I think they got the best deals around barnone havent heard any better onesI have an amendments to add. Received bad phone factory defect. Went back several times and was asked to return at later time to speak with owner. That never happened the owner hides from all who need his attention and doesnt want to be responsible for any type of return warranty or not. Dont mind taking your money though. Cost me 200.00 and, 72.00 a month after to get defective phone and service.Bad business

If I could leave a negative 5 star review I totally would. Weve been customers for over 2 years. Every 6 months my husband has to buy a new phone thanks to welding lol totally not their fault so we buy new phones. In August we purchased two phones and the guy saw we buy phones often said do you know you can get a warranty thatll cover your phone right? We purchased said warranty. 3 weeks ago phone falls contact this store. Oh sorry you have to contact the warranty co. Ok, pay $100 for them to send me a new phone... That doesnt work... Call them oh well you have to take it to your local store. And this store (on Andrews) said sorry the owner doesnt like to do trades to to the one on Rankin... Rankin store (two days and three tries later) sorry we dont like to do trades go to the kiosk at the mall... Are u kidding? The phone you sent me doesnt work, sorry but not our problem youve gone over your 14 days... Yea screw this store and the other two fricken joke. Good service as long as you are outside of a building and its not raining. And as long as you need to purchase something from them top notch... You need them to actually do what they say and your screwed!
