thank you for being so caring, I owe you Starbucks or some sweet treat. Hugs.

If I could leave a zero stars I would. I came in 15 minutes past 8 cause I was told by a friend that they open a 8. When I tried the door it was locked. I looked at the Hours sign thats on the door and it said they opened at 8:30 so I figured I should just wait. Then a minute later this woman Yolanda opened the door. I thought how nice she opened the door so I wouldnt have to wait until 8:30! When I walked inside I thanked her for letting me in and without acknowledging me or saying anything she walked away shaking her head, I figured she was annoyed cause she had to open early so I asked her at what time they opened (again cause the sign says 8:30). To which she replied with a raised eyebrow and without even looking at me I JUST opened the door, didnt I? SO 8! UPS, you got yourself a horrendous employee in your hands. This woman has a loooooong way to go when it comes to costumer service. Shes just truly HORRIBLE. Its not the first time I have a bad experience with her and I have seen other people bump heads with her in the store too. Also please change the sign on the door that says you open at 8:30 and save your costumers the painful experience of having to deal with Yolandas attitude. Also, I want to point out that since you open at 8 (as Yolanda SO nicely indicated) and I arrived there AFTER 8, she opened the store late.

I called this store and spoke with Yolanda. I told her I had a heavy package and asked her where I could park as parking in Brickell is difficult. She told me to park in the side alley and come in the back door. I followed her instructions. I knocked at the back door which was unlocked, opened it, called for anyone to let them know I was there, heard nothing, so I carried my package in as instructed. Immediately, Mar, another worker, started yelling rudely at me in front of all the other customers, telling me how I should not have come in that way. When I told her that is what I was told to do, she just would not let it go and continued rudely telling me off and arguing with me in front of all the other customers. This went on and on for 15 minutes. I have never been so obnoxiously treated in my life. Mara should be fired. When I asked for the owners contact information, she refused to give it to me. I would recommend to everyone to never go to a store that treats customers like this. Go to a different UPS store. Horrible!

I have been using them for a long time and was somewhat satisfied. Unfortunately, they lost or stole one of my packages that I paid them to send it through USPS. They didn’t give any real solution or explanation, and on top of that they suggested that probably I was lying. Soooo!!! disappointing. Be careful with showing up expensive packages to employees it could disappear mysteriously and they don’t offer insurance.

Im at this store typically 3-4 times a week and theyre always really helpful and professional. Parking can be a bit tricky, but theres lots of street parking and the garage is free for 15 mins (maybe).

This is a great place to come if you ship using UPS. They offer packing and printing services and the staff are super friendly and eager to help you. They are located in the heart of Brickell next to the Metrorail.

Paid $60 on a Thursday to have a package sent to this location via UPS next day air, assure it would be there by 1030 AM. It was very important to have this package Friday morning before I went into surgery. Called at noon on Friday and the clerk told me my package was not there. Stressed wondering why my package hadnt arrived, I went through with operation and called again Saturday morning where they tell me the still dont have it and to call the UPS headquarters to track the package. Two days later I call headquarters and the agent makes a call to this Miami location again, they tell her that the package was rerouted and sent back to NJ where it was sent from. At this moment Im am so upset I wasted time and money to receive the package I needed ON TIME. To make a long story short after countless phone call to NJ location trying to find out where the package went. After an entire week going by Miami UPS says oh yes your package actually was received and signed for Friday morning! But since your a package only customer, there will be a $15 fee assesed to that. I think anyone could understand the frustration after waiting a week to track dow. a late package that you thought was lost, and paying 15 to receive it, without any apology. I am done with UPS for a while.

I had to liquidate my ebay store, so i went in to your brickell location to send out some computers. Your staff was very friendly and helpfull. Raphael specially helped me out in finding the fastest and more affordable way of sending out my metchandise. I had no complaints from my customers..and i have your staff to thank!!!
