Daniel was extremely helpful while helping me with an upgraded device. Throughout the entire process they where extremely helpful. I left my receipt and phone box when leaving for work and they held onto it for two days before I could make it back. Great people dedicated to great service.

I have been coming to this location for the last 10 years. Being a retailer, they have always been able to find loopholes or promos to get me what I want and even more devices out the door with my bill the same or lower. Back when Verizon got rid of unlimited for a few years they were even able to get around it to let me keep my old plan. They also always follow up which is nice.When I went to the corporate store in town 2 months ago ready to out right buy a phone because mine wasnt working they told me to call apple. I had Verizons protection plan but they didnt care. Went to infinity wireless and got taken care of right away with the Verizon insurance I pay for.

All the employees were super helpful and kind. Daniel helped me at first and then Marissa finished everything off. She was absolutely amazing and knew the products very well. Both employees were great at greeting everyone and multitasking.

Was good service. Got it taken care of right there. Can’t wait to get my new iPhone. Very excited. Thank You Verizon employees for being awesome.

Although it did take way longer than I thought. Daniel was great, polite, and very attentive. Checked on me and told me to run off(not in that manner) hahaha when he needed more time to verify and set up my devices. He was still able to get me transferred from At&T and help other customers at the time while he was getting everything verified and transferred over.

Went in to ask questions about our plan. They were very well informed and let us know of active promotions that they knew wed be interested in. Walked in with a watch question and walked out with 2 new phones and a watch for me! Not what I expected. But was not disappointed!

I wanted to buy a new Iphone SE for my wife which was advertised for $399 everywhere thinking it would be around $431. Well the lady said it would be $530. I said I saw this was advertised at $399 and she said if you finance it over 24 months. I said ok then lets do that. It ended up the charged me $410 plus $40 setup fee and also got billed by Verizon $40 to change number over to a new phone.

I highly recommend this place, I was assisted and bought a plan and phone from Daniel. He gave me all the information I needed and wanted to hear and he knew exactly what I was wanting

Either they’re liars or they need training. You cannot trust what they say, even if it’s in writing. And if you try to argue your case with them, they’ll threaten you physically then call security. They could care less about customer opinion. I had to call Verizon to get their mistakes fixed and they apologized numerous times on their behalf. Do not step foot in this store.
