Customer service is usually good. But, due to staffing shortages. The store has mostly empty shelves. It is not clean. Store hours are not consistent.

I always find something to buy here but lately staffing has been an issue. Twice I’ve gone there and they’ve had a sign on the door saying closed because of no staff. You should offer to increase the wages of potential employees if you’re that short staffed. Very long wait times at the register when they are opened.

I have never seen a more dirty, disheveled, unorganized Dollar Tree.. and as a crafter, I frequent a lot of them. Shelves were empty and the the shelves that werent were a total mess. I understand getting people to work right now is hard, but this was beyond unacceptable. I will be driving a little further for a better Dollar Tree. Will never be back to this one until corporate cleans it up.

The cashier was the only one on the register at the time and she was so patient and kind. Thank you Velvet 🙂

I am vegetarian.I as well do not purchase items from China -Due to animal testing.I was amazed how many products that I had to choose from.Everything is only $1.00.Hallmark greeting cards are :2 for $1.00.The associates were friendly.I would recommend.

I stood in a very long line of about 30 people wrapped around the store because there was one person who was on register possibly one person who was in the store and that was the manager up until 3 or when two other people got there Ive stayed in line for about 15 minutes to purchase $10 worth of items this one in Miamisburg on Springboro Pike is a great store when they have employees

First dollar store said it was open till nine on the app when I got there at eight it was closed. Went to another dollar store by the Dayton mall, the app says it’s open till 10 it closed at 4:30. What in the world is going on?

If I could give zero stars I would. This store is an absolute mess. Floors are filthy, shelves are empty and the entire store is in disarray. Corporate needs to come down and clean this store up or close it down. The manager and staff do not care about how it looks. They are only here for a paycheck. This store is an embarrassment to the company itself.

They didnt have what I was looking for, but usually they do. However, since covid they have trouble getting deliveries and getting people to work for them.

I used to love going to the Dollar Tree, it was always so nice and clean. When I went today, it just looked dingy, the floor was filthy, the aisles were cluttered with discarded merchandise and boxes waiting to be unpacked and stocked. And please, please, please, tell your employees to treat your customers with kindness and respect. A smile and a Hello, how are you? go a long way.

Great place to pick up toiletries and laundry bleach. Candy isle isnt too hateful either!

Store has issues staying open and it is a bit of a mess but a lot of good items for $1... Most of what I buy from there is 2 to 3 times the cost else where.

I always find the neatest stuff here and everythings a dollar! They have inflated balloons also.

Everything is actually a $1.00! When your down and out they have everything you could possibly need! I like to go here for party supplies and gift bags! Unfortunately this store is struggling with having enough workers so bare with them the store is messy! Also if you need a job theyre looking to hire!

What can be said that most people dont already know about Dollar Tree? Boxes strewn in the aisles with nobody to stock them. Lots of bare shelves.

Terrible store it is 2:30 on a Friday afternoon and sign says closed. I asked an employee who said they cant get anyone to come in so they closed.

This Dollar Tree has a great craft section.

Theres a lot of good things here and for as cheap as it is, just watch what you do purchase. Not everything is worth that dollar. But my little girl got a lot of stuff there that would have costed me way more money somewhere else. Some areas of the store was super unorganized.

Friday at 5pm and only one register open. The line goes all the way to the back of the store. There’s really only one person working in the whole store? No manager?!? Sitting in the office probably (from my Dollar Tree experiences.)Yup, not one but two people sitting in the office.Store is a mess as well. I guess no one cares.

It was nasty after I past the seasonal section and candle. Everything was everywhere shelves weren’t stocked it was nasty I put my stuff down and left. I couldn’t find over half of my stuff I needed. There was carts of box’s that look like they’ve been sitting there for weeks.. I wonder if the food is even good. I will never step foot in there. I rather drive 5 more miles then go there. I think the health department needs to be called and anything else that would be involved. It smelled so bad in there I honestly think they need to be shut down or get there act together!!

If I can rate 0 stars I would. First off the store was disgusting, I only came here because it’s the closest to my house! Stuff all over the floor and thrown everywhere! I waited on a line for the cashier for about 15 minutes to do an exchange. When I finally got to the register she sent me back to another line because she couldn’t do an exchange and I needed to speak with the manager. I waited in the line once again for another 10 minutes because instead of calling the manager over to her she told me I needed to go to a different line!! When I finally got to the register again I was told they could not do an EXCHANGE without a receipt. I kindly explained to her I barely ever keep my receipts because I don’t intend on returning things, on top of that it was just 10 packs of plates for my baby shower that we just decided on a different color. And on top of all that I am 8 months pregnant and waited in line for a whole 30 minutes to be told I wasted my time because they can’t do an even exchange without a receipt!! This store is ridiculous and unreasonable. I would never come here again. Yes everything might be a $1 but I rather go to another store that actually values their customers!!

This Dollar Tree is absolutely deplorable. I typically shop at the other two located in close proximity because I always forget about this location.. I will continue to forget about this location. This store is beyond filthy, disorganized and low stock. Why low stock? Because there are boxes upon boxes not even unpacked behind the registers. Stopping into this location was an absolute waste of time and disappointment. I left never even finding the staple items I always buy. Someone really needs to make some changes with this store or close it

This store is ok.. they just tend to hire some individuals that probably shouldnt be working. And they dont restock the shelves near enough. But other than that its pretty average. Everything in the store being a dollar makes it easy enough to shop and there are some good people that work there.

I give this store a five because they just have so much variety of stuff that you can get that you need for your house or or candy before the movie theater or birthday party supplies graduation party supplies... They got a huge cleaning supply section.. they even have a refrigerator of frozen foods and I also have a good supply of throw away plates and cups and bowls... They have plenty of batteries all kinds for cheap... Their medical section has some surprising things that you cant get it other places and dirt cheap... You can really really save money at the store the employees are friendly the place is really stocked well its actually my favorite store..because you can make twenty bucks go pretty far here... Definitely recommended

The cashier was the only reason for a 1 star. I was sorting my personal items from my work items and was approached by a woman who asked Are you buying that stuff? Yes,?? Ok, I just cleaned and stocked this aisle. Make sure you put unwanted items where you found them. Walks away, grabs a coworker and they stare me down and talk about me as Im checking out. This store has never been clean and/or stocked. Always cluttered aisles. It is a Dollar Tree, I dont expect much but I do expect not to be treated so rude by employees. PS. How about employees having uniforms, name tags, etc.? Contact me for the pictures of your employee on her break. Amazing what she does right in front of the store!

This particular store has never been clean any time that I have been there. Theres only been 2 or 3 employees working. With a store that big thats crazy. Ive seen stores in ft Wayne and around there in Indiana and they are clean, stocked, organized. One is bigger than the Day. Mall store. I have been in 4 stores in this area. One I went to for the 1st time a week or two ago and it was so clean, stocked and organized. Im hoping this store gets it together. Corporate needs to allow more employees /shift.

People who work there seem like their dead on the inside. Aint nobody dont time for that.

Prices are always great but it was messy and hard to find things. They only had one cashier for so we waited in line for awhile until they finally called another employee up to the register. I bough greeting cards and the were in great condition. Easy to find, every card in the right place and a decent selection.

Stopped in around 7pm on a Tuesday . 1 poor cashier was trying to keep his head above water while a line 12-customers deep continues piling on. When I overheard another clearly annoyed customer inquire as to where the manager was we learned that he or she was apparently on break. This is not the 1st time (but it will be the last) that I have seen this store display a woefully inadequate number of staff serving customers, resulting in ludicrous wait-times to check out. I dont blame the manager either (we all need to eat) - I blame district-level and above management who clearly wont give him or her the labor budget thats required to hire the # of cashiers needed to keep customers from becoming former-customers like I did today. Get your house in order. Maybe in a year or so Ill give your stores anther chance, but for today I walked out in frustration enough that I bothered to speak out over it and I wont be returning anytime soon.

A few things out of stock. Not necessarily any fault of any of the employees. Clean place and cheap products. The new snack zone is useful for munchies

It was kind of a mess today, but they were in the process of changing over from Summer to Fall stuff & back to school stuff, along with a kind of a remodel & reset. Otherwise, I love this place. A little bit of everything & you dont have to worry about the price. Everythings a dollar.

The place is a mess! The man who checked us out didnt say Hi or anything other than the total and where to get my receipt. To me just rude.

Entire staff was extremely helpful, very pleasant, and knowledgeable of all of the products that I was interested in or just had questions about. I live an hour away and always find a reason to stop and shop at Dollar Tree!

Dont go unless you have 15 minutes to wait in line to check out.

One of the best locations Ive been to in the area. Always well stocked and full of goodies.

Theres a person that works that little room in the front of the store with the two way mirror.During peak times of shoppers waiting in long lines she hides in there and does not take on another register. I bought ³ spray bottles.

Never leave without spending money. This one has more than another near my house. Although the store is usually a mess in the same spot every time I go in I am able to find what I am looking for. The Dollar Tree is a teachers favorite place to go.

Not my favorite store by any means, we used to have to come here thinking it was the only one near by, but we found two more, one just opened in germantown and the other franklin, both are nicer cleaner and have less long lines. This store seems to have the idea of having only one register open at all times is a good idea

Had only one cashier working and the store was a mess. I saw a second cashier when I walked in but when the line got long the second cashier and another employee went out for a smoke rather than helping with the line. Dont support this store and dont waste your time here.

Didnt take long for this place to go back to the old ways.....10 people in line, saw the manager telling a worker how to stock shelves. I asked him if he could send another cashier. The look he gave...like I was so rude to interrupt..Never coming back to this location

Store was nicely stocked. Outside the store, trash was on the sidewalk in front of the entrance and the trash can was overflowing.
