Excellent customer service! Awesome product and quality. I was about to order some edible arrangements online but I called this location to ask few questions and I found them very nice, friendly and professional, so I ordered it over the phone. They made a fantastic job. All my staff in my company enjoyed the chocolate covered fruit! Fresh and absolutely Taste! Thank you.

We ordered a bouquets of fruit and strawberry cheesecakes for a coworker at 2pm on a saturday. it came a bit after 5pm the fruit was moldy and the cheesecake was melted and not good. i called and they told me that they are closed so to call in the morning. so sunday morning i called they sent out chocolate covered strawberry and regular cheesecake nothing close to the original order. i called and asked them if i can just return the stuff and get my money back. the manager called me a liar and that the best he can do is a store credit for just the strawberry. then i called the main office and they lie to them saying that they tried to offer me more and my money back which was a lie. The best thing about this whole thing is that i have pictures of everything and recorded all of our phone calls. so who is the lair now.

Ordered something yesterday for delivery today. Haven’t gotten it yet, so that’s not what the two less stars are for as I don’t know what the product quality will be but the rating is because they offer order tracking but they don’t even do it right. It said “being prepared” all morning -which is fine. But then randomly switched to “picked up” even though it was meant for delivery(and it was not delivered). Just don’t think they should offer tracking if they aren’t going to use it correctly

I had placed a Mother’s Day order a week before Mother’s Day for my wife, which they said it was delivered but to the wrong address/person, and failed to mention after I called to find out the status of my order. It wasn’t until the next day where I had to go in person to figure out what had happened and all they could do was replace the order, which I felt was very inconvenient to me since Mother’s Day was over nor did they give me a refund or at least offered anything for the inconvenient. Still waiting for someone to reach out since then.

I’d be very careful about using this location. They attempted to deliver my arrangement I told them I wasn’t in town and to bring it back to the store. I had someone else pick it up who’s name was also on the order and they said that I picked up even tho I’m not even in the state ?? The guy at the front desk was extremely RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL going back and forth like he paid for it saying there was never an order here with my name on it not now or not ever. Not sure who he was talking to. So after all the lying about someone picking it up. They finally admitted it that they brought it to Rocky Hill I’m guessing to give to someone else? Which is disgusting. Wouldn’t recommend.

Unfortunately, I placed the order yesterday for today. It was not delivered. I called the store, they told me that they do not have my order but I have my email with confirmation. Now I hope that they will not charge my card!

Very satisfied!! There was alot of options, it was for my grandmothers birthday she said it was very yummy and the delivery was prompt. Thank you guys for coming through and help me make my grandmothers birthday even more special!!

Staff is so friendly and helpful! Delicious Floral Design w choc 🍫 covered strawberries🍓 were delivered to my friends kinda- tricky- to- find home on time and she was so surprised and happy to get the arrangement! Everything was delicious (thats what she said ) and was so pretty. She sent me a pic but I cant find it :/Highly recommend, esp Middletown location, they helped me find the right gift 🍈 🍇🍌🍓🍏 💐at the price I was looking for. Also, feel free to send me one. Jus saying ;)

Fantastic products. Staff if very helpful when you place an order. Storefront area is small but they gave a quality products.

I went hoping to get a smoothie for my daughter and I but the main Street edible arrangements dont do smoothies. Disappointed but the staff member was kind and helpful.

Not the freshest fruit. It turned brown the next day even in the fridge. The appearance of the pieces was not as nice or as neat as they look on the website. The larger pieces werent dipped all the way. I went to purchase a few pieces in person, and it was the same thing. Lack of quality and attention to detail. The owners really need to re-train themselves and ALL employees to earn a better reputation. I really like this company but Ill have to find a different one to go to.

Really bad. Said that they were closing at 5:00 pm and we got there at 4:40 and they were closed. We called and got put on waiting list for 20 minutes listening to the specials and when 5 oclock hit the answering machine said they were closed even though they were closed before that.

Dont bother with this place or the rocky hill store! Ive worked there personally and the stores are gross. They re-use fruit and the boss SHAMOON is disgustingly rude. We had drivers help us for Valentines day and he changed a lot of their wages from $10 to $8 without their consent! Terrible business person.And were told to say EVERYTHINGS MADE FRESH lies.

MIDDLETOWN EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THEY CANNOT FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS BUT LOVE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY. I WORKED WITH A MICHAEL THERE WHO APPARENTLY, WAS FIRED OR TOOK OFF, NOW A GIRL WHO DOESNT KNOW WHICH END IS UP. MY ARRANGEMENT THAT I ORDERED OVER A MONTH AGO, WAS DELIVERED TO SOMEONE WHO WE DONT EVEN KNOW, AND THIS GIRL REFUSES TO PROVIDE US WITH A MANAGERS NAME AND/OR OWNERS NAME TO SPEAK TO US ABOUT THIS. SHE DOES NOT SOUND LIKE THE BRIGHTEST CRAYON IN THE BOX. WE FILED SEVERAL COMPLAINTS WITH THE HEADQUARTERS WHO SAY THE OWNER OF THE STORE SHOULD CALL ME BACK WITHIN 72 HOURS. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR THE PAST MONTH!!!!! BOTTOM LINE IS THEY ARE THIEFS AND DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!
