The staff is nice but yet you need to FIND THEM! Ive being walking and riding scooters for 2hours under this extremely hot weather to find the actual store! And i did find it by mistake

Pathetic service.I had Uhaul boxes with pre-labeled stickers. They said we dont take Uhaul boxes. You need FedEx boxes.

The only reason I’m giving 1 star is for you to PLEASE FIX THE ADDRESS IN THE MAP AND HAVE A SIGN OUTSIDE THE BUILDING!!! It is so confusing first of all because the gps sends you to a complete different location (in the area) but DIFFERENT!!! And there is no way possible you know where is the store because they have no sign at all!

The worst !!! How do you close 5-10mins before 3pm ?!!! I paid $20 extra to have my package delivered on time not 3days after the delivery date ! No one ever knocked on my gate or door anything. Not even a note letting me know I had to pick up my package. What a shame

A great team at this FedEx Office location. NOWSHIP uses kubox for our clients to make small moves domestically or internationally. We have our onDemand drivers collect the kubox from our clients home and drop at local FedEx Offices. This stores team helped pack & printed out the labels, affixed them to the kubox and in three days our clients most important things arrived safely. Great work!
