Nasty people own the shop! Liars and crooked folks! Sold me ink cartridges for a printer but once tried the cartridges, they are WRONG ones! See pictures! They refused to refund or provide a return label and said they will charge restocking fee!😡 False advertisement. STAY AWAY from this place! Give your $$ to someone else.

They have an “F” rating from the BBB, which may be all you need to know. This place not only messed up our son’s birthday cake topper, they refused to respond to us via email to fix it initially, then blamed us for the wrong content. When we proved it was their error, they once again became non-responsive. We called to resolve and were told the same email that was never responding would get back to us and the receptionist didn’t offer an apology. Now we have a 4 year old who won’t get the one thing he wanted for his birthday - a Paw Patrol cake topper. Completely awful experience.
