I didnt go here but my grand daughter did. She was very happy. I can remember as a kid when 31 flavors meant something special. Albeit I only ordered vanilla as a kid, vanilla had several ways and flavors. Regular, homemade, French vanilla, soft serve vanilla and a few more Im sure. My sister and now my kids kids too would put all kinds of toppings on the ice cream. I didnt have any but felt the nostalgia, I didnt see it though because Baskin Robbins looks like its changed with the times.Dunkin Donuts Dunkin Brands owns them and theyve done a good job keeping up with the times.

Milkshakes never disappoint. Pralines and cream mixed with cookie dough...DELISH!!!!The only thing that did disappoint was the increase in price. Apparently even the staff didnt realize it. I know its inevitable that prices increase but $7 for a large milkshake....🤔

If I could give it negative stars I would. Waited online for ice cream with my 2 kids. All employees walked by. No hello, no I’ll be right with you. A customer and their kid lined up behind me. They left then I left. Don’t hire teenagers that don’t care. You just lost 2 customers for a total of 5 people who could have purchased ice cream! What a shame.

They were out of vanilla again. They said deliveries are on Tuesday so they ran out in 2 days. This has happened every week for the past 2 months, they run out of vanilla and chocolate before every weekend. Management there should be ordering more of popular flavors but they continue to run out and refuse to order more. We now go to Family farm ice cream only 1 mile from this Baskin Robbins. Family aFarm is also very busy but do not run out of any flavors ever.

This Baskin-Robbins is in the mall with Dunkin Donuts. I took my niece there for a specific shake but they didnt have the flavor.Choosing another was easy enough but we waited at least ten minutes for the order. I could understand if it were extremely busy but it appeared that there was an interesting conversation going on behind the counter.Overall, it was clean and tidy. Id try them again.

Workers really pay no mind to customers. They really make you feel like youre not wanted at all. They put in no effort into making anything. The new sundae shake, I got oreo flavor and it tasted like water. A shake is supposed to have some thickness to it and this shake was thinner than water. Flavorless and just plain bad.

Pretty sure this is shared with Dunkin Donuts, but I havent been here recently.

I went with my family on 8/24/2018 around 5:30 pm and the staff was horrible. Ive been there a couple of times before and the staff is normally great, but the four or five on shift today were horrible. They gave us attitudes like WE were disrupting their lives. They were so concerned with going into their supply closet to talk that it made me wonder if there was a portal to Wonderland or Narnia back there. When I was ordering and my brother was trying to pick something my cashier told me my total and rolled her eyes when I said my brother is still trying to order. He is 13 and got so fed up with her attitude that he said never mind. I work retail and normally never want to complain about service, but it was honestly an embarrassment to the owner of the establishment and to the managers. If you cant even FAKE a smile then you need a new job

What can I say? Of course its great!

A little pricey for the quality, but still good flavor.
