This is the worst Rite Aid Pharmacy! They don’t answer their phone. People are trying to get medication. Even if you put the person on hold… answer your phone. I’m talking afternoon, 8pm … they don’t answer. Then they don’t fill prescriptions as they should. My doctor called in several medications Monday. I haven’t received anything from them that said it’s ready for pick up or being filled. Like do your job or close!

Used to be ok but last week I needed to get a prescription filled for amoxicillin they had it first thing in morning from Christiana I went to pick it up around 5 pm they had refused to fill it because they didnt have my insurance. Who I guess was the pharmacist she said they would fill it go have a seat . I will never use rite aid again and never say a good thing about it. The other pharmacist that was there he was always nice.

Whats with the poor reviews of the pharmacy recently?; well, heres another one. They werent busy; I went right up to the drop off counter, said I needed the shingles vaccine. Filled out the paperwork in short order & turned it back in. And waited. And waited. No in-store customers during this time (one or two drive-thrus), no one else waiting. After 10 minutes of shuffling my feet nearby, I walked back up to the counter and was told the pharmacist had stepped out and would be right back. After 5-10 minutes (more shuffling) I saw a lady in a white smock return, presumably the pharmacist. So I waited. And waited. After 10 more minutes (and seeing the pharmacist helping others at the drop off counter!), I signaled I was leaving. There are at least 4 other choices here in Middletown; go elsewhere.

Drove through town from Odessa and they were closed for cleaning at 5pm!!!!! So mad

I arrived 15 minutes before they closed. They wouldnt allow me to fill my medication which was very important and I drove 45 minutes to arrive here. Why have hours if youre too lazy to abide by them?

I bought a drink and asked for a bag. The manager, STOPPED THE CASHIER said they dont give bags out .I grabbed one myself she grabbed MY PERSONAL belongings and tossed them in the trash .Im filing charges OF DISCRIMINATION against her .What I experienced was UNBELIEVABLE. Good thing I recorded the whole incident. And called corporate. They will also be getting a video. I still cant believe this.

Just transferred my prescriptions to here. Was an excellent experience. No games or surprise prices. Everyone was extremely friendly and honored the Goodrx price no problem. Made my day!

Wanted to say a special thank you to one of the Middletown, DE store associates, Monica. I was there looking for two specific items that were out of stock. She double-checked her stock and when we discovered there were no more available, Monica took her time and was kind enough to two other stores in search of the item.On the second try, she was able to find the two items I needed and I was able to go to the other store and pick them up.Thank you Monica! You absolutely made my day and delivered Excellent customer service!

Poor service in pharmacy I called the manager she is also no help .went two time to pharmacy in one day still did not get my medicine

The pharmacy takes way too long to fill prescriptions especially when it is something that is urgently needed!!!!

I spoke with a young lady in the pharmacy dept. Reason was Covid testing. She took the time to direct me to Walgreens. Rite Aides online registration is unreal!

Khushbu is a great pharmacist! Very friendly and intelligent, she was very informative when answering all of my questions.

Change your closing time to 9 because 10 on weekdays is a lie.
