I go to this Shell to TRY and buy gas for my vehicle.Try since Ive run into problems with pumps being shut down when I pull in around 6:15AM on the way to work. Not just once, but multiple times. Sometimes the pump is ready to use until I exit my vehicle & am approaching the pump. THEN the station operator shuts the pump down.....so I say some unhappy words, get back in the truck, and drive 1/4 mile or so down the road to the nearest Speedway (where the pumps work, give receipts, and actually PUMP gas at a decent rate).I stopped by this afternoon to fill up my truck, and get a gallon of gas for the chainsaws gas:oil mix.I first pulled into Pump #5, and then saw a note taped to the pump that the card reader was broken.Backed out & pulled into Pump #2, where I filled up...SLOWLY. It took over 8 minutes to fill up my trucks gas tank (16.89 gal). 2 gallons/minute...slow...very slow.I then asked for a receipt. It tried to print one, but nothing came out.POORLY maintained equipment. Avoid, if at all possible.

This Shell station is the cleanest, most organized petrol station I have ever seen! The bathroom sparkles, the products are all full and conditioned, the place is very well kept up!

Went to this store tonight and they had a sign up saying buy one get 2nd for a $1 any variety. Well we picked what we wanted took it upfront and it didn’t ring up right on the register. There where no restrictions listed. We showed the manager the sign and she refused to fix the problem. Left very upset. She was very rude.

Awful place! Very over priced! The older lady that has huge moles on her face that worked this morning 9/14 is without a doubt the rudest person I have ever come in contact with and I’ve worked in customer service for the last 15 years.... go to speedway it’s right up and across the street and they treat you well.

Old lady in the morning is a rude and hateful person and the manager isn’t much better. They spray air fresheners because the store smells like pot and cat piss. Every employee there is on something, the place is a cess pool

The lady slung my 2 Liters around like she didnt have a care in the world, shook them all up. Assuming it was 3rd shift. Then threw my change in my hand like I was a box of poop. Horrible

A little difficult to get in/out. I wish the pumps at the side were still installed. Sometimes the pump printers dont work.

Please never go to this place. Horrible service plus staff will not except large bills($50/$100)? Does not matter if you are purchasing gas and merchandise. Wow!

Old morning woman 27 June at 11:15 am was treating me like crook because of my bad teeth and was try to fill up a two tank truck of 40 gal. Wouldnt let me pay with $100 dollar bill and told me to leave and wouldnt take my credit card
