Friendly staff, really clean and well organized for a big lots.

I went to buy things for the kids for Easter baskets, and found some great stuff! My son loved the shark basket! And they had amazing little toys galore! Great trip

Not so much the Big Lots us older crowd are used to. While they still have a nice general merchandise selection they have deep into the furniture market. Ive had good experiences with their furniture and the prices are great. Add to that a friendly and helpful staff and you cant go wrong.

Ive been going here since 1998 when I first met my girlfriend in Miamisburg and the place has always been great but I went here today and some weird Karen type middle age woman manager with short hair and purple highlights or whatever was trying to assist me if you can call it that and she gave off a real I hate men vibe. Im straight up lovable and dont deserve that nonsense so I give 3 stars.

The lady at the register was very nice and helpful. I needed to find carpet shampoo, and she pointed it out to me with clear direction.They rearranged since last time I was there, so I was a little lost.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Kelly, the manager of furniture, was incredible! She was crazy busy but helped every customer with the same excellent customer service skills.

My card has been compromised twice after using it in this store. their terminals have most likely been tampered with. do not shop at this location. my card gets skimmed every time I shop here.

Watched a young kid drop a jug of milk, it busted everywhere. It was a group of kids, the employee cleaning it up wasn’t even mad. They cleaned it up like it was nothing. Excellent customer service!

I love strolling around Big lots they have a new grocery thats alot better and there prices are great!

Never know what you will find

Very confusing, since I was in there the entire had been changed around so I couldnt find anything. There was no signs telling were anything was. And because of the COVID 19 changed the register placement, no one on floor to help you. I had to go to the register and stand in line to find something. I will have to say the store is much cleaner than before.

Their website said they had a desk and when we got there we couldnt find one nor did the sales guy look for one in their inventory online or physically in stock. He just told us there might be one on the truck on Friday. There is better customer service in the Kettering store.

Terrible terrible terrible service. Rude beyond belief. Managers and Lisa. Answers the phone promises they have the product 45 minutes away promise yes yes we have it Im sure I specifically want something they dont have it oh Im sorry. We are not supposed to be out of the house I go there to get something and they say sorry no . This is terrible and poor service. Very poor service I will never shop there again. I am furious a sorry its a mistake doesnt cut it. The staff looks unkept and dirty and so did the store.

Store is clean, you get greeted by at least someone who works there. The layout at the Miamisburg location is nice and neat and well lit inside. Very nice things for home decor and prices vary with each item. So just watch what you are shopping for. Some items arent really a deal if they cost the same or more as say a major grocery chain (Meijer, Kroger, etc). But, if you really shop around and pay attention to prices, then youll be able to save a little more money. Also, if you have a rewards card, and its signed up to your email, you can receive coupons and deals for upcoming sales. One thing I dislike is, if I want to redeem something of the website, Id have to print it out. It would be awesome if I could just redeem the deal, go in the store, and they scan my card and thats that. I dont have a home printer so Id have to go somewhere else to print out my coupon. Besides all that, the store has improved with its layout somewhat, just dislike all the furniture bunched up smack dab in the middle of the whole store. Its like youve got to either walk around in a big circle with your cart, or weave in and out of furniture to cut through to get to the one aisle that you need to get to. Yes, that could be said that its laziness for not wanting to walk around all the furniture. But in my opinion, there should have been an aisle straight through the whole furniture display, and make it sort of divided so theres a way to cut through, a shortcut. And regardless of the feeling of the huge mess of furniture right in he middle of the whole store (it seems cluttered, messy, and just to much. It kinda gives me anxiety looking at it all) I still really enjoy going in to shop and find the good deals on the things I need and want. But, some things are way to overpriced and Im forced to go to another store to buy the same item, just to save $2 or $3. And Big Lots has some really cool, unique items you wouldnt find anywhere else.

My friend and I used to go to Big Lots and found many great deals, but store has been renovated and looks similar to the other discount stores . had some nice looking furniture at very reasonable prices.

Its everything a Big Lots should be. I especially love their clearance section for their goodies like chips and cookies and such. They have great deals on their normally priced items as well. Ive never had any issues with any of the cashiers or employees. The bathroom is the only thing that I believe is dirty.

It was very clean, organized, and the staff was extremely helpful. I was checked out quickly and prices are on point for the area on the items I looked at. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Great store to pick up about anything you would need from milk to beds... Usually has good deals on snacks for lunch and pet products, very convenient to just run in but your goods and out the door you go.....

Big Lots in Miamisburg is a nice big and clean store. Very well stocked and the girls are always friendly. Located on 725. Near Goodwill Ace hardware and Walgreens.

The store is really proof that you get what you pay for in quality. Im surprised how close the prices are too regular stores. Also, ironically it is one of the most expensive places to buy a greeting card. Most things you need can be found at another place in the same block with better quality.

Well I was pleasantly surprisea! I went in to kill time while my husband got a haircut at Great Clips next door. I was NOT expecting to buy anything because in the past the place came off very disorganized and disheveled so actual shopping (even window shopping) was a chore and exhausting.Not... so... this... visit! Though presentation could still use a little work (narrowness of aisles is a big issue in the furniture area), everything else feels cleaner, neater, brighter, and far more appealing. The sales people were kind and helpful and not difficult to locate.As for prices, bit of a variation there: some really good buys, some price deals same as Ollies, other items priced the same as every other store in town so no deal there at all.One more point... I was reeeally impressed by their having 3 bathrooms: ladies, gents, and family. The ladies and the family one (a very accommodating double plus size room) were the cleanest public bathrooms Ive been in in years!
