Great selections. However their customer service is not as good as it used to be. Previously if you couldn’t find some thing the storm employees would walk you to where it was and show you. Now you’re lucky to just get general direction or a place they think it might be. But I do love shopping there.

I usually hate places like this. Most of the store is not in my focus of interest. They do have great resources for any one wanting to refinish furniture. Drawer pulls, screens, paints, and other accessories to refinish pieces. Helpful and friendly staff.

In and out, as I was looking for 2 very specific products and they were both on the shelf. Quick moving line, and the cashier was very pleasant. Will always be a customer here.

This is the best store for.my airbrush supplies and wood projects like this miniature house Im almost done with then its for sale and on to another

Love this place. Clean, organized, friendly staff. Just redid my home in beach theme...walked in HL and they have all of their adorable Fall decor out. Now I must redecorate. I should not be left unattended in this store. Lol

Ive never been there before, the wife always went previously. So it was a little overwhelming trying to find something specific when you dont know where anything is. But the staff was great in helping me find what I needed. And the store was well maintained.

I normally go to Michaels,but today went to Hobby Lobby. Aside from the normal holiday crowd I was expecting, it was awesome! They were so well stocked and clean. Workers everywhere asking people if they needed help finding something. Great experience. I just might start shopping here a bit more.

Hobby Lobby is my new favorite place. Great prices and even better sales. I have been there off and on for months. Believe me they have everything you can think of...even candy.

I love this place! They have practically everything and anything you could want arts and crafts wise. Right now, through 11/28/20 they have a ton of their art supplies 50% off!!! I definitely recommend them if you need some paint and/or brushes because you cant beat the price right now while the 50% off is still going on!!! I am hoping and planning to go back again to stock up on some more supplies before the 50% off is over!!

I just began coin collecting in needed a bunch of different types of sleeves to protect the coins and wasnt too sure of what to get and what not to get so I asked the salesman and he was quite knowledgeable about everything and answered all my questions correctly and directed me on the right path and I was able to get everything that I needed plus more I appreciate it thank you take care God bless

Like I love their drawer and cabinet door pulls - of course I wait for a sale before I buy, but I ended up buying what resembles handles that are antiqued bronze with sparkly crystal down the center... 😍 Whoever said chic and Country and cape cod styles dont mix are totally WRONG! 😂 🤣 😅 😜

Went to Hobby Lobby for the first time the other night, always been a Michaels Craft Store shopper. I had no idea what I’ve been missing LoL WOW! So many things to do and buy, what an amazing store!

Always a pleasure to walk down each aisle, lots to look at. Store is clean, can usually find an employee if you need help, and checkout is pretty fast.

Pricey on many items but a wide variety of things. Great customer service.Always crowded.

Had what I needed for candle making (to be a gift). Although the store was crowed, I was able to find what I needed. I requested some guidance from employees. In and out fairly quick. I personally found the store difficult to navigate through. But will return for any crafts or arts needs.

Had an order on hold and was told they would hold it over night for me due to the circumstances even though they normally don’t. Went in to pick up my order and it was put back on the shelf. I then asked for a corporate number or if it was on the receipt. Another cashier stepped in and said I could speak with a manager. I told her I’d prefer the number. She would not give it to me.

Unlike Michaels this store doesnt look like its going out of business. Products are stocked, theres a beautiful selection especially of Christmas decor and florals.The only reason I gave it four stars is because of the sustainability aspect. Inexpensive equals bad for the environment in most cases. But I guess thats the trade-off for shopping for value.

They have things you cant find anywhere else

I often think people have the wrong idea about the hobby lobby. Its not remote control cars and drones. They have all kinds of hobby related stuff, like custom picture frames, furniture, and anything you need for whatever hobby you have!

Absolutely love Hobby Lobby. This location is well organized, clean and full of product to choose from. One of my favorite places to shop for decor, framing and any and all other project needs.

You cant go wrong here, especially with all of the holiday sales that they have been running for the past couple months!!

I LOVE Hobby Lobby, absolutely anytime I go I never leave without spending way more than intended. I have never had an issue. THIS location I have visited twice. BOTH times I was followed? The second visit I was returning an item I had bought clearly with a HL label but lost thr receipt It was a $12 item, I bought over $100 yet they wouldnt return the item because I could not find my id (it was in the car). This location I hate to say probably wont see me again..m Joanns it is.

This place is huge so makes it difficult to find specific items. Had to ask a couple people. Store was clean and the staff was friendly.

Staff is always friendly when I go, I went to 6 different stores looking for a nativity scene, no one had them i went to other than Hobby Lobby. Great deals here usually. Limited handicap parking unfortunately but that’s the only downside for me really.

I love this place, even the fact they are never open on Sunday. I needed a clock motor and hands this trip and they had an exact fitLast week needed metal letters and a cross. Excellent selection and the cross was 1/2 off. Christmas decorations already out and on sale. This store is becoming one of my favorites. Glad they are close by.

Staff was super helpful and courteous. They had everything I needed for my project, even tools that I had to describe because I wasnt sure if they existed. They were able to lead me to the exact tool that I needed and I got to try a bunch of them that were 50% off the already reasonable price. They have a very generous return policy so Im able to try out different versions of the tool to see which one works best.
