I used to love this place. It was a lot of fun getting lots of stuff really cheap. However they need HELP these days. Its been getting worse every time I visit, and its sad. There are lots of empty shelves and stacks of boxes and racks up to 6 feet tall that are almost always blocking merchandise in the aisles. This last visit I couldnt buy anything I wanted as there were so few items actually in stock. Its worse than Dollar General (who are always stacking boxes in the aisles and have clutter everywhere), and that makes me sad. The customer service has been great, but all the service in the world isnt going to do any good if a business has nothing to sell. Maybe its intentional and the place is getting ready to shut down? There doesnt seem to be a reason to think otherwise.

It looks big and relative clean for a busy holiday weekend, lots and I mean lots of empty shelves! They did have what I stopped for which was good!Will return after they restock!

Lots of empty shelves, but other shelf items well stocked. It depends on the sellouts items. Store in disarray. No social distancing. Checkout has 6 foot mark on the floor but, people werent following. One lady stepped beside me, like at my shoulder to look at a checkout item. I cringed dramatically to communicate my irritation at her. There were 4-5 people in line at registers of which only 2 were open out of 3. I came very close to leaving my items and leaving the store. This store needs to make and enforce Covid safeguards.

Everything $1.00!! Usually quick check out. Usually everything is stocked pretty well. They need day time stockers.

Everything you could want in smaller sizes all for a dollar.. mini sized products.. so basically they take the product you Bond another store and make them in smaller bottles and smaller portions and its great.. poor Mans Paradise

The selection was really sparce. I could just as likely find a notebook with the lightbulbs. The things I went for I couldnt find or they were running low with a sad selection. The customer service was great for what they had to work with. Very friendly and talkative.

I found a lot stuff for my photoshoot for a 1 year old boy who enjoy his first 🎂 and everything was pretty ship.

Every time I go to a Dollar Tree Im always grabbing things I can get because there not a Dollar Tree around where I live and plus you save a lot of money

When it first opened, this store was properly stocked, in order, looked great....the past two times Ive visited, it was nothing but a mess, not sure what is going on but Im going to avoid going to this location and drive a bit further out of my way and go to another Dollar Tree for my business needs.

I got lots of stuff to teach my preschooler at home. They also had really cute decorations for Halloween

Shelves are empty & disorganized. Staff is willing to help but the regular items i was looking for are not in stock.

I drive farther away just to not have to deal with the awful staff at this location.

Extremely low on stock and store pretty messy. Just looks like they need more staff to straighten things up and put boxes of stock on to shelves. However the staff working is nice and friendly. Not their fault they arent able to get tasks completed.

Too much stuff piled everywhere. The shelves are empty and every time I go in there they do not have anything but the inventory sits piled in the aisles.

Its a benefit to have in Middletown.

I love going to the dollar tree and finding items that would otherwise be 2 or 3 times the price other places. However, for the last 6 months(since the remodel) half the shelves are bare and the store is always a mess!

Looks like a ghost town in here. There stock is wiped out!

Came here to try to find multi-colored bandanas however they only had a few colors left and the line was like ridiculously long however I really needed this back scratcher that they did have because nothing is more irritating than trying to get your back scratched in the right place with someone who is unable to follow back scratch locating directions.

The assistant manager or manager on duty was extremely rude and accused me of getting I her face when she turned around and stopped with me following her. I placed an order, got the email stating it was received at the store and she couldnt find it anywhere. The last 2 times I have ordered and showed up to get the order it couldnt be located. She is extremely incompetent and insecure. I did not accuse her of doing anything with order. Just let her know it was unacceptable that this was the 3rd time this has happened with an order and having to come back was ridiculous.

As dollar trees go this one pretty good. Its a new store. Clean. Not the biggest selection compared to some but good for a quick trip for snacks etc..

Horrible service smells nasty 😷😖😨 and really dirty

Its the only real dollar store in this town and it has most items I need when I have a DIY project. It was clean and well stocked and the employees are friendly,, helpful and professional. Iwould have gave it 5 stars if it werent for the junkies inside and outside in the parking lot (not much you can do about either)but its still not as bad as the Dollar Generals or Family Dollars

I love Dollar tree. Everythings s dollar. If u dont have much money, you can get your feel of retail therapy.

I love this store. Their prices (everything $1) is amazing. It’s great to do grocery shopping when you’re low on cash. They have learning amteeials for toddlers and babies which i love because i have 2 babies. The associates are really nice and engaging in convo. They talk to my kids kindly and always smile. I love how they have Christmas decorations for $1. That’s amazing. I plan on decorating my whole house from thai dollar tree. I usually just get essentials from here and a few toys. Love it
