Love this place. But when i went in to trade Dorks Revenge the guy behind the counter wanted me to pop my top off and show him my hairy chest over than that, they have a great selection. Totally recommend.

Stopped in to trade in an old system... not only do they open an hour earlier than any other gamestop... but was also the cleanest and organized gamestop Ive been in. On top of that a great staff!

People obvisouly dont know how to answer a phone at this store its like they dont know how to answer a phone im sick of wasting my fuel thats 4.00 a gallon to keep running up there just to see if they got something i need then once again i get a email stating my items in stock so once again i call an d no answer at all

This place is horrible. The workers are introverts to the max. No people skills at all. Not informative and when u ask a question you feel weird bcuz of their awkwardness..... the last 4x Ive went there to grab controllers or mics or even a game, they never have it in the store.Its always having to be sent to the house once you pay for it there. So why the hell would any1 waste their time to go all the way to the store to pay some1 else to order something and send it to my house? They are defeating the whole point of having a walk in store. We go there to have the item in our hands same day! I wont ever spend another penny with any gamestop!!!

Online said they had an external hard drive I was looking for. They didnt. Had a different one for more money but I had to have one. Not bad. Just kind of bsish

First time in a line for a game. I think they should have had one more sales person. Of course someone had to be hogging the 2nd salesmans time and having to get her phone charged by the salesman so she could find what she was fussing about but the other guy was nice and friendly and doing his very best to get everyone the game and out of the store.

If youre an employee or manager, you should have some kinda info to give a customer instead of just being short and trying to make it seem like they should be calling somewhere else. Oh, I definitely will. Youre not the only store on black Friday, in fact, youre directly on property of a Walmart so customer service should be key in this location given the competition. Selection was better than mason location but the associate was lacking in face to face HUMAN communication. You could tell he was a gamer. We waited a long time for him to get the gumption to ask the manager for keys to the cabinet so we could pay for the TWO consoles we were trying to purchase. Spend more time in this reality buddy...

This place always has what you are looking for, but the prices and exchange rate on used game put Gamestop in the top tier of shistery behavior. Id say right above Scrooge and right below Satan. They will give you pennies on the dollar for used games that they gouge other people with through high prices. Honestly, if youre not wanting the game in the next 24 hours, buying and selling online is the best way to go until they become reasonable.

The manager of this store is awful, he has on three separate occasions lied or neglected to check and told me something was in stock and then when I arrived it wasnt. He treats people like they are nuisances. The other folks that work here seem decent but if I could rate the manager alone Id give him the same amount he gives his customers; ZERO.

Had as much help as you could possibly expect. Very clean and organized store. The lines may get long and confusing BUT the employees are amazing.

Sadly the only option since they bought up companies years ago.Waldensoft was superior but I’m aging myself.All GameStop’s have more merchandise games.Toys, bobble head things take up a whole wall.It’s really not a good store for gamers, it was better years ago.Not just this one, all stores are like this now

Clean and simple

Even though I couldnt find what I wanted, the employees did their best to find what I wanted and told me that they didnt have it and why they didnt have it. They even pointed me to another store that did have what I was looking for.

Almost all preowned game are only a few dollars cheaper than an unopened version, seen a few games than were more expensive used than what walmart sells for unopened,and controllers are only 5-10 cheaper than new, even with visible wear and tear. Used to be a great place for preowned video games.

They did have one item out of three

This is a grear place to get good prices on games and accessories. People are helpful. But, its hard to get anyone to answer the phone when you call. Only downfall.

Nice store if they dont sell you a used product that doesnt work. Customer service is good but when its closing time they rush you out of the store.

First of all GameStop as a company is completely horrible. Add that to the horribleness of Middletown, Ohio and you have a truly hideous experience waiting for you. The Middletown store is the worst I’ve ever been in. With the worst, laziest, rudest people the town has to offer working there. Don’t believe me? Just call their phone number and see if you get an answer.

Gamestops employees are great. The company however does not care for its customers. I preordered a deluxe edition game and recieved my copy earlier than base release. it was horrid. So I went to see what I could get for a trade in. It cost me $85. They offered me $30 trade in (IN-STORE CREDIT IF I put it towards another preorder!!!) Apalling. The gaming industry ips going down the toilet. I miss blockbuster!!!
