I had a screen replaced on my iPhone11 and it lasted about 50 days before the screen blacked out. I took it back for repair under warranty and was told I must have dropped it or sat on it…not the case. Spent $220 to repair and no consideration. He told me he’d buy my phone for $150. That’s the racket!! POS screen. Took to Best Buy and got Apple screen. Don’t waste your money at this place. Do it right.

If I could give this guy zero stars, I would. I gave him my water damaged phone to see if it can be repaired. Called him multiple times to check the status and he just kept saying he will call you back in 30 minutes and never did. He did this three times in a week and I had to eventually go to the kiosk to find that there was nothing done to fix the phone. Stay away, there’s plenty of other places in town with far more professional service than this.

This gentlemen does quality work and is so kind. I wouldnt take my phone anywhere else!

Worked really well. Tahir estimated an hour, so I left to buy groceries since it’s inside HEB. By the time I went back by after shopping, he had my phone screen repaired with a screen protector on it. Got it done for < $100 as well. Good service.

Fast, friendly, affordable & knowledgeable. My iPhone 8 was shattered to what I thought was beyond repair, but now it looks flawless! Best part was I was able to pick up groceries while getting my phone fixed. I’m definitely a new loyal customer.

Originally I went to this store because I wanted them to remove my hard drive from a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 with a cracked screen. When the screen was cracked I contacted Microsoft and they said they do not replace screens (this is the manufacturer!!) because it is a one piece unit. That is when I decided the unit was junk and should salvage whatever I could. When I brought it in to Smart Fix they informed me that it is possible to replace the screen and that they had replaced them before. I was a little skeptical but decided to give it a try. Obviously a screen for this device is not common so it had to be ordered. Once they received the screen they promptly replaced it. When I went to pick it up I honestly expected to see minor flaws or errors they made when they installed the new screen. To my surprise the unit looked brand new! I think they charged a fair price and they also offer a 30 day warranty. They made sure to check all of the functions of the device while I was there to pick it up to make sure I was happy. Time will tell if the part holds up and continues to work but I expect that it will. I would recommend Smart Fix to everyone who needs a cellphone or other personal electric device repaired! I hope that I do not need to see them again in the near future (for obvious reasons) but I will recommend them to all of my friends and family! I am a very happy customer!

I’ll start by saying that this place should be avoided as it is overpriced and run by a shady individual. You can buy a replacement screen kit on amazon for as low as $30 and swap it in 15min or you can get charged $100+ by these people. If you want to read my experience, please go on, but it may not be relevant Called to ask whether this place fixed water damage, which they confirmed. Dropped off my phone and was told it would take a day to see if it was doable. Gave my number and waited for a call which never came. I checked in three times over the course of seven days and finally went to pick up my still disassembled phone. The gentleman himself wasn’t present and a lady put him on the phone for me when I asked for my phone back. I had no proof that my phone had anything done to it and have to take his word for it, but he did accuse me of “not remembering anything he had told me” when I pointed out he held on to if for a week instead of a day. Still kicking myself for going for convenience when I saw this place in HEB rather than trusting a true professional. Lesson learned I guess.

The service here was wonderful! Tahir made sure he was clear on his thoughts and the overall process so we didn’t feel left out of the loop. We got our iPhone screen fixed for a great price and we will be definitely coming back here again!

From out of town and needed a quick battery fix. I was able to drop off my phone get a snack and was back on the road. Was quick really good price and a friendly guy to boot. Can’t recomend this place enough. I did have enough time watching other folks come in and felt they were being well taken care of also. So drop off your stuff do some shopping and pick it up on the way out. Wish I got the same service where I live at!!!

These guys had awesome customer service. I had my iPhone 7 screen replaced in less than an hour. They were the only phone repair place in Midland that would give me a cost estimate over the phone (they stuck with that estimate btw).

Says theyre still open for 20 mins but wont answer the phone. Im just trying to get an estimate (litterally 1 minute for an answer) 2 phone calls went to voicemail. Some service.

I went to this place to get my phone fixed. But when the man that was there realised that my husband found a different place to go. That also had the part for my phone. Because this guy had to order the part. My husband was just trying to get it fixed that day. The man started to bending my phone many times. When the place that we did take it to was trying to fix it. They said that the screen would not fit properly. Because the phone was bent. So now i have to buy a whole new phone. I reported all of this. But never heard anything back. I would NEVER RECOMMENDED THEM!

This guy is a wolf in sheeps clothing. He replaced my screen asked 160 he replaced the screen said my speaker was messed up. I never noticed he damaged it my sound would not work i brought it to his attention and refused to fix it said they dont fix speakers he said hed order a speaker and lied. The mall has a better phone repair and on loop 338 by walmart way cheaper dont get screwed by him screen protecters he says 25 thats a joke hes a joke. Half a star for smart fix should be stupid fix
