The UPS Store made it quick and easy to ship my package. Their staff was very helpful with their assistance and answering all my questions. Their counter girl Isa took care of everything for me.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I don’t know if UPS reads these but they should any company that can rack up 92% of your feedback in the one star category really needs a new change in leader ship..It is a terrible service from this UPS ... the Girl who works is too unprofessional ... she has no manners to receive customers ... she started throwing my packages and I had a sensitive product and very expensive .... they should better select their staff

This is my “ go to “ UPS store for mailing my returns and for my printing needs. I’ve always been greeted by pleasant personnel at this UPS location.Excellent service from Cesar specifically, as he was very pleasant over the phone when I was telling him I had emailed my order to them.He was professional to talk to and responsive to my questions.Cesar went above and beyond to ensure my son’s birthday prints outs looked neat & professional. He made some suggestions on the paper and offered to cut it as well.Also, Mel is the sweetest too . Tidying up the store as a big shipment came in. She’s always greeting you with a smile!Kudos to this stores management/ownership team for hiring innovative and friendly personnel.Keep up the good work !

I had a return and decided to come to this UPS store. There was a client being helped at the moment and yet Jose greeted me upon arrival. He was very pleasant and helpful. I had an issue with the return and needed to request a new one. Jose was very helpful and patient with the process which ultimately made it a very positive experience.

Terrible customer service by Juan lopez I have done several returns here since I place tons of orders thru Amazon and always take my box even when is not required. Tonight I was in a hurry and did not have a box or envelope for a tiny plastic bottle that I needed to return and with all the. Discarded boxes they must have at their place he couldn’t provide me with one, he told me I had to buy an envelope not only that he told me in a very sarcastic manner ... and according to him he is the manager I really don’t understand how stores like The UPS Store still have people working for The Whom have no manners . I asked him to please help me and not even because I am a woman he could get out of his way to help me. WHAT A GENTLEMAN! Very disappointing don’t recommend this location at all unless you want to be have dissatisfying and disappointing service .

WOULD NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR PACKAGE SITTING ON THEIR SHELF. HE SAID NEXT TIME TAKE IT TO UPS DIRECTLY TO MAKE SURE IT GETS OUT ON TIME.
