They answered the phone that is Rare and listened without giving canned responses. This was enough to motivate me to drive 20 miles to do business with them. Crystal didnt disappoint. Knowledgeable, efficient, professional and effective sales and technical. Allow her the opportunity.

They should inform you of the upgrade policy when you decide to change phones with them. If you hate the phone you change to, you cant even exchange it for a different one for 90 days.

After having spent hours trying to contact customer service.! I got in my car and drove to Middletown store where I met Ryan :-) and Ryan became the greatest advocate a customer could ever want! That says a lot from a single mom! Not only was he able to accomplish what I couldnt do for 3 days he fixed my issues with a smile :-).. And went above and beyond when he has assisted my son with something that was bothering him as well .... even as we waiting on hold to talk to customer support he offered my son not only friendship but food as well!!!! Its nice to know there is still good customer service out there. Thank you Ryan for your service......

The customer service is awful. I could barely understand the saleswoman. after she made the commission off the phone that I purchased she would not help me with my new phone she asked me to get up off the bar stool so that she could make the commission off of the people behind me. the customers ended up helping me with my new phone. the employees will say anything you want to hear to sell a phone and then rush you out of the door after the purchase. They even kept my old phone case. The breiel location is supposed to be an accessory and repair store as well (says Google) and the saleswoman told me it was not.

Ryan was absolutely phenomenal!!!!!! I switched from boost and he made the process so easy. Got the phone I wanted plus the plan I wanted at the price I could afford!!! I suggest everyone go see Ryan for their metro pcs needs!!!

Walked in to the store on Breile in middletown, was greeted by a guy named ryan about 3pm. He helped with everything. he was so very informative, friendly and polite. I recommend that if you want a phone please go to the one in middletown and ask for Ryan.
