If you care to just pay for items, you did not receive…….. when it was brought to the manager attention, I received a lot of empty promises of “oh yes we are sorry you will be receiving the money that you paid .”Manager swore he put a call into his corporate manager and they would be refunding my money ( corporate ( must be far away in space)WeLL it’s been months and a lot of lipService !!!Im out 500 plus dollars. Shame on them !!! If you want to do business with people like that. Good luck

This RAC is awesome! They are very friendly IF you make your payment on time. The Customer Service is Great. They are very attentive of your needs. Just make sure your payment is on time because they will send their guard dog after you. He will call and call until your answer. They have a great selection and have something for just about anybody.

Very bad customer service experience, Will definitely not even try to go back to this location, Meriden location way better too bad I don’t still live in Meriden too get from them, Way better experience with Meriden. Angie was not very helpful and did not have very good customer service I made a mouth payment on an item and she left me hanging did not give me a date to deliver I called her more then 5 times for the past 2 days and a guy would answer saying she was never available to talk. I finally went down and she was just sitting there doing nothing. Then she told me it will be delivered on Thursday I said ok. Half hour went by and she called me saying I needed two more references seeing my dad did not know my number so that made him a bad reference seeing he did not know my number by heart and had too look my number up. I asked for my money back, I will not get anything from Middletown rent a center, I Would give a no star rating if I could. Went to Aaron’s and got from them

Service is fantastic. Prices are decent, but your better off if you have a credit card to use that. However you do get great warranty with Rent-A-Center. They almost always have everything in Stock, and the cell phone prices are competitive.
