The gentleman who helped me made it clear and easy to switch to not only a new plan but a new phone as well. Always being very upfront and honest, never pressuring me like I had to. Kept conversation lively and made sure we felt very much welcomed. Will continue to go back to this store and the guy that helped us. By far the nicest one we have ever been to.

Upgrading phones holds pride of place narrowly behind invasive dental procedures and public speaking on my list of tasks best avoided. So when I came in with a device whose functionality had declined to just this side of smoke signals I was looking for advice. Kai was able to not only determine the level of sophistication I required from my new tech but also deftly navigated the various offers and promotional jargon to get me a deal on the newest piece of hardware Ive ever owned that even my penny pinching heart was glad to pay. And all in less than 20 minutes. The atmosphere and attitude of all employees present was one of comfort and competence. I am extremely satisfied with my new phone, and absolutely satisfied with the service. 10/10, would work with her, and this location in general again.

One rep, in particular, is Jon Scott, who has always been a great resource for me over the years,, very knowledgeable, patient and fun to work with. He and the other reps available for customers are personable, making the shopping experience an enjoyable experience. The reps in the other Midland Verizon stores also have been good to work with.

Initial sale, staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Very pleased! Issue with defective accessories purchased at store within 2 weeks, returned to store for assistance. Was told there is no guarantee on accessories and if we sold you another one, it will do exactly the same thing. This was the wrong protector for this phone. My question: Then why did they select and sell this to me if it was incorrect?? Tried to follow up with district manager - no return call. Very disappointing.

Jaz was extremely helpful. I went in the store to find out if my phone was fixable. She said that it didnt appear outwardly damaged and reset it. I asked her about the phones on display and she demonstrated one that she had found excellent for photography which was a priority for me. After having my old phone at home, it worked, but I decided to get a new one because my Galaxy 6S was aging.I was assisted by Jon who asked who helped me decide on the Galaxy S10e which I purchased and is the best for my usage.Both had my needs in mind and didnt try to sell me on the most expensive product and I was able to procure a military discount.
